She started off nice until I explained my situation with my insurance with my employer, she then proceeded to tell me it was illegal like I already didn't know that. She seems like she was bothered by me calling, really lacked customer care and service. I was asking what my options were and all I got told was we will have to pick up the equipment due to no insurance. What happened to working with patients and giving a damn about care and others? I know the insurance isn't her problem, it is mine and so is my health but damn customer service could go a lot further in her line of work what happened to compassion and giving a shit about patients and their health. I've been proceeded to ask her. What are my options if my provider is wanting me to be on it she says I guess self-pay and then was rude. Giving me the amount. I then told her I would call back and speak to somebody else because of her poor customer service.
