During the recent holidays, I was craving some Eggnog vape juice that I used to buy online.. until the FDA started " protecting children and FCK the 60 year-olds who who gave up cigarettes for a safer option"... I told Courtney about this and she created a couple of holiday flavors..Eggnog and Gingerbread...that are absoloutely AWESOME! She even said that since it uses in house flavors, I could buy them year-round! Chewy says "well next time you come in here and you don't feel good wear a mask". (Btw, mask/no mask isn't the issue, it's the way I'm being spoken to, the rudeness behind the comment) lol just one example. Just not friendly, not engaging at all. I've seen him chop it up with other customers which makes me think he just doesn't like me lol. One time Chewy and I did get into an argument over something I purchased. It was a while ago. I don't remember the details. Oh well. Maybe I should've wrote this review then lol. And in all, Liam and rest of staff is great. So helpful knowledgeable and kind. Chewy (Chili?) on the other hand, really shouldn't have a customer-facing role in the company. Doesn't seem to have the personality/awareness for customer service. For me, I really care about customer service so I don't come here as often, I take my business somewhere else. I go to create-a-cig for vape stuff across the street, and for other products I visit Cozy Cannabis (friendliest staff IMO).

When I needed to find a new shop, google was my friend and I picked the first one on the list. Roy and Mal took amazing care of me. I went in looking for new batteries and a new mod. I left with a lot more than that - a new mod I already love (great recommendation from Roy!), three bottles of juice - all new flavors that have all turned out fantastic, two new tanks, extra coils, battery cases - and a new Friendly Local Vapor Shop. Prices vary within a reliable range in the vape industry. These guys are right near the middle on the stuff I bought, and a bit below the average on things like the batteries. Their selection of premium juices was overwhelming to look at - which is *exactly* what I want to see. I want options, and I'm a hard fit on flavor. (No berries and NEVER a melon!) I walked out with three new flavors. A new record! I'm normally lucky to find ONE new flavor I'm willing to try, much less three that I'm excited about. But they are not my new shop because of pricing, selection, or inventory. They are my new shop because I walked in ready for a fast in-and-out purchase, and instead I got amazing customer service from knowledgeable people who took their time asking me good questions and answering every question I had. They bounced ideas off each other, and neither one of these guys missed a beat as other customers came in and out of the store. Some of these other customers had a lot of questions and some knew exactly what they wanted. In every case, Roy and Mal were on top of it. Smiling, friendly (even in the face of some serious Thursday grumpiness) and gave each customer calm, confident and expert service. No one left empty handed, because even if they didn't have the exact thing, they knew what would work in its stead. And at no point was I ever ignored or felt like they weren't present and involved and invested in me buying a whole new kit and seriously restocking my denuded supplies. Not only did they have product knowledge, they had industry knowledge - which for a vape shop, is VERY important. They knew their materials, they knew their juices, and they knew what was new, what was coming down the pipeline, and they knew what to recommend to someone who knows the style of device and tank they want. They didn't try to up-sell me; they didn't have to. They just offered their products, gave me pros and cons, and then let me decide. I went with their recommendations every time, because they had heard me and recommended things that work for me. Good prices. Good products. Great customer service. They earned a new repeat customer tonight, and I finally have a vape shop near my new home. They're a small store, but don't let that fool you - there is a big business in that little store, and they are very interested in making sure they take care of their customers.

This is not my usual vape store, and I felt their prices for vapes was crazy expensive. They have a 5% cash back program that I'm not sure exactly how it works, wasn't explained to me. Also, they will not allow refunds or replacements. You must try your vape in the store to make sure it works, which is stupid. If I buy 5 vapes then I have to open them all up and try them all before I leave. Nah I'll pass. I'll stick with my other shop that is less expensive and has a much better reward program and has allowed exchanges and returns on unused vape pods when I lost that vape and couldn't use them any longer. They also don't force me to try the product I bought right then in the store. I don't find this stores policies customer friendly.
