I totally understand that if i cancel or miss my appointment i will be charge and lose my deposit fee but when something like your mother's health is on the line and you cant make it you call and advise I expect some understanding like a regular human being. I purchased a voucher thru Groupon for a new lash set with fill and owner never replied to my messages when I was attempting to book a fill within the 2 weeks. Their website on voucher link doesn't work and no other way of getting a hold of her. Therefore I went thru Groupon to request a partial refund of the service that was never fully redeemed and apparently owner said I had already redeemed the full services. I have proof of all the calls made out to vendor and only one booking for the full set, never a fill. I went to this place thinking I'd try it and I did like the lashes, but just because of her service and being a liar I'd never do business with her again. read more

This review is for the owner Valerie. She has posted on her IG that she has 2 slots available for Friday 2/16. I have never had my lashes done by her but since my friend does my facial services at their shop I figured I'd give them a try for lashes and it was perfect because I had my baby shower the following day. So I sent an IG message and she instructed me that I can come in at 6pm (proof in photos) upon arrival at 5:50pm she informed me that she was running a little behind so I sat and waited patiently. Little do I know that her definition of "a little" behind meant an hour and a half later. So by around 7:20 she was ready to lash me. The entire time she was lashing me, She was chatting with another lash technician about stories other clients share with her. Very unprofessional. No client confidentially whatsoever but whatever. So she finally finishes and as soon as I saw myself in the mirror the first thing I said was "wow this is a lot" but I thought maybe it's just me. I'm just not used to them and that I'll eventually grow to love it but nope. Even when I got home my husband and daughter were shocked of how much lashes I had on. The more I looked at myself in the mirror the more I couldn't live with myself looking that way. So I message her first thing in the morning to see what my options are as they were also very heavy and uncomfortable. It showed that she read the message right away because of the read receipt but she chose to ignore me. Mind you that it's my baby shower that day and I literally had the wear sunglasses the entire time because I was that embarrassed. I messaged her again in the evening and still no response. Until this day 2/19 Monday. I have not heard from her. It's very disappointing given that she's the owner. You would think that when a client says she's uncomfortable she would at least offer a solution. Nor did she ever apologize about making me wait that long when my appointment was at 6pm. I will be posting a photo and you will see that there is absolutely nothing natural about the way the lashes look but I guess everyone has their own definition of what NATURAL looks like.. I would give negative stars if I could.. I do not recommend getting her services. Lucky for me I was able to find someone to remove them for me. What a waste of $130!!! read more
