On March 23rd, I was on my way back from Austin to Dallas and kept debating whether I should stop by Happy Clouds. I ended deciding to stop by this location as it's the last location on the way back. I've been to one of the Austin locations before and I had a good, but minor odd experience hence one of my other reviews which the owner had contacted me about which I had really appreciated. The guy that was working was really nice, helpful, and chill! We had great banter and I was impressed how he handled the other customers. He helped me make good choices-I like what I got and so does my coworkers. Thanks! read more

We absolutely LOVE our local shop in Round Rock. The kindest, most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff ever. Always a pleasure coming in. On a side note... we miss the puppies! So I bought some product from the store that has a wide variety and usually they're pretty understanding but there's been a couple of occasions where I'd get some thing that a employee of the store recommends and when it is not working or not able to be used if you bring it back, there's not really a store policy so just be careful what you buy from there if you buy anything at all which I wouldn't recommend. read more

i used to love the people that worked at happy clouds, i moved for a little and recently came back and when i went back to happy clouds today i was not happy at all. the guy had no knowledge on vapes because he doesn't vape. cool dude, you don't need to vape to know any knowledge on vapes, but you work at a smoke shop that has a wide selection of vapes. at least take into consideration what the customers say so when someone comes in you can have some recommendations or vapes you notice get picked a lot. overall i always love happy clouds, but today was not a great experience. read more

Happy Clouds was so amazing that I had to write a yelp review for the first time in maybe a decade. Chris was the smile behind the counter that greeted us today. Kind and knowledgeable, he catered to our every curiosity with patience and without the slightest bit of pressure. With remarkable prices and fantastic inventory, we were able to leave the place as happy as the cartoon clouds that adorably adorned the walls. I can't leave this review without stating that the inside of the store was very colorful, cool and aesthetically satisfying. But, honestly, I wouldn't have even thought to leave a review if it wasn't for the amazing service we received from Chris, who made the entire experience pleasant with his friendly demeanor. When my wife and I expressed our gratitude, he replied, "I just love my job." Happy Clouds should be proud to call him one of their own. Highly recommend to anyone in the central Texas area looking for cool (some locally crafted) glass pipes and/or fascinating, top-of-the-line accessories.
