The place is small but filled with interesting and unique cooking equipment, gadgets, spices and baking-candy equipment. They have everything you can imagine. And more. You would need to spend a couple hours or come back often to really comprehend all they have. I was really impressed with the baking-candy making area. They had so much. I'm not really a baker but all this had me intrigued. I will definitely come back when I have more time. Service was wonderful. Helpful but allowed us to wander through. The owner (I think) was there and helped me find Za'atar (which they had) but I finally decided on Sumac. So happy I can get all these interesting and hard to find spices. And they had a whole rack of these spices. Prices are higher on, say, Le Cruset pots but you could get one today if you wanted. However, the sumac was cheaper than I expect and in a size that won't take me into the next decade. They also have small bags of items like black sesame seeds for a decent price. Perfect for a special occasion or project.

She started off nice until I explained my situation with my insurance with my employer, she then proceeded to tell me it was illegal like I already didn't know that. She seems like she was bothered by me calling, really lacked customer care and service. I was asking what my options were and all I got told was we will have to pick up the equipment due to no insurance. What happened to working with patients and giving a damn about care and others? I know the insurance isn't her problem, it is mine and so is my health but damn customer service could go a lot further in her line of work what happened to compassion and giving a shit about patients and their health. I've been proceeded to ask her. What are my options if my provider is wanting me to be on it she says I guess self-pay and then was rude. Giving me the amount. I then told her I would call back and speak to somebody else because of her poor customer service. The gentleman who originally brought my equipment to me was absolutely amazing so friendly, caring and compassionate. Maybe she should get some training from him.

I loved every minute! Mary Ann is super friendly and very knowledgeable. She used Eminence products on me which are wonderful. I used them when I was a practicing esthetician also.
