They have a pretty wide selection of e-cig juices, mods, and atomizers (Real and Clones) at reasonable prices. The first time I came in to see a product, they refused to pull it out to show me unless I was serious about buying it. I considered this bad service because I wanted to see and touch a potential $200+ purchase. My friend and I ended up buying a product from them which turned out to be defective. Upon going back to see what they could do to help us out, we received mediocre service. Although we wanted a refund for the defective product, their simple solution was a "All Sales Final" sign. In the end, we negotiated in replacing a part since there were no managers around to talk to. Overall, would I go back there? Maybe just for the variety of e-cig juices that they provide. read more

To be honest. When I first went to this location, I think it was when they first opened. We didn't know where to park, and the employees were okay. Helped me. But it wasn't worth going back, especially because of the parking..... (Being honest here) But once one of the employees told me where the parking was.... I actually don't go anywhere else! Their juice selection is awesome. My fave is 7 wonders.... I only had it for 1 week and I have to go back for more! If you have a chance...... Try their Asian blend.... A good selection of everything you could want Vape wise, which works in their favor and against it. I usually leave here overwhelmed and empty handed because the Staff could really care less about your questions or just simply do not know the answer. I'm not sure, but their is a very cold and stiff vibe amongst them. This is the last Vape shop I would go to based on Staff alone, but they do have a great selection of all top quality products. Just make sure you have YouTube since a Complimentary Tutorial isn't even offered from my few experiences here. This place was awesome. Nice big, clean store. Great customer service, very attentive. Matt helped me and he was great, super knowledgeable about everything I was asking. Great flavor descriptions, he even let me smell the flavors so I could decide what I like best. On my way out, I noticed a clearance shelf (really it was a huge bookshelf) and I was looking at replacement tanks, something larger bc I am constantly refilling mine. He explained to me it would be hard to fit a larger tank on my device because of the battery cap. And then he complimented my device! He said it was so cool and he'd never seen one like mine before, and complimented the colors. I'm just overall super impressed at the service here, and they have millions of flavors. Wow! This store had more hardware than any vape store I've ever been in (and I've been in a lot of them). Plus, their hardware appeared to be the latest versions. The prices seemed very reasonable. I've been to stores where they jack up the prices; Vape Hawaii had fair prices and I wish I wasn't so limited on time when I went there. I ended up getting a tank that is awesome but regret that I did not have time to look for another mod. This vape shop is pretty convenient for me and the customer service is awesome. I do wish dthey had more selections for the juices. A pretty decent juice is the loopy fruits (it tastes like fruit loop cereal) and its in a huge bottle for like $25. Always passed by this place, used to be just cigs so never bothered but until I checked it out I'm surprised I never heard of this place before. They have a large assortment of vape accessories, juices, mods, addis, wire, you name it and they got it. Staff there are super cool and chill. My man Gino helped me out, rebuilt my mod and shit is fiyahh! Even gave me some tips on how to build and etc. I've been to plenty of other vape shops, but this store is HUGE and had a way bigger selection of mod/juice then I've seen. This shop is great, the staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Especially the e-cigs they sell. We were helped by Lily and she did a great job. Huge selection of flavors and they are glad to let you keep trying them until you find the one you like, even though they have to keep filling up new cartridges every time. Definitely worth checking out if you are thinking of getting an e- cig or if you just want to try different flavors. Careful though the juice they sell is too thick to use in a volcano cartomizer.. vape hawaii sells defective products! !! do not get anything there! you willget sick... of their attitude! i bought an e cigarette here and in two days, the screws fell out!!!. they were aware of this problem but never disclosed it to me. the whole set cost over $140. the sign did say no refunds or exchanges. i called to let them know about this problem and the girl in the store was so rude and acted like she didn't care at all! ! she said there was nothing they could do about it real snooty-like. she refused to help or hear me out with sincerity. this place does not care about their customers. this place sells defective products with a condescending attitude. read more

I went there this evening. I was coming from the Dillingham area and my GPS said I was to arrive at 6:45 and I arrived at 6:42. The Hours of Operation say 10-7 online and on the door of the business. As myself and wife approach the door the clerk begins to grin at the other two clerks in the store. The young lady that was seated and smoking vapor proceeds to say we are closed. I look at the door and she notices. She then says that they are only taking cash because they closed down the credit card machine. I have worked in retail before, that just simply means they have already counted the numbers for the night and did not want to mess up the deposit info. With no ATM in site I ask where can I find one. All 3 of them say across the street at the same time. She then ends the comment by saying I can go get cash but they are still closing in 15 mins. Which basically translates as they are not going to wait on me. However, I was with my wife and she could have very well went to get the cash while I was being serviced in the store. Running across the street was not the problem. The problem was their little desire to help a PAYING customer. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was willing to spend the money. Oh, well then again I was never shown the merchandise and I was not given prices so who knows if I wanted to buy there to begin with. The clerk that initially gave the grin proceeds to say that we can just come back in the morning. Not only am I not coming back in the morning I am also NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! If I was a celebrity, family member, or close friend I am sure I would have been treated differently. Never judge a book by its cover, you guys had no clue who I was or how much I was willing to spend. Either way that should have not mattered. I'm here on business from LA and my O-ring broke. I have a panzer mod and a Sig-S drip. I went to several places on the island and none had the ring I needed. In fact, one gave me a couple rings to try but they were too thick so when I went back the next day they pretty much blew me off! My wife and I were driving one day and she spotted Vape Hawaii so I went back the next day with little hope. The minute I walked in the guys were very friendly and knowledgable. Two guys helped me and took the time going through ALL their O-rings and finally found what I needed. They gave me the ring and extras at no cost. I ended up buying an extra battery and that was solely based off of their customer service! Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I just called & spoke to Cedrick ( hope I spelled your name right dude) who remembered me coming in to have Matt build my very first RDA for me (great job Matt, my coils were sitting pretty & performed awesome!) and I asked if they carried a specific e-juice line, although they did not, they researched for me & gave me the information for the shops that do. Awesome! Way to exceed a customers expectations guys! Super Mahalo to the owner for hiring well mannered & informed gentlemen. I've been back in several more times, each time for something different, since I'm not confident in building just yet, I love that I have a vape shop within walking distance to build for me at a great price.
