Some time not to long ago I remember the treatment rendered in disrespect by the owner and his runner. They don't even deserve a star. It's Young Thunder cats ran with a mob boss behind the counter. Told me I couldn't come back any more after returning a cheap device proven by two staff member both times. Lol. Customer service counts until there's a return. Then the customer is treated as one at fault. Matter of fact (YELP OVERSEER) I wrote this same post on these guys a while back when this first happened and it seems to have been removed from my acct history and theirs yelp page in all. How is that so?? I never removed it which needs follow up. A Negative Star rating simply and only because I was accused and labeled with embarrassment in an honest just wanted working purchased product interaction. Even when they said leave I was shocked, surprised and embarrassed in one instant moment and the old guy just sucked his back tooth as I peacefully and still surprise felling exited. Anyways. You may have removed my original post. But I haven't forgotten how you made me feel less of a customer holding your broken product just purchased. No I don't refer to prefer better. This is the best smoke shop in all of Thousand Oaks. My friend first told me about this place a while ago, I didnt know they were here because they are off of the side of the Vons. They got all the stokes, wraps, papers that I need and lots of stuff I didnt even know existed. They have two walls of juice for really good prices. Everything is visible through the glass so you just have to ask the worker to pull it for you. Only drawback is that there is limited parking and there are lines in the store so sometimes theres a wait. But still this is the only place in TO that I go to. read more
