Staff were extremely friendly, they were informative about their juice selections and they offered cold water or Keurig coffee as refreshments. Pricing is great compared to WA stores. They also have a phenomenal variety of e-juice brands and flavors. Seems like a fair amount of people that go in are regulars there. Overall I would return to this store frequently if I lived here! Only downside is they do not have a restroom, they refer you to their neighboring restaurant Paymon's who will let you use their's. read more

I love Vapeco! Tyler is always there to help me find juice and answer all my questions about vaping. Tyler helped me pick out my first box mod, he helped set me up with an IPV D2 and let me choose which device I wanted. Tyler did not push any device more than another, which was amazing since I didn't feel pressured into getting something. He was well informed and with the knowledge that he was sharing i was able to pick the box that was perfect for me. He even helped me to start building my RDA. I first went into this shop on January 5, 2015. The shop was really clean with a very nice vape atmosphere. They had nice chairs to try out Thier large juice selection from many vendors across the world. I at that time purchased some Five Pawns ejuice and a new Eleaf I stick 20 watt vapor stick. The staff was really awesome in helping me with my juice selections as well as my new I stick. Dylan and Greg the owner helped me out. Today February 11, 2015 I went back in there because my I stick was no longer reading any of my tanks. Dylan was working and took a look at my I stick. He then took it too the back. Liz the store owner came out and without any hesitation exchanged my old I stick with a brand new one. She said even though it was past Thier 14 day return policy they would take it back because they believe in always having the best customer service. That was awesome. I can say that this store is really nice, the prices on Thier mods and tanks are really cheap to most local vape shops and hands down Thier customer service is top notch. Although this shop is further away from my home than other vape shops; it is VERY MUCH worth the extra few miles. The customer service is absolutely the best in all of Vegas. All of the employees truly care about each and every single customer that walks through the door. If you don't know what it is you are looking for, they are more than helpful in asking questions to figure out what exactly it is you need and will work with you as long as you need them too. They will give you options and then let you decide for yourself, rather than try to just up-sell you for their own profits. I cannot begin to express how excellent the customer service is at Vapeco. Greg and Liz, the owners have seen me visit the store a lot lately due to issues I was having with the device I purchased. They exchanged the first one and when I showed up again, I wasn't necessarily expecting them to exchange again. After all business is business, but Liz did allow me to select another device. This is unheard of for most places of business. I am never made to feel I am doing something wrong and they take all the time necessary to ensure my needs are met. Despite another popular vaping store being very close, it is worth it for me to drive further just for the personal touch and the customer service. Moreover, the juices they carry are the best! I love the look of the store, the cleanliness and all the staff. It is so obvious that they really care about the customer and will do what must be done to keep us all happy. Let's keep them happy, too, by returning and trying new juices as their selection is always growing. (We used to buy on the internet, and now can't stand those. First time i went to vapeco i was only walking back to my car and my fiance and i went in to check it out. Although it didn't seem too busy, Greg welcomed us right away and got down to business. He showed me the best selling items that seemed to be the most popular. I told him about my situation with a tank i had bought at some other shitty store that didn't know anything about the kangertech tank. And he told me how i could fix the problem i was having. And after settling that he took me over to the juice bar that was incredible. I ended up getting a bunch of juices and other great products that he had to offer.
