She listens to any concerns I have and is always so thorough. I have also brought my son to see her and she is always so gentle and patient with him. We were sad we haven't seen her as much due to COVID-19 but we were there yesterday for my little guy to get an adjustment. He is currently taking ISR swim lessons and was having trouble with his "float" . After his adjustment (and tons of patience on Dr. York's end ) my son not only had a beautiful float today at swim lessons but he mastered a "swim float " where he goes from a Face down swimming position to turning over onto his back into a float all on his own. Mind you he's 14 months old and on his 9th lesson which are only 10 minutes each. As I was sitting there tearing up watching him I couldn't help but feel so thankful for Dr. York . For newbies - the office is nicely appointed and in the same parking lot with Marietta Pizza Company and UnWine'd (sp?). They don't have an X-ray room and they no longer offer facials - but they do offer massage and hyperbaric therapy! They moved YEARS ago - so they're not conveniently located to me - but Dr. Green was so wonderful, I just can't 'quit' her. I still work 16 - 20 hour days, and they have somewhat limited hours. Hannah and the other ladies will usually ask Dr. Green if she's able to 'fit me in,' but Kelly, the receptionist / office manager is a bit of a bulldog about Dr. Green's schedule (lol), so it's pretty difficult for me to get in there as much as I would like. Originally came for preventative care as I am a horse back rider and protecting ones back is incredibly important to longevity to riding. Over the years have had many different challenges but Dr Green has been there to help me navigate the best ways to help me. Recently after my car accident she believed me that I was still in pain and wasn't improving and ordered an mri two different ones and we found I'd torn my rotated cuff and required surgery. Even after surgery I've had minor complications she's been there to give me major relief and keep my body in as best shape as possible during this healing period. If you want a doctor who cares and listens to you. Actually listens to you, Dr Green is for you. She wants to help you and make you feel better ! I don't know what I'd do without her.
