I've been to many vape shops and these guys are definitely the best. At least worth my time to write a recommendation. Great customer service, great selection of flavors and vaping accessories. Very nice tasting stations and lounge area. Prices are about the same as most vape shops I've been to. Juice prices are a bit higher than online stores, but I don't mind paying a little it more to support a brick and mortar shop with good customer service. I would give 5 stars, but they tend to be out of my favorite flavor half the time so I'll end up getting my secondary juice. Their prices are about average, but their customer service is definitely a plus. I highly recommend them. read more

These guys are very cool. Friendly and available for info if you need it. They don't hard sell and they don't give off an attitude. You can sample all of the flavors at your own pace. I came in here for the first time last week to pick up some puff bars. I got the lychee ice as usual but the guy at the counter suggested I try the Jamba Pops. WOW! I only tried the chocolate and menthol but both were super smooth with a hint of menthol and awesome clouds compared to the puff bars. Highly recommended! read more

Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

I checked with Roor directly and you can look up real authorized dealer locations on their Roor website. So anyway I bought a piece of "Roor" glass that I quickly learned was a cheap counterfeit. Bummer. Had to buy another rig from a reputable online dealer. They also play the game at this store where prices aren't listed on anything and they try to gouge you for max cost. Bought a torch that he initially said was $45. We pulled it up on Amazon on our phone showing it was only $25 and he said "oops sorry it's actually only $30". I call these types of stores "shadymart" because that's how they do business. Ignore all these old reviews that don't apply to the new owners. Avoid at all costs.
