Beware they might try to sell you a box that is not needed. My return was in orginal manufacturers box and she said that it needed a second box else they could get sued. I told her I am a UPS driver, my return was setup with all correct information, and that this box was 100% fine to return in because it was the manufacturers box still. I didnt wanna argue so I left went to a different UPS Store and was in and out in 30 seconds with the same exact return and QR code. I get it that shipping is tough with the liabilities involved but please just update your staff on what can and cannot be accepted as a return. read more

Every time me and my mom have been here it's been a joyful experience, we have been going to this location for years and it has always been swift and easy. I specifically once had to ship something internationally and the staff was so helpful getting the information I needed to put. I needed to print out my baby shower invitations asap because we have to send them out to my boyfriend's family and friends down in San Diego. Staples wanted us to do it all online but I needed a place where I could see it in person to see what they look like. Cameron was super helpful and showed me a few samples on what they looked like. My bf and I was a bit difficult with the invitations but Cameron never gave up on us. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations. He had great customer service!! Jeff and Stephanie were amazing when they owned this store! Now that they sold the business, rarely do you come across a friendly associate. But, because it is so convenient in proximity to my home I have used the "kill them with kindness" technique and sucked it by still frequenting their store. Today I went in as I have done for years with a packaged and pre paid labeled baseball bat that I sold on EBay and was refused service because "they didn't have space" to accept it. I told her that for years I have brought in the exact some box with the exact same type label and have never been refused service. Miss you Jeff and Stephanie! After years of enjoying having a post box at this location the new owner and his manager turned a successful business in to nothing more than a miserable stressful encounter with each interaction. If you choose to pay for a box at this location prepare yourself to be literally nickel and dimed, although being disrespected was free. This business would be a perfect case study for any business school that wants to teach how to not acquire a successful business. I use to go to this store all the time with the old owners. I recently have gone in and had some paper work scanned. Each time they have done it wrong. Today I specific asked the gentleman to scan it with two different files. I had to pay and then He scanned them. I waited to have them sent to me as the last time I left and I checked my email and they were in correct. I asked him to please do it again. STILL WRONG. He came back and said he would have to charge me again to do it correctly. I got upset, I didn't scream at him but raised my voice and said why should I pay again for something you should have done correctly in the first place. He said you don't have to yell at me. UGH. I was so frustrated. I had been there for almost a half hour for something that should only take 5 minutes. I asked for a manager. He pretended to be that Manager. He clearly is not. He has no customer service or he would have never mentioned to charge me again and taken care of the situation. TERRIBLE, Mailing out is ok with the two girls that work there. They are nice. Ruuuuuuude! Guy wanted to rush the Amazons and prepaid through his little checkout process yet stated "we don't have enough room for USPS." I had ten small boxes. I've used UPS stores everywhere for drop offs, sometimes 100 at a time because we pack and ship daily and sometimes the post office...IS CLOSED. Regardless I told him "thanks for nothing" and seriously meant it. He told me to go to the post office. I did. The little door was jammed as usual so I went the next route to his store. I realize it's the holidays and everyone is mailing a package or two but it is not the first time that I have come in to simply drop something off that needed nothing other than someone to scan the label and had to stand and wait for 15-30 min or more. The problem is the teamwork and the slowness of the woman who is one of the owners. No one acknowledges the long line and the long wait times. No one thanks you for your patience as you stand in line to mail one thing. No one asks if there's anyone just dropping something off. Today was no exception. Many people bailed and yet the wait was still horribly long. I was here for 45 min. which made me late heading to my next appt. A lady brought in probably 8 boxes that she was shipping but they weren't taped up so the owner had to tape them all up and measure them and enter the addresses and weigh them. What could have helped speed stuff up was if the owner's husband came out from the back and actually helped her by taping everything up while she entered addresses. Not sure why this wasn't a thought to help speed up the line. I had ordered quick prints online this morning at 5:30am and at 10:45am they weren't done. Not sure why UPS calls them quick prints. Needless to say, it's a busy holiday time but this UPS store should be ready for that and not make people wait 45 min to an hour or more to ship or mail something. And.... customers.... be ready with your packages and have your stuff taped up and your labels ready to go! read more

Terrible customer service and rude! Been coming to this local UPS store for 10 years and after today will never be back. Store was closing in 10 minutes and the staff complained that there was customers in line. The lady actually closed her register in the middle of my transaction and said I had to get back in line to use the next register. Get to the next register and the guy claims my name is not in the system. After 10 years...my name is not in the system!?! Decided to leave because I don't think the staff is even competent enough to enter an address correctly, if they couldn't even get my phone number right. read more

Need to get some serious customer service training. I had 7 returns and forgot 1 label that took me approximately 30 sec to pull up on my phone. I was told to have those ready ahead of time before coming in again. Only person in the store so held up absolutely no one. Could not print something else (it's a print store) because "the owner wasn't answering his phone is the only one with the code". Go somewhere else. read more

We asked the lady and she said they stop doing notary services at 1pm and wouldn't help us out. That is THE worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had spent weeks making a hand carved present for a friend. These idiots lost it. I called corporate and they told me there is no record of the package leaving the store. I called the store manager and he was very condescending and said my package is not in the store. They lost it and he didn't care. Do not use this store, they are incompetent as is the manager. Today i went in to pick up my mail and there was a notice that it was time to pay for the next year. When I approached to pay they said said they were not renewing our service. I asked for a reason and they said that i yelled at their employees. I disputed that accusataion and informed him that it was his manager that yelled at me. I also pointed out the fact that when i get another persons mail in my mailbox that I simply place it on their counter and walk away without saying a word because they have been confrontational in the past. The owners response was that I had done this several times. Yes that is true because I have gotten other peoples mail over 20 times in the past 10 months. I think this says more about their service than it does about me. I am simply trying to do the right thing without any drama by dropping it off and walking away. When that excuse failed he resorted to saying that I refused to update a bad review I had given them. I did not argue just let him speak. Only to go home and confirm that i updated my review on google reviews 7 months ago. This feels to me to be vendictiveness for a bad review. I made the choice to film my interaction with the owner today as I have in the past with any interaction with anyone who works there as I have learned It is necessary. read more

I was returning an item from amazon. The store clerk informed me they couldn't scan my phone I had to email it to them so I did. Once I sent the email to them the clerk informed me "everything was good to go that I could leave" I did not ask for a receipt or anything i was told there wasnt one to be had because it was prepaid for from someone else. About 2 weeks go by and i am billed for my return that never made its way back to Amazon. I call only to be told that if I wanted them to look into it would cost me I think $36 an hour for their time. 3 days pass and i lost my money from amazon and the package I had UPS send back to amazon shows back up on my door. So now i have a package that is outside of the return window and junk (it was broken hence the reason for the return) The clerk never printed out the return label instead set aside taped it closed and resent it to me. I went back today 29 July to try to figure out what/how it happened to the only be insulted by Stephanie as she tried to explain to my why reusing boxes is a bad idea. I told her i said that the the original clerk and they assured me that the new label would be placed on top of the old label.
