This place is trash. I walk in to buy some coils and this Indian dude is like "*sigh* what do you need?" I thought to myself, okay that's cool he's probably just having a bad day, we all have those days. He genuinely throws my coils on the counter, tells me the price and goes on his phone. I came here yesterday to buy a power supply for my vaporizer. When they first sold it to me, I asked if it was OK that it didn't seem to have any power at the moment and they said that it would be fine. I thought it was strange because normally batteries come with about 50% change. I charged it over night, but the next day it still had no power. I came into the store today looking to exchange the faulty item, but they now tell me that they will not exchange or return any product for any reason. I am very disappointed that the person who sold it to me set bad expectations and that I wasted my money on a product that doesn't work. read more

I line the store enough & do go a couple times a week. recently started carding every time you go in to make a purchase. That is a total pain. Spent $100 in this shop on a vape, didn't even make it home before it stopped working. Called the shop and they had me bring it in. They replaced the top and the coil and sent me on my way. It still doesn't work correctly! Go in the following day and I'm told it's broken and there isn't anything they can do about it.. I will need to contact the company that makes it for a replacement. My boyfriend works at Smoker's Choice, so on my way home from work today I stopped by to see if I could find a new water pipe; since I broke mine last night. Tyler was explaining different brands of water pipes that have a similar perk to a fritted disc (which I am looking for) when the co-owner Alex called him away from the potential sale. Mind you, he was mid sentence explaining when interrupted by Alex. After that I went to ask the other sales woman, Ashley, about the type of base style I'm looking for. Then, the office door opened; and Tyler called me over saying Alex has something to say to me. I stood in the door way waiting for him to speak up, but he wouldn't look me in the eye. Alex just kept his eyes on Tyler arguing about why Tyler couldn't tell me what Mike had said behind closed doors. I stood there for 2 1/2 minutes before Alex turned to look at me and said " I don't know if he's told you, but you're not allowed in our store." I smiled and said, " Fine, if you don't want my money l. If you don't want to make money then I will gladly keep my money. I won't spend another cent at this establishment. If i could give zero stars I would because thats what this place actually deserves. I've given this place a considerable amount of business even though they obviously rip their customers off and charge way more than their merchandise is worth as has been stated in previous reviews. I have always got shady vibes from the mgmt and he has stiffed me from a few transactions on Fivestars (reward points) for sure but i let that slide. Aside from this they have made it very clear that they lack good business practices and do not value their customers or care to retain repeated business. I have bought *electronics* (batteries) from other places (Smokers Galaxy to be specific) and they happily have traded me out defective batteries for brand new ones of equal value. I made the mistake of buying a battery from smokers choice and not reading the sign that says "no refunds or exchanges" as the guy so smugly pointed to on the door and behind his monitor at the checkout counter. I had this battery for seven days and it just stopped working!!! This guy proceeded to pretend to empathize with me and offered %50 off another battery. Hahahahhaha TELL ME WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER POSSIBLY DEFECTIVE BATTERY FROM YOU? Who in their right mind wants to take the risk of having to deal with manufacturers and possibly not getting anywhere/anything out of it not once, but twice? You really must think I am stupid. YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR BOTTOM LINE $$$$ AND YOU MADE IT VERY CLEAR TO ME TONIGHT, you lost a customer and possibly many more. I'll be sure to let my friends know NOT to buy anything from here.
