I told her I am a UPS driver, my return was setup with all correct information, and that this box was 100% fine to return in because it was the manufacturers box still. I get it that shipping is tough with the liabilities involved but please just update your staff on what can and cannot be accepted as a return.

It cost me $2+tax, was printed on a high quality 111 stock, and came out extremely clean. I'd certainly recommend for small jobs.
