Initially had Vax come out to do a winter pre-season check. Our HVAC system is 29 years old and original to the house. Chris came out and was very thorough checking out everything. The system overall was still good but old and showed signs of it. There was some minor condensation leakage from the A/C portion due to corrosion in the drip pan. Since the system was so old I knew sooner or later it would need to be replaced. Asked Chris for a quote. He also recommended some various upgrades to make it more efficient. Decided to also do the upgrade to a zoned system since it's a two story house. His guys during the install were amazing & very professional and cleaned up everything. Chris is awesome! We had a slight time crunch and he was able to help us at an reasonable price and with great workmanship. Our side yard concrete was getting poured and we needed him to come disconnected the AC for removal. Mind you it was over 100°. He came to remove for us, it was going to be disconnected for a week (concrete pour & dry time) he lent us a portable AC to combat the heat for the week.
