I've rented e-bikes before and struggled with the assist, but this bike worked perfectly. The best part is that if you run out of battery or encounter an issue you can't resolve, they provide a number to call for assistance or a replacement bike. I come to Zion quite often. I will definitely rent from them again.

As a hardtail owner and frequent rider, my biggest worry was sub-standard rental bikes. Nope, these folks have their own service area off the main room and my bike was in perfect condition. Banging down the slickrock obstacles and feeling the bike take care of me and own the line as the rocks challenged me along the way was a flying joy. A joy that only confidence in your machine gives.
