Tire shop says it's giving you a tire from 2021 and they give you a 2008. It shouldn't be no more then 3 years old. That's why they have dates on the tire. And when you call them they don't answer. read more

Don't ever come to this place the customer service is the worst they just take advantage of women, my wife went to get her tire patch because of a nail, one dumb mf was like "the tire don't work ill have to replace it and the total will be 150 dollars" they sold her a new fucken tire that cost 120 in other places, i just came back from a trip i took the old tire to another place they told me that the tire was in perfect conditions. I came in to get my right side Control arm ball joint done, i was told I needed Wheel Bearings and things will be fine. I knew I was going to get bad service when the worker sneakily came over and asked me for $40 on the side of the work I originally came in for. So I paid it cause I wanted to get the left side done- Since then my car has/ was going down and making it hard and scary to drive with my kids in car. Today that I'm here at another mechanics office I see that the worker that put my control arm ball joint on, I see he put it on incorrectly and put it on by using some pens-so instead of doing it right with the correct tools my car was basically being held by play doh. It's fkd up when you think there is some kinda good in people but in all, people will fk you for a buck. I know I'm not Hispanic but I do know Spanish but, jeez he could've done my car well like he probably hooks up his home boys and home girls. Ohyea, they don't give Warranties or a receipt so basically when you leave and something happens and you go back to say something they can tell you, "Fk that we did not do that you have no proof." So now since he fkd me, my car and my kids I have to get new Control Arms and have those replaced cause he put on the incorrect cones. I went in to change all 4 of my tires for new ones and at first when I was charged 100$ for each tire, I didn't think much of the price until I recognized the brand "Waterfall" from Walmart which goes for 53$ on their website and here at "Vargas" they charged me 100$ for each tire. Before I spoke with the owner, his son tried to change the price saying it was actually lower than what he originally asked for because i already knew it's original price but when his father the owner stepped in, he still insisted on selling the tires for 100$ each. I confronted him for it and he said that his tire shop didn't charge for labor. After the insane upsell of basic brand tires at the shop, I now know why he doesn't have to charge for labor. Not worth another visit in my opinion but Check your tire brand and price before buying here. read more

And my alignment has been back to being awful the way it was before they fixed it. An alignment should usually last 2 to 3 yrs. And it's been less than a month. My tire blew out on the 710 freeway today near the Alondra exit and I sat there in the left hand turnout lane thing. I was scarred sh¡tless and yelped the nearest tire place and at 6:00 this was the only place that showed up as open. I had to get through a slight panic attack because I had to try to get off the freeway with everyone speeding. I showed up thinking "omg they're busy and won't take me" because of all the cars out front. But was promptly helped by one of the guys outside. He had me pull up to a space and he worked really fast to take off the tire and put the new one on. Seriously the fastest service ever. The guy might have taken pity on me because I paid waaayyyy more when I replaced my other tire when it gave out on me after being plugged up from a nail. I seriously showed up pretty shaken looking and everything was just made better by coming here. If I blow out another tire in the area I'll definitely be back (but seriously please don't blow out again). But for reals.... Thank you guys for the help and making one of the scariest drives home from work a much better one. read more

I've been to this place three times. Every time I have asked the price for a leveling kit, wheel and tire package. All three times, the price has gone up. I don't understand how the price of the same tires, rims and leveling kit goes up within a couple of weeks. Someone needs to tell these employees that they are not selling gold. (The new mechanic was actually able to wiggle the tires to show me how loose they were). Not only did they do a crappy job, they put my family's safety in jeopardy! I pulled into the the shops parking lot and someone was quick to help and directed me where to park. It ended up I needed two tires patched and the service tech was quick and polite. Tech used floor jacks in parking area to make it quick and easy. Price was a lot better than I pay in Temecula, Ca. I wasn't left standing around wondering if I was next or how long it would take.
