Took it back. All I wanted was to exchange it. The girl told me I would have to send geek vape an email with a video of the problem. And "how good they are" about honoring defects. But was against their policy to do exchanges. This was $64. I may as well have threw that money in the garbage can. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. Congradulations!! Forever Vapes you just lost a dam good customer!!! I'll take my business somewhere else. You cannot treat people this way.

I was one of there most regular customers. I have literally spent close to $20k in their stores. As…read morea regular customer I was given a bit of a discount because of how frequently I was going and how much I was spending. I was literally going there multiple times per week and then one day the manager came to me and told me her boss said they can no longer give me a discount, I was shocked. These places have ZERO loyalty to long term customers, it's disgusting. Not only did I spend thousands of dollars, but I did frequent reviews on their products, I also promoted their store to several new customers. They repayed my loyalty by charging me more. The day she told me I would no longer receive a discount was the last day I purchased anything from this store. I can appreciate they need to make a profit, but some people (like myself) are the ones that actually helped these stores grow. Yet they dismissed me like I was nothing after 6 years of business. I wish I could give them zero stars!!! The underpayed employees are amazing. I feel so sorry for them that they work for people like them.
