While on my way, I left my paperwork home. I had to turn around and reprint it as I misplaced the first copy. I called and advised I would be 10 minutes late and as a result no one gave me a tongue lashing. Due to them being so understanding, I'll make sure I'll never be late again. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist right away. With a smile might I add. There was a touch less thermometer that checked your temp to at least try to weed out sick people. I turned in my new patient paperwork and waited maybe 3 minutes before my new hygienist called my name. I was led to the back where I was made to feel like family. They required I wear a mask until it was time to get my teeth cleaned and were very very clean. I was treated well by my new hygienist and dentist. Both made me feel very comfortable. The feedback was awesome along with my teeth cleaning. Needless to say, I'll be back in 6 months and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. There was plenty of parking. Safety precautions were taken and everyone was really courteous. I was in and out in about an hour. No complaints.

Now I have the perfect fit I love the entire office. It has the feeling of a Mom and Pop shop. They really make you feel like family. I really look forward to going to the dentist every six months. I know that sounds crazy but it's true, I have never missed a dentist appointment with them. Plus they always call a couple of days before your appointment to confirm. The office is small but warm and cozy, with great artwork and jazz music playing. The restroom is always spotless. You can tell from the moment you walk in they really care about their patients. If I couldn't go to Dr. Desbordes and his staff, my teeth would probably fall out of my mouth. I will speak my truth over and over again. After all was said and done I had a horrible dental abscess that caused the most excruciating pain that I have ever experienced in my life, and I blame this dental practice. Dr. Murphy spoke with me over the phone while I was in debilitating pain and had the nerve to suggest that he would "fit me in tomorrow for a trigger point injection". I blame this practice for being a poor representation of the dental community and whole-heartedly blame them for making me unnecessarily suffer because they have lost their way in patient care.
