Zach was so professional and polite, it was a pleasure meeting him. I don't know the name of the man with him, sorry.. Both were there on time, even helped me fix the cctv camera that was about to fall off ! I'm so impressed with this company. I had them come out about three or four months ago to get rid of the pigeons that were nesting on two of my front eaves. They were very knowledgeable about pigeon behavior and knew what to do to get them to leave. They installed two grates to block off where the pigeons were roosting, then cleaned the whole area and got all the poop off my roof and front porch, they left my house looking great. This got rid of the pigeon problem but just last week I noticed they are back, not nesting but just hanging out and pooping everywhere, I called them to come back out and assess it. They came today right on time and assessed the problem, decided to add spikes to the area and clean up all the poop again for free!! Talk about customer service! This is the second bird company I've had come to my house and address my pigeon issue! When I say it was bad that was an understatement, the pigeons had taken over the roof. The over hang above my front door was covered in feces. Zach was very responsive and came in a timely manner to see what needed to be done. He cleaned the solar panels and put up wire around the panels. He blocked off parts of the house where the birds were building nest as well. He also set up wire alone the points of the house the birds were hanging out at. It has been a couple months and he's come back over to make sure everything is working as it's suppose to. We had an issue with pidgeons nesting under our solar panels. This company was able to fix the issue by cleanining up all the pidgeon debris. They are very thorough and carefully explained the process. They seem to understand the pidgeon animal and it's nesting habits very well. I found their website online, filling a quote at night and next morning I received their call. Two young men came to my house at 6:00AM. They quickly checked my house and gave me a price. After I came back from work, I am so impressed with their work. Attached pictures show what a excellent work they have done, cleaning and netting around the edges of panels. They even completely cleaned all pavement around my housed, even the AC units. All trash including pigeon droppings, they took away, nothing left in the trash bin. First of all, I want to say that the staff was polite and very nice on the phone . Having said that, we originally called to inquire about the services . They provided an estimate over the phone over use of a satellite image . For me , this was okay. We initially decided go with their services because they had some good reviews on Yelp and the quote seemed reasonable. We were able to schedule a date and time . After scheduling this date and time , I was contacted and they requested a different date and time . I was able to accommodate their scheduling change . After making the changes at their request, on the morning of services , they cancelled on me again to reschedule allegedly for another date and time again . For me , this is a problem unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of a completely flexible schedule and my time is my money too.
