During this quarantine Vape shops are all closed and I've been looking everywhere for a place that delivers past 3pm. I found vapor Nuvola through a co worker and I texted asking if they can deliver at 5:30 and they said no problem. I gave a pretty complex order including a new vape, coils and 2 different juices. Great place. Awesome people, and the flavors are amazing. They've got a great selection of mods, both mechanical and VV. Went in to get one or two bottles and after sampling I left with 7!! I went to this vape shop cause it was close to my house. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner of this establishment told me that if I brought in my coils that I had she would exchange them for the ones I that fit my tank. I was sick and could not bring these in so my husband did and told them about this promise that the owner had made. They did not back up their word! This business does not care about their customer it is all about money for them not about customers happiness! This happened about a year ago and they most likely fired this kid by now which is why im not giving it a 1 star. Stood at the counter and waited for about 5 minutes while the guy behind the counter finished talking to a customer sitting on a stool. Which is fine if he was answering a question or selling something but they were literally talking about tattoos. He probably would've kept talking to him if I didn't interrupt him. I had a lot of questions to ask because I was brand new to vaping and he basically treated me like an idiot. Like I had some kind of learning deficiency because I was completely new to it. His friend on the stool was laughing at the questions I had too. I have no idea how much nicotine i need, sorry to waste your precious tatoo conversation time bro, just wanted to PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT. I'm 100% new to vaping and wanted something portable and convenient since I love smoking hookah but hate the setup, cleaning, coals etc. I made my first purchase (at a different place) and wasn't entirely confident in the information I received there. After 24 hours of being frustrated about my hits being too harsh and the tank leaking, I asked around and this was the top recommended spot. Went in and immediately Sina helped me out, advised me that my wattage did not have to be as high as I had been told and wa-la! Instantly better. So when my husband and I heard about the vaping craze a couple of years ago we tried the e-cigs and they were disgusting. Back to the Marlboros we went. A few months ago after some research we became interested in the mechanical mods and dripping e-cig juice and Vaping Lounges popped up everywhere. We have been to all of them in Simi and in TO, but for me, Vaper Nuvola is my favorite. To be honest I can order my juices and mechs online..but as a small business owner myself I would much rather support a brick & mortar in my home town. Vaper Nuvola is clean, comfy, a great place to hang out and visit. Sina & Dustin are incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell, they are honest and forth coming about what is best for you and what is not. I smoked cigs for the better part of 35 years and it was hard to quit, but when you have a place like VN to go to and sit and chat and discuss al your options it makes the transition so much easier. The juices are amazing, mixed on premises to your taste and nic level. It really doesn't get any better than that. One last thing. Working in customer service is hard....damn hard. Sina, Dustin & Nate have it down to an art form. They are respectful, funny, never pushy and always helpful.
