There is a plethora of vape shops in the Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock area. Customers are spoiled for choice. When I needed to find a new shop, google was my friend and I picked the first one on the list. Roy and Mal took amazing care of me. I went in looking for new batteries and a new mod. I left with a lot more than that - a new mod I already love (great recommendation from Roy!), three bottles of juice - all new flavors that have all turned out fantastic, two new tanks, extra coils, battery cases - and a new Friendly Local Vapor Shop. Prices vary within a reliable range in the vape industry. These guys are right near the middle on the stuff I bought, and a bit below the average on things like the batteries. Their selection of premium juices was overwhelming to look at - which is *exactly* what I want to see. I want options, and I'm a hard fit on flavor. (No berries and NEVER a melon!) I walked out with three new flavors. A new record! I'm normally lucky to find ONE new flavor I'm willing to try, much less three that I'm excited about. But they are not my new shop because of pricing, selection, or inventory. They are my new shop because I walked in ready for a fast in-and-out purchase, and instead I got amazing customer service from knowledgeable people who took their time asking me good questions and answering every question I had. They bounced ideas off each other, and neither one of these guys missed a beat as other customers came in and out of the store. Some of these other customers had a lot of questions and some knew exactly what they wanted. In every case, Roy and Mal were on top of it. Smiling, friendly (even in the face of some serious Thursday grumpiness) and gave each customer calm, confident and expert service. No one left empty handed, because even if they didn't have the exact thing, they knew what would work in its stead. And at no point was I ever ignored or felt like they weren't present and involved and invested in me buying a whole new kit and seriously restocking my denuded supplies. Not only did they have product knowledge, they had industry knowledge - which for a vape shop, is VERY important. They knew their materials, they knew their juices, and they knew what was new, what was coming down the pipeline, and they knew what to recommend to someone who knows the style of device and tank they want. They didn't try to up-sell me; they didn't have to. They just offered their products, gave me pros and cons, and then let me decide. I went with their recommendations every time, because they had heard me and recommended things that work for me. Good prices. Good products. Great customer service. They earned a new repeat customer tonight, and I finally have a vape shop near my new home. They're a small store, but don't let that fool you - there is a big business in that little store, and they are very interested in making sure they take care of their customers. read more

I've been here twice. And never again will I. The first time was a couple months ago, I wanted to get a pod for my gf old vape that I used just for fun/vapor. I asked if the only pod they had for my vape would be alright with the type of juice I was using(since it says it's mainly meant for saltnic juice) and they said it would be fine Nope. I took their word, went home and used it and it tasted like absolute shit. Fast forward a couple months, my gf wants a new pod for her vape and they sell them, we go there and I remember my bad experience. She get a new pod and even a new vape and the new pod spits at her and same with the new vape. But fortunately for them, you can't return or exchange anything lol. They won't do anything to help with the faulty/defective shit they sold you, so if you get sold trash, better get comfortable with it because they won't replace it or refund you. This place is a hidden jewel in a sea of vapor shops that tried to be. Located directly behind the car wash and next to the baseball fields on Mays street, I drove by it a hundred times and wish I had known about it all along. The staff is truly knowledable and friendly and the amount of hardware in there is incredible. From beginner pod systems to ultra limited high-end mech mods this place has it all. I purchased a Purge Twisted King 20700 and a couple RDA's and it was an awesome experience. The juice selection is also the best I have experienced. Forget about a shop that stocks premium juice just for the sake of the name on the bottle, these guys have vaped every juice that is in that shop and nothing but the best makes it to the shelves. I bought a vape from them about 6 months ago costing close to a $100. This vape with light use broke, pretty much fell apart. Took it in there to see if they could fix it because I've been told that it can be fixed. Not only would the guy not attempt or even look at it he wouldn't even touch it. Offered me no option and seemed to be bothered because I had interrupted his Playstation game. Terrible service and an insulting sign when you first walk in calling customers stupid.
