The staff however is not always the most knowledgeable with what they actually have in stock but if you remember to get a receipt upon check out they will exchange an item if purchased incorrectly. The stock of glass pieces is also really nice here; I imagine for anyone needing things like that would be happy with the selection and it's nice they sell cigarettes as well. I do wish they had more replacement parts in stock though; like bulbs for my Smok Prince I bought from them. Either way this is a very relaxed and chill environment worth checking out.

Let me start off by saying that regardless what business you are in whether you were selling…read morecannabis or glassware or crack on the sidewalk customer service is a number one goal, or should be, of every successful business and this one lacks it so badly that the stereotype of the people that work here would be an upgrade. I very rarely like never give a one star on a business but when it comes to a business repeatedly disappointing me, scamming me, ripping me off, and me foolishly giving many, many opportunities to redeem themselves after false promises due to the staff being so stoned and miserable bare minimum doers that can't Complete basic tasks like use a register, have any knowledge about the products they sell, or even the time to pay attention and greet every potential buyer when one enters their establishment because they're goofing off, hiding in the back office, or decide to greet the younger person who enters after you. This place is run by a bunch of dingbats who will sell you the wrong thing just to shut you up when you're trying to figure out what you do need to buy. If it all possible go anywhere else from here because another thing they do is depending who you are or who you were speaking to within one visit you'll be told different prices and offer different discounts even though the deal of the day is clearly published but they don't give it to everybody. I am absolutely done. Definitely go elsewhere where not every single person that works here seems to be a manager that knows nothing and the business itself doesn't even have an email address; "be lazy & do the less than minimum" is the mission statement of this business.

One of my friends was cursed at and belittled by the owner when asking why they were out of a product. The owner basically told is not to go there anymore if we didn't like the variety. He used to be nice but maybe being in a dead location where nothing is happening.. Not the customer issue. Just because we are students doesn't mean we don't support great business owners. Never going back. Been a tradition but not anymore. Finding somewhere that values customers. Most of the staff is always eating or just hanging out honestly.
