Came in to buy a kit for a friend's bday, little did I know a kit comes with two vapes so I got one myself. Didn't really know what to expect but the customer service was top notch. We got a ton of info about vaporizers and we were also able to try some flavors. Btw, there's a good 100+ of them but since I'm a huge coffee addict I got the Caffe Mocha one for about $10 a 12ml bottle. I regret not asking for the guy's name, but he help set up the vape and the things you should and shouldn't do and was really helpful. All in all, I'll be visiting a lot more often. Honestly, this is the last time I'm reviewing this place. My last review was good but I didn't get a chance to try the flavors that were given to me(for free due to my last review) or the build that they did for me. The build literally caught on fire, and I'm not kidding about this. And honestly vape rev lose it with the wait time and the "we are the best vapers in the world" attitude. Anyone who is reading this is much better off going to any other vape shop. I went to a different shop and they sat down with me and talked to me(like I was a real person and not a money machine!) and explained to me the process of building without adding some bull to it like vaperev. If you feel that you're better than everyone else and don't have any common knowledge in building and also love waiting 20 to 45 minutes just to buy some juice then please come here! Came here yesterday w/ my sis and brother in law to get me a vape to help me stop smoking. The guy that helped me, Howie, was very knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously. All the people that worked there are very friendly and easy to talk to. Don't really have any experiences w/ vape before other than trying out my brother in law's on Thanksgiving. Tried the e-cigs, didn't like those, so I'm trying out this new gizmo I bought. So far so good. I haven't really had to much of a craving for cigs but we'll see how it goes tomorrow on my first day back at work. As far as prices go, I can't really compare. Seems like I'll be visiting my sis and her family more often from Santa Clarita since I have to get more supplies and I really don't know of any other places around my general area that sells these. read more

As the rating says, this place is as good as it gets. Was told about this place from a fellow co-worker and man he was right. You are greated by a friendly host as they sign you in. Once an opening at the bar opens up, you are welcomed by one of their staff and they break it down to you step by step. I am new to the entire "vaping" but the guy who helped me out (Matt) was very helpful. I go here for all my vaping needs! Ever since I discovered this shop with its great staff I find no need to go anywhere else. Mike, Howie, Alex, and CJ are great guys with amazing knowledge of their products and vaping in general. The atmosphere is wonderful with music that is not too loud but enough to give a good feel. Haven't had much time to review to in a while, but I figure VapeRev deserves this one. I have been here numerous times and I've had nothing short of a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, not to mention knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you or push product down your throat. Which in my opinion goes along a way. A lot of people complain about the wait time, and yeah, it's a drag, but you also have to see that trying juices or buying a new mods takes time. It isn't a one and done type of deal; they explain the mods in detail and make sure you know what you are getting. I've waited 30+ minutes at most and I didn't mind at all, and I've also come in when there is no wait time. It really all depends on what you need too. As known as one of the premiere vape stores I was quite intrigued and excited to go to Vape Rev for the first time today. I have been vaping for over a year now and had seen plenty of clean great items on there site so I was intrigued to experience what I expected would be the best. Unfortunately I was completely wrong. From my first step into the shop my GF and I were greeted by a younger lady and asked to sign in to be helped. Interesting aspect and different then most places, but then again this is what maybe set them apart from the rest. In the meantime while sitting on the couch I approached a few of there sales associates that were sitting behind the bar chatting away with each other and not helping any customers and asked if they carried Pluid.... one of the sales associates looked at me like I was crazy and arrogant to approch him in the first place like I was interrupting there conversation... After asking him a second time he gave me a cocky additude and said of course they didnt carry Pluid only vape craze does in LB... I apologized and returned to my seat in there "lounge". 25 mintues later I get called up finally :/... I was optimistic after dealing with the first sales associate and was greeted by Fred. He seemed nice, I guess... A bit socially awkward but njce I suppose. I was there to look at what kind of top dollar Mechanical Mods and Rebuildables they carried. Here is where my main complaint is with the company: Every RBA I was interested in they didnt have in stock, he didnt even offer any other suggestions... okay understandable... And every mechanical mod except for 2 were sold out? With all of the money your making why not stock your shelves with merchandise? Instead of the gentleman offering me a few other suggestions/options or trying to carry a conversation with me he stood there silent expecting me to walk away... After waiting for 25 minutes in the lobby and driving 45 minutes to get there I thought maybe I could at the least get some good juice... I was quite clear on flavors I mostly enjoyed (fruity with lots of flavor type juices) he reccomended to me Or30 and a few others which were all bland and quite frankly pretty unsatisfying. He was not able to read me as a customer whatsoever or even have the ability to know his own sslection of what the company carried enough to make accurate suggestions based on what I vaped before. The only reason why this place gets 1 star at all is cause I feel like the ambience is nice and the shop is well decorated... Aside from that worst shop ive ever been to by far. read more

After vaping for over a year, I finally got around to coming in to VapeRev last night. I had always been a little apprehensive of the place for a variety of reasons and, frankly, I have been spoiled by all of the quality vape shops in Orange County that were right in my back yard so I hadn't really felt it necessary to go all the way up to Cerritos for things I could easily acquire much closer to home. However, I felt that experiencing the vaunted VapeRev once in my life was probably something I should do just to say I did it. When I arrived, any preconceived notions I had about the place were immediately challenged. We were greeted at the door, asked our names and told we would be helped once somebody was available. I was aware that they did this here and I always thought it seemed pretentious but I actually found it to be kind of a good precedence to the whole experience. The shop itself was clean, the decor was very well done and the wares were displayed very nicely. The overall vibe was comfortable and classy and the employees were warm and friendly. The juice bar in particular looked very inviting. I had grown accustomed to the self-serve testing areas that most shops provide so the juice bar here interested me right off the bat. We were helped by Nicole who was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all things vape-related (not just limited to the products she was presenting). She answered all of our questions regarding the hardware we were looking at and then took us over to the juice bar. She brought us some juice menus then brought us anything we wanted to sample. Her knowledge of all of the juices was impressive and she was incredibly personable and chatted with us as we sampled. The juice selection was good and the variety and quality of the flavors was outstanding. All in all, this was an extremely positive experience. The staff were absolutely great and the service we received from Nicole was just outstanding. The store was warm and inviting and the products offered were all of the best quality. I was in need of a new mod and luckily i heard from a good friend that there was a new vape shop in town and a lot closer from where i live. Anyways, upon entering into vape revolution, my friend and I were greeted by CJ and Mike. I could tell the shop was new but they were stocked! Unfortunately, they didn't have the ProVari i wanted but they assured me that their shipment would be coming in the next day. Came back the next day, money in hand and purchased my ProVari. This is defnintely THE vape shop to go to. They do all kinds of cool stuff. I got a cherry vape 'ming' polished. Looks amazing, try it out if you get a cherry vape! I've been back multiple times and i can say that everytime i leave, i'm satisfied... (no homo). I'm fairly new to this (I used disposable) and was researching the eroll. Called ahead and made sure it was in stock, Christopher, told me on the phone they were and he also offered more suggestions. When I went in, I was greeted at the door and then was paired with a very informative employee. He showed me the eroll and answered every question I had. Came here yesterday with my boyfriend as he needed his kayfun rebuilt. It's tucked in an industrial area in Cerritos, easy to get to. Didn't realize how popular this place is and how swanky the decor inside. You would think they'd have a bar which serves alcohol inside but in fact, it is a vape tasting bar. Genius interior design! There is a showroom and sales reps who are available to answer all of your questions and meet your needs with information and show you different parts of a vape that you're looking for. I was impressed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They maintained a professional attitude and appearance. The seating and sofa lounges are quite comfortable and there are graff pieces and a mural which catches your eye upon entering. They do have a rewards system if you spend an x amount of money, you receive points so when you accumulate more, you are able to get the mod you've dreamed about. I am very happy with this place. I spent 153$ my first time, and all I have to do is buy my liquid. So far one bottle is going on 9 days and I can still go another 3-4 days before I have to get another one. I was a 25-30 cigarette smoker a day, and I now only smoke my coffee cig in the morning. I literally joined Yelp just to write this review because VapeRev deserves positive light. I went here to purchase my first vape and it was an overall great experience. Everything from the customer service to the atmosphere was on point. Me and my friends met with one of the "consultants," Jerry, who's a really awesome and helpful guy. I haven't been to any other vape shops, but from what I hear, VapeRev is top notch and I could definitely see why. The consultants really take their time with you and want to make sure you know exactly what you want even if you decide not to buy anything on your first trip. Jerry helped put together both of the vapes that my girlfriend and I purchased and was very friendly the whole time. He sure we understood the whole process of vape care and kept a very laid back, casual conversation the entire time. With the flavors at the bar, they take the flavors you choose and then recommend other flavors that you might like, which is admirable. My friends and I probably went though 15+ flavors and left with a total of 6. I highly recommend this place for any of your vape needs. Best service ever! i've learned so much in just a short time! I first came here 2 weeks ago, i heard about this place from my friend who's been vaping for a few months now. The place is somewhat hidden (no signs) but i managed to find it. hehe. I first got the cheapest one they got which is $35 and one ejuice, which totaled around $45, it's pretty cheap especially with all the good service you're getting. I came here knowing nothing, and came out with some good information. I went back here today, and brought a friend who wanted to quit smoking, i ended up buying a better gear with tank, which is a lot less of a hassle than what i had before. we managed to try a lot of juices, so i can't wait to go back here and get a new flavor, and maybe i'll bring more friends and convert them to vaping from smoking. =) btw, they close when the last customer is gone, which is great! read more

I use to enjoy this place. The management changed and I think that has made me come in less and less. I feel like I'm a hassle and I'm inconveniencing the staff. (Miss your great service John!) I find a juice I like to only find out they are no longer carrying this brand anymore or they're phasing out the juice or device's because it doesn't sell well. Last year my boyfriend and I spent over $6k on retail products and use to loooove the service and products here. We both felt like they rolled out the red carpet for us. (Not anymore) Now we both feel unwelcome and WE are hassling the staff by coming into the shop. The vibe has completely changed. I use to see people hang out and tinker with their mods and play games. Now it seems dead and no one hangs out anymore. CJ (new manager) is moody and never know what type of service you will get from her, either helpful or um, I'm busy planning my night after work type of service. They seem more lazy when it comes to customers and the shop is looking more drab each time I return. I found this place has been the most expensive vape shop I've been to but didn't mind because I felt that I got great service and felt like the staff was knowledgeable. I've been on a hunt for a new vape shop with better customer service. I'm finding better service and cheaper prices at other vape shops now. read more

My girlfriend and I made our way down from San Jose, CA to check out a few stores and this store is the only store worth giving a review. All of the other stores had dicky employees who just gave us a cold shoulder and didn't even greet us while coming in but, vaperev showed great customer service and were very welcoming. The girl who greeted us was super sweet and Chris, our juice tender, was very knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere is unlike any vape store I've been too, very nice and urban feel. good god...this place looks fancy shmancy when you first walk in. they take your name and put it on a list like a restaurant and have you wait a few minutes so they can have someone come help you out with mods, rda's, and all that. the selection of mods was decent, although i didn't find anything worth drooling over. they also sold some vape apparel like tees and hoodies. i am a sub-ohm vaper and had wanted to have some rda's rebuilt, but sadly they said they no longer will build sub-ohm builds and will only do builds above 0.7 or 0.8 i believe. LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was near the point of just walking out at that point, but i decided to give the place another shot and check out the ejuice bar. the ejuice bar is designed pretty stylish with shelves of faux liquor in decanters with a soft yellow light to give it a bar feel. there is also a fish tank right in the middle of the shelving to give the bar another little aesthetic to make the bar look pretty badass. the employees really knew their juices and were able to recommend some good flavors, and that's pretty awesome since i am VERYYYYYYYYYYY picky with my ejuice and will not buy it unless i truly love the shit out of it. i also did like that they used kanger protanks for their juice sampling, which does give off a cleaner vape compared to carto style vape bars. the employees also even let us drip the juice in the milligram we normally vape at and so it helped tremendously in making ejuice purchases. the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable...and one of them even hooked me up with an IMPROOF tshirt! they are part of the #IMPROOF movement, although they want to ensure that it is a movement that does not belong to them, but to the vapers. definitely would come back again and if you're in the L.A. area....it's definitely worth the drive out. read more

Great place to get introduced to the Vape experience. You take the ambiance set by the design of the shop, put in great people (with great knowledge and enthusiasm of their products) and make a high level introduction and maintain that experience to a relatively new industry...You have one hell of a bad @$$ shop. I have great trust in the people here, I have called numerous times and went in a few times just to test if that level of service maintains and not one person ever rushed or made me feel anything but, "ask me anything." WTF is going on? That is what fell out of my mouth upon entering this place. I don't know what i expected but it sure as hell wasn't this. First time in here this weekend. The staff and customer service is top notch. Its not a big place but bigger than I imagined. They use radios to communicate which is cool cause they can help you while still making sure others are getting serviced. They guy guy told me they had some new devices coming in the day before that are hard to get and they had 150 people out in front when they arrived to open. Insane. Some people spent the night! If they didnt have the level of customer service that they practice, they would be in bad shape. Even on a Saturday morning it was crankin on all cylinders. They had WAY to many flavors to choose from and some really cool devices at a fair prices. I thought my buddy got a deal and then I scored mine and felt even better. This is one of my favorite Vape shop that I frequently visit due to the special juices I can't get anywhere else, their Jameson Peaches & Cream is amazing and OR3O by Ben Johnson's Awesome Sauce are two of my favorite juices. I've been going here since August and got nothing but the best service. They have a variety of exclusive mods and juices that I feel like I'm at a buffet whenever I try out their new stuff. This place's customer service is Top Notch!!! Greeted right when I entered, followed by answering simple questions for them to determine what I wanted. I was placed on a waiting list, as I had questions about the different mods and flavors. However, if I knew what I wanted I could have just purchased it without having to wait. They asked if I wanted water or if I'd like to see the beverage menu, and then directed me to an empty seat, while I waited. I felt like I was at the Apple store mixed with a coffee shop, lots of places to sit and interact with other customers. The wait time is to be expected, as they don't try to rush customers. It took about 30 minutes before I was called, but that didn't bug me as I was chatting away with some cool people I met there. Chris was very patient and helpful. Though they didn't have what I wanted in stock, I was told: "When the product arrives, they would post it on Facebook" and from there I could place an order over the phone. If you plan on going to try different flavors or what mod to get: relax, put your name on the list, try their flavored beverages, and be patient. When you're called, you'll understand why it takes them awhile. Customer service is on point, there are just a lot of curious customers. First time vaping. Came from entry level ecigs. I really didn't know exactly what I was looking for but these guys take you through the process and give you a ton of information so that you can make and informed decision on what is right for you. I felt like I was at a car dealership, in a good way, because these guys were very attentive and the sales experience was top notch. They all know their stuff and they do not push their opinions on you, they offer the best for your situation and let you make your own decision without pressure. Best thing is that they let you sample the devices and the liquids. Didn't expect that. The ambiance is pretty awesome too, a "loungie-hip" ambiance. I will continue to frequent this place. 02/03/2013 So this is just an update from my previous visit at Vape Rev. And what was going on that night?! I've never seen them so busy ever since I started shopping there! The wait was longer than usual. Fortunately the hostess Nicole(I couldn't catch her last name) made the wait seem like it wasn't that bad at all. I understand how hard it is being a hostess when it's a "Full House", but she made it seem like butter when it came to taking care of the customers waiting to be called up. Aside from giving my party enough attention she was giving everyone else the attention and reassurance that they were going to be helped that was more than needed. So this is a shout out to you! So some people told me Vape Rev changed... and I decided I'd give it another shot. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised. They had a lady greeting at the door to direct you to lines you needed to be in specific to your needs of the visit. I told her I knew what I needed and she took me to a "quick checkout" line that was quick! I heard someone in front of me ask how much the EgoTwist was and I was shocked to hear they lowered their prices. The juice I purchased was also more competitively priced. They also expanded the shop and brought more people in to work the counters. I'd have to make another stop in to fully see whats up in there and try juices or actually do some shopping, but seems to me like they are making lots of changes for the better. read more

1 star for the items they carry at fair prices and the other 1 star for online sale and decent ship time.... The lack of the other 3 stars; Recently purchased a mod from here... The shipping speed was descent but the packaging suckkkkked. They had the main battery tube of my nem loosely rolling around with the switch and the only thing bagged was the 500/650 chamber and spring; no packaging material was in the box to fill the voids. Left many hairline scratches and tiny nicks. The bottom switch has lines as if you set the mod down and the table and dragged it a bit before picking it up. How can you spend 200 on a mod and have it shipped like this. Even my clones were individually bubbled wrapped and boxed!! Those are weaker metals and finishes but came to me in perfect condition Edit: I thought maybe mine was just looked over and it was a mistake being packed so poorly but it seems that many others on the forums had the same issue. Superb customer service. Fist time visiting a vape shop / lounge, and it was an excellent experience. The staff knows their products well and take the time to explain merchandise in detail. Good selection of styles and prices. They suggest items on your likes and budget. I purchased a complete kit and will surely go back for a second in the near future. FYI. I have to say that this place is AWESOME. Some people complained about long waits but it really isn't. You walk in and are greeted by a hostess. She puts your name on a list and you get to go chill on the couch in an awesome inviting environment. Their selection of juice is amazing and the customer service is phenomenal. Recently I had a great customer service experience with Alex. He went well above and beyond what anybody could have expected. I don't want to go into all the dirty details but I can tell you that they gained a customer who likes to spend money. Try to understand if your new that there will more than likely be a wait but that it is well worth it as you will receive one on one customer service which is really a benefit when deciding what equipment you want to use.
