Took it back. All I wanted was to exchange it. The girl told me I would have to send geek vape an email with a video of the problem. And "how good they are" about honoring defects. But was against their policy to do exchanges. This was $64. I may as well have threw that money in the garbage can. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. Congradulations!! Forever Vapes you just lost a dam good customer!!! I'll take my business somewhere else. You cannot treat people this way.

This shop is allergic to making money. The management is horrible. They've started blaring this…read moreannoying alarm for no reason, at random times of the day. It's like they want to drive customers out. I used to enjoy shopping here, but never again. The employees are always super helpful, but the new policy with the alarm is super dehumanizing to both the employees and the customers. This is literally the worst decision I could ever come up with as a manager. It's like you're trying to sink your business. I can't emphasize more how annoying and jarring the alarm is. I'm really not sure how the owner thinks this will increase productivity and profits.
