I just wanted a new battery. Oh boy. Regerts. Original review date 09/08/2025 - First - They would not allow me to utilize a coupon that they had sent me to sign up for their emails - which was the point of conducting business with them in the first place. Their stock is awful - everything is out of stock and it was extremely frustrating to find items that I actually could buy going through hundreds of things i could not. By the time I did after looking at the fees, shipping, and their website not allowing me to use the coupon - i just submitted the order anyhow because I was tired. After 10 days I hopped online to check the status of the delivery and it stated it was 'out for delivery.' I had been home all day - it was a Friday - There were no attempted deliveries at all. I contacted Vaporfi via their online system asking them for help. Monday I checked the status again - it had not changed. I had not received any assistance from Vaporfi and I wrote them again. After the second message they responded telling me to wait 10 business days as per their quote. I had another response shortly there after telling me to check my spam folder. By then I had sent another message stating that I may dispute the transaction and file a complaint due to the many red flags and lack of assistance. Since I had received two replies that I had not read before send8ing that - I then responded to their 10 day quote stating that it's been over the time period - shipping hasn't moved it days and if I did not receive the product by tomorrow I'd like a refund. I then received a reply from my second message stating that since I was disputing the transaction they were cancelling my transaction and would not refund me until the shipment was back in their hands. Completely out of spite. Their quote in shipping was 3-7 days. Their online FAQ states to contact them after 10 if the product had not been delivered. At this point I started reading into more reviews only to find out I was not the only one with such issues. Such bad reviews. Everywhere. Their emails were all going to my spam folder automatically - which usually doesn't happen if they were not spam. Awful service. Awful selection. Awful webpage. I have nothing good to say about any of it. I was charged crazy taxes and fees - very high shipping - and everything was coming from within the United States so there was no good reason for this. Other companies like Vaporfi do not charge such fees. I made a mistake conducting business with these people. I made a mistake in asking for assistance from these people. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Department of consumer affairs in my state. I'm unsure if they are even supposed to be selling and/or shipping the products that they do. I think the whole company is shady and possible scammers, but that is my opinion at this junction. read more

I bought an ecig from them online that didn't work. I contacted them for a return receipt as that's what I always have to do when I return an item anywhere else. They said they don't issue them so I had my son take it to UPS in the package it came it. They denied it because it had no return receipt. So I contacted them again & was told to drop it in an envelope & mail it to them so my son mailed it for me. Weeks later with no response from them I called them & was told my broken item is still in shipping & they would email me regarding it's replacement. Months have gone by & I haven't heard from them. If anyone out there every buys anything from them you'd better hope & pray you receive a working product. If you receive a dud you'll never get your money back or a replacement. For the first time I went in I was greeted with a fist bump and genuine happiness from a man named Ozzy , I thought that he thought that I was someone else. Anyway after talking for a few minutes I realized he is just an Amazing person with an contagious attitude, you can't help but to leave this store with a smile on your face. Called, no one answered went to voicemail. Okay no big deal maybe they're busy, went inside and guy was on his cellphone. Didn't even ask what I was looking for I was going around trying to find what I was looking for and when I asked "is this all you have" he finally decided to show me other stuff but didn't have what I was looking for. Was just on his cellphone the whole time and no one else was in the store so that tells me he was too busy on his cellphone to answer the store phone. Bad customer service. read more

I used to shop at Vapor shark and always walked out feeling like my purchase wasn't right and that the customer service wasn't attentive and didn't deliver me what I was looking for. Keeping in mind this was my first vape purchase, Ozzy was very nice and helpful. the store location and was very clean and organized. With a modern clean layout, great location, and great staff this is a fantastic franchise vape store. When it comes to a store of any kind there are different ways to sell a product for example a flea market can sell you a tv or you can go to best buy and you will have a different experiance. This is not a vape vending machine but a store of quality, class and sublime customer service. This store gives you a premium shopping experiance in the sense that you get asked many questions and they work with you to help you get the exact product that you are looking for and not just over sell you. I've bought a vape mod kit before and gotten home and had no idea how to use it and have to go through instruction manuals and google to find out how to use it but the employee in this store Osvaldo gave me step by step instructions on everything and gave me tips and tricks.
