Not the sales persons fault. Was sold juice that was made 09/23/2022. That's 4 years past production. Tastes disgusting and heavily discolored. I will not be going here anymore. No exchanges once you leave. Management should really think about that. Selling expired juice, just expecting customers to always check the expiration is a trash business practice. Super nice shop with a wide selection of amazing flavors and has an overall clean and chill vibe. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and get straight to the point. I also appreciate the etiquette the provide when trying out flavors, the protocol of the shop I used to go to would have you literally lick the flavor off the top side of your hand..The Vape Lab allows you to actually vape the flavors through a disposable mouthpiece which is much more efficient and satisfying than licking your hand. I am all about supporting small business, especially in today's world, but this is one shop you should avoid. The owner got mad that I showed up with no mask. I kindly listened to his rules and put one on. He then started to curse at me and told me he was refusing service. I explained to him I am following his rules and I'm making my weekly purchase of vape juice (I come and support this shop weekly) he then told me he does not give a F and told me to leave or he is calling the cops. Bought some vape gear, went home and my rig didn't work. Brought it back they told me all sales are final. When I asked for the manager the owner himself threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave because they "don't sell bad equipment " and don't have to refund me. read more

I am an old lady and I try to be nice. The first time I went I was treated very badly but I kept trying and went out of my way to say nice things. DO NOT do it in this store I was told that I make these 30-year-old thugs that my compliments made them uncomfortable and that I was no longer welcome into the store. Unbelievable! Went in today and the guy with long hair seemed to be bothered with my questions and didn't add the points to my 5 star account. Mainly buy all my juice and hardware online nowadays but when I want to go to into a store and check things out or get juice if I need some, this is my go-to shop for everything vape related. I've been coming here since the first week they opened when it just the owner and 1 other employee working in total. They have grown A LOT in a short period of time but with all their new employees, their customer service has remained 5/5. Their prices on house juice is IMO, the best house juice you can get for the amount you pay. And their premium juices are all constistany priced and not marked-up 50% like some of these shops around, and same goes for their hardware. PLEASE do yourself a favor if you are looking to purchase a new device or looking to start vaping for your first time, come here and save tons of money compared to any other vape shop (Blue Dragon is the only other shop comparable in pricing). Every other shop will gladly take advantage of new time vapers or people who are unaware of the actual cost of hardware. The Vape Lab is extremely knowledgeable, the owner is awesome, as well as the employees, and you can't beat their pricing other than if you do your vape shopping online. And they always have the newest hardware right when it hits the market and they keep up to date with the latest and greatest and don't sell try sell last year's models. Can't say much about other vape shops as this was my first time going to one, but the place was spotless, and the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly! Went there with my wife, as we just quit smoking and wanted something to help with the transition to tobacco free. The guys set us up with a great stater kit (Didn't try and sell us the more expensive ones, but rather what fit our needs.) and explained how everything worked. From there, they let us sample different juices to find ones that we liked. Wrapped it all up, and away we went. When I got home I wanted to see how much cheaper things were online, well, by the time you add shipping, it's not that much different then buying in the shop. So in the end, great experience, and I'll gladly support the local guys over saving a couple bucks online!! read more

Bought a $250 mod that shorted out. Called to ask about the refund policy and James chose to tell me what he couldn't do as well as talk over me. Needless to say this did not end well. The crazy thing is the manager called me at home and actually called me an mf'er among other things and then threatened to call the cops on me! Refused to stand by the products he sells and basically said f$&k you. So apparently I'm banned lol. No problem I'll take my money elsewhere. Will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office to get my money back. read more

I live near by. Past Sunday was my first time in . What impressed me was: clean, beautiful, friendly staffs. I ordered 6 bottles of juice, because deal day every Sunday. I only have to pay for 3. Price on juice very reasonable ($19). While the employee was mixing juice, I walked around to check out tanks & mod boxes in display. These guys carry beautiful boxes & tank. Prices almost the same as I bought on Ebay. Maybe $1-2 more. But I don't have to wait 5-9 days to receive it. Ofcourse you have to help local government by paying taxes :). Over all, best place in town for juice (in-house or name brands) in price. Best place for tanks & mod boxes (compared to Ebay). They only consider you friendly if you sit and BS with them at the counter otherwise you are a rude customer. They also do not own their mistakes instead they blame the customer. They also do not try to keep a customer who has given them the benefit of the doubt to many times. Never point anything out that may be their fault because then the owner accuses you of no being able to be helped because you don't want to be helped. read more

I'm not a tobacco user so I don't have a lot of experience shopping at a vape store. I do have a medical cannabis card and vape for an issue I experience at bedtime. I went to this business to buy a vape pen battery. I wanted a button activated battery which offers much better heat control. The first one was broken. The button stuck so it made it difficult to turn on and off. I returned, with a receipt, and took another of the same battery. The second battery fell apart in my hands. I took it back with the receipt and the employee said he could give me a pegasus brand battery. It's a little bigger but will do the job. That was 2 weeks ago and the battery died Friday night. We tested the battery and the cartridges. We pronounced it dead afterwards. Now I'm out $12 with no battery. The employee took my receipt and wouldn't give it back because he said he won't honor another return. I didn't want to return any of the batteries but it should work longer than 2 weeks. My hope is the business owner will see this and we can figure it all out. read more

Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. I felt as though I was bothering the employees when I asked a few questions about a Vape mod I had my eyes on for the past couple of weeks and when I went to ask him a couple of basic questions about it, they seemingly insulted me with replies and did not want to help me but instead work on their own mods and talk about what they were buying next. My favorite vape store I have ever gone to. Their juices are amazingly cheap yet the quality does not lack. Their house juices are amazing and fresh and their premium selection is the best I have seen in person. I also went in with a problem with my bay door opening at random times with one of my mods and they looked at it for a second and realized the problem and helped me fix it there on the spot. This is absolutely the best vape store I have ever shopped at. There is a big selection of both equipment and juice. Prices are reasonable and even beat a few online retailers I used to frequent. They are constantly updating when new equipment comes out and if you love a specific juice they don't carry, just ask the owner and he will see what he can do to get it for you. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and completely honest with his customers about the products. If something is out of stock, he will give you an estimate on when he will have it back in store and tells you up front if he is having an issue restocking an item so that you have options to shop somewhere else if you really want the item. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and love their products. They know their regulars and will tell you if they don't think you will like something.
