Let me start off by saying I am new to vaping. WIth that being said, the staff is REALLY helpful and super friendly! Me and my wife went in only really looking to get a new tank for myself, but the prices we so good, my wife ended up with a whole new setup and some new juice and I got myself my first mod! After leaving the store we noticed a small leak on my new piece, which they took care of right away. When I got home I noticed another issue, which they replaced the part without any hassle or questions! The staff even took the time to teach me about my new mod and made sure I understood how it worked! I will definitely be recommending Vape on the Beach to all my friends!!! read more

Cough cough...instal an exhaust fan. I'll never understand why vape shops don't spend a little extra to create an environment everyone can feel comfortable coming to. New location with better parking & a bigger store!! Oh, and new rules. Apparently new rules have been set for vape shops? You can't vape freely inside the store unless you're testing out flavors. Pros- It's not a smokey mess when I walk in. Very spacious compared to their old location. I was helped immediately and was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. It's inside a plaza so there's ample parking. Cons- They do not offer their point system nor do they offer military discounts anymore. read more

I was told by my friends that this store had the best juices in town. I thought with three vape shops in my area that this store couldn't be any better then what I've been buying. Either way, I made a trip out to Vape on the Beach in Puyallup but the name did not represent the location. Meaning, I was expecting more of a beach feel in the store, but it didn't matter because this is by far the best vape shop that I've visited in the state. The customer service, product knowledge, and the variety of high quality juice selection was amazing. I never new the quality of the juice made such a difference. I was told by one of the staff members that it's like wine choices and there are different grades. He told me that the owner of this store travels often to other states looking for the newest and the best quality juices. Wow.... Very impressive! Not my favorite place, the last time I came here I was treated like I was stupid since I was new to vaping.

My older bro was getting his coil fixed. It smelt nice (despite the nicotine) and there was a pool table and music.

SHORT VERSION: THEY SELL BOOTLEGGED PRODUCTS FOR WAY MORE THAN ACTUAL MARKET PRICE FOR AN AUTHENTIC PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. *in other words, they are lying to you when they are being so "helpful" like these other reviews say. My experience with this company was great AT FIRST. I say at first because I realized I was sold a bootlegged product - I am not the only one to have this happen. They sold me an iTaste 2 that was pink with a sugar skull and purchased an additional tank. Both are not authentic products. If you look up innokin.com or go to the itaste retailer you will see that they only sell a black, white, and silver. They do not come in decorative form. You can buy skins for them and make them personalized - but they are plain from the box. I was looking to purchase a new vape because mine broke in just over 3 months. It would not hold a charge - and I had it checked for liquid damage and other damage - there were no signs of damage. I was sold $100 worth of equipment and realized I could have got the same (only ACTUALLY authentic) product for $40 cheaper. In short: DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! I wasted so much money on worthless GARBAGE. PLEASE DO YOUR **RESEARCH!!!!!! **please look up all products (I only know of iTaste having the authentication online) on innokin.com and look up all serial numbers. You will more than likely see that the serial number has been registered several times. read more

I went in with no knowledge of vaping and Nick spent 2 hours going over every aspect of it, from batteries and tanks all the way to finding me the right wattage. He also let me sample at least a dozen juices to find a few flavors that I liked. The entire staff was straightforward and enthusiastic, which really set me at ease. I gave this place a try cause I was in the area and the staff blew me away there. I tried 10-12 flavors that I could drip in my RDA (not use the sample tanks). More than happy to help me with many flavors and was not annoyed like some other shops I've been to. They don't have a house brand of juice they try and push. I f you want to get into vaping this is the shop to see! they will hook you up to whatever your needs are. From starter pens to drip mods! They won't sell you something that is cheap or will break first day unless you drop it off a 10 story building. I love the Olympus Berry by Mystic Haze that they carry at this shop. If I could find another local shop that carries it, I would never come back here....It's not that the sales staff isn't "polite", it's just that they aren't very into chatting with the customer. Maybe if I was 25 and male instead of 55 and female, they would spend more time learning what I like and telling me more about their products....Wake up, Salespeople!!!! In general, us old farts have more money to spend and you just let it walk out the door and over to one of your competitors. It will be interesting to see how long the shop stays in business if the competition keeps heating up. I give this place 3 stars only because of the product they carry. Otherwise I would have to classify this shop as a one-star " young guy hangout". I would never recommend this place to a newbie, and certainly wouldn't recommend it to any women. read more
