We follow directions exactly. We have now wasted $800 dollars at least! Every single tree we have planted has either died shortly after or had serious fungal issues. Never ever again will we purchase and trees from Spokane Boys. We have a beautiful lush and thriving garden otherwise with multiple trees from other retailers with no issue and have been growers for two decades. We are not the problem. So buyer beware. The trees are beautiful but unfortunately never lasted longer than one year. The Garden decorations, fountains and birdbaths are nice and have lasted. So it's not a complete waste.

This is one of those great stores that I just root for and I hope that it's here forever and ever. They have a great selection of board games, puzzles, card games, and tabletop RPG games like dungeons & dragons in Warhammer. The staff is super friendly and super helpful, with a bunch of great recommendations (I'm a huge board game nerd and I do this thing where I test people by asking them about games that I've already played) and these guys were absolutely great. They also have a gaming area in the back of the store, I don't know what the rules are but I'm sure that you could go in and bring your game in and play. They also have a used game section, which is such a great idea. Some board games are so expensive and you don't know whether or not you're going to like them, but if they have them in the used games section at uncle's games it's going to be less than half of what you would pay if it was brand new. I did ask and they said all the games have been tested and they make sure that they have all the pieces. I absolutely love this store, I will definitely be back time and time again.

This was my second year attending the Farm Chicks show and let me say, this year was better than…read morelast year! If you love to see creativity at it's best, please come to the Farm Chicks show. It just makes for a fun girls weekend. Last year was my first trip to Spokane and it's a much more charming town that I thought. Lots of funky thrift shops here and in Coeur d'Alene (which is barely 30 minutes away). You can take one day for junkin' and one day for the Farm Chicks. It's $6 for both days and bring your camera and a notebook because you'll want to write down all the cute ideas you find. My find of the day at the show was a $10 vintage watch from http://www.athingforroses.blogspot.com/. Be prepared to wait outside for a few to get in - my friend took a picture of the line to get in, which I will try and snag and post. But it's one of those lines where you talk to everyone in it - which makes it fun. Also, I would recommend bringing cash if you are going to buy - not too many places took cards. If you love vintage finds, make the pilgrimage - and don't forget to wear your apron!

A few months ago I left a very negative review about coils burning out @ this business I have gone to for years, I assumed they were defective coils, wrote the first negative review I've ever written, it was with confusion and sadness at the time because I've shopped here for years and everyone has always been so good to me from Ari to Kyle to Tyler, I was in a very bad car accident 11 months ago, suffered a traumatic brain injury & I am having pretty severe cognitive issues w understanding, memory etc... suffice it to say this business gave me free coils, let them sit overnight, they worked fine, I've also been purchasing coils and juice from the same shop except for its in Id due to big pharma rip off flavor ban in wa. I wanted to say TY 2 this place for still being good to me after my review, I apologized in person they were very understanding, this is an excellent place you get treated like family even when you mess up or get confused or get your brains bashed in and don't know what's happening half the time this is written w tears cuz it's so hard to swallow your pride but it's even harder to leave a negative review floating around for good people who always went above and beyond especially Ari to help me. I love you guys and I would definitely recommend this business end of Mary's brain injury story for now LOL read more

I have been with Vapor Lounge for 6 years now, was one of their first customers when they first opened at River Park Square. They cared enough to create and build an inviting environment and welcomed everyone to "lounge" in their store. They have mirrored this with every store they have now, so I know I'm not walking into a dirty nasty store that makes you want to buy and leave quick. 6 years later, they are my go-to for everything vaping. If you have a geniune issue, they solve it. They will find out about you enough to tailor you with the right Vaping setup. When you leave, you feel like you just made a friend. I have been in sales, and it isn't a gimmick, it's geniune care, that you leave happy and satisfied. While I was deployed to Afghanistan, they shipped to me, so that I could continue vaping. If they make it easy across the world, I will tell you it's great in person. They are very supportive of the military and have even helped some of my fellow Soldiers quit smoking. I am proud to use their name when asked where I picked up my Vaping stuff. Try it out, you won't be sorry. I'm not, I quit smoking cigarettes thanks to them. Second to none. read more

Just bought a new mod in there today, my old one conked out. The guys in there are awesome, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I love great customer service and it is always great in there or the South Hill Regal branch. Griffin cracks me up on how much he knows about the product and how passionate he is about it. I just wanted to give a really big special thanks to Travis, Jason, and Brandon from the Spokane Valley location!! I can honestly say they were so helpful. I came in with a broken ecig I had no idea how to fix, and Travis got it to work again for free. Seriously such a great company. I went into the Shadle store last week and was blown away at the customer support. I almost felt spoiled and or LOVED! From the staffs friendly interactions down to the $1 taste testing of their various e-juices (multiple different brands). The fact that I did not have to use my own RDA and it was never mixing the juices together, you can get an amazing taste of the ejuices, and don't feel pressured to hurry. Did I mention they were all prepackaged?! That's right, she KNOWS the products she sells. I'm a tough critic when it comes to budtending (although rarely confrontational) bc I just want to be treated how I treated my customers back in the day. (Spokane Location Review) I was a loyal Apex customer for…read moreapproximately eight years, but my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this organization. On May 29, I used an Apex ATM that failed to dispense cash. Although no money was received, my bank account was immediately debited. I reported the issue to staff right away and spent nearly 45 minutes in the lobby on the phone with my bank. During that time, no one appeared to take ownership of the situation, and the ATM remained available for other customers to use without being marked out of service. The following day, I spoke with a male manager who acknowledged that there had been an outage with the ATM provider. He explained that my transaction, along with those of numerous other customers, had been impacted and that several people had been charged despite not receiving their funds. He assured me that if I encountered any issues obtaining a refund, Apex would assist by providing video footage or working directly with my bank and the ATM provider. Unfortunately, when I called back to request that assistance, I spoke with a female manager whom I believe was named Alesia. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she questioned my credibility because I could not recall the name of the manager I had spoken with nearly two weeks earlier. Given that this incident reportedly affected multiple customers, I found her reaction both surprising and disappointing. Mistakes happen, and technology fails. What matters is how an organization responds when customers need help. In this case, I experienced a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Apex. Customers deserve to feel that their concerns--and their money--are being taken seriously when problems occur.
