She went back a couple days later with her son to get replacement coils. She said what type she thought she needed and even showed the cashier her vape pen which was a NordX. The cashier gave her a Nord coil that was way to small but she didn't know and left. When she got home I saw what she got and I went back to the store with her to get the correct ones. The cashier said that because she left the store they would not exchange it even thought it was just a couple of minutes ago and she had given her the wrong ones. The cashier didn't even remember the sale that was two minutes prior in an empty store. After some heated discussion she reluctantly made the exchange. Do not buy anything from this store as they have no idea what they are selling and will not stand by their mistakes. Just make the drive to Katy.
