I solely came because I saw the great reviews. It said online they open at 10am so l arrive at 10:18 to find only one person with a client with a group of ladies chitchatting in the corner. I walk in and say I just came in for a cut and a lady in the far right corner says oh you have to make an appointment. Right now I have no one available. Hence, I literally see 4-5 ladies on the left corner just sitting there. I assume they work there and it's 10:18 if they had an appointment at 10 the grace period should be over. I say ok what time is your next availability? She stands there blowdrying her clients hair and says ummmmmm 2pm like what? Yeah no thank you. If you decide to come I guess apparently they don't take walk ins. It's by appointment only. P.S. it literally says walk-ins welcome. I didn't feel welcomed. I have found my new nail shop! I was tired of the rushed unattentive service that I was getting and looked for a new place. In case you don't read the entire review: call and make an appointment before you go and ask for Karla. Here goes: I visited this shop because of a previous yelper and Im glad I did. Its a close knit shop and they do both hair and nails. I was a little nervous but decided to give them a try. I like my Nails on the conservative side but you should know they do some cool exotics! I was there about an hour while Karla worked and oh my goodness can she do nails! I got the standard white tip and she was kind enough to ask me if I wanted clear or pink powder! The end result is a very natural, professional looking French set. I've been getting my nails done for years and they've never looked this good. My husband even noticed the difference and it only cost $18 + tip. (You gotta tip for this kind of work). I'm never going anywhere else! Karla is awesome! read more

Unfortunately Marisela ruined my hair she literally fried my hair. She told me to go back and she could fix it but the damage was done and enough. "Plus why would I commit the stupidity of trusting them again?". A day before my Bday I asked for a lighter tone under my highlights. I Paid 160$... Got bleached (over processed hair) chemical running down my face, my scalp severally burned till the day, had to cut my waist length hair to a bob, color back to black, and let it repair. Beware & careful who you put your hair at risk with, go to a place were they KNOW what their doing. One of the saddest experiences in my life and worst decision was to return to that salon again. I had to visit another stylist who explained bleach is never used after previously treated hair with Keratin or Brazilian treatments and I could've walked out that place bald. Don't even deserve my 1 star. PLEASE don't ever do this to anyone, save your apology, I cannot bring my healthy hair back, and certainly was NOT Beauty Solutions for me. read more

Took fellow regulars advice and went with Gina she was very nice since the moment I walked in i went in for a trim and some bangs and Gina hooked it up!! in showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that not too much not too little we made small chit chat but i love that it was simple and effortless i hate when strangers want to know your dirty laundry ms gina was very nice and respectful and quick! I think the longest i was there was 25 mins tops! Through yelp and these reviews I thought I would check out the place. I was in the salon for literally hours and the ladies did not rush me at all. The prices are very good and the service is excellent! I have very thick hair to begin with, so to trim, thin out, lighten and dye, washed and styled and get my nails done to perfection for a very good price. Sure it was over $100 but to have a head that won't ache due to heaviness is a blessing. I will be back!!! I highly recomment. read more

Worst nail shop ever! Wont be going there again very disappointed the girl doing my nails was extremely rude she left a nail side ways and my cuticles and fingers all dirty with nail polish. She was on the phone many times texting and she wasnt trying her best on doing my nails since hers were painted. 1st time visit and won't be returning. I called to make an appointment for a blow dry. Not too difficult. I should have canceled right from my phone call. I specified my need: I would like a blow dry and set a time. I asked should I come in with my hair washed or dirty? The attendant responded: do u want it with a blow drier? At this point I was confused and answered well what are my options? She specifically said: well some people want it with a straightner.... my thoughts: a blow dry with a straightner?? Oooookay... I'm not the professional one here but ok I want a blow dry with a blow dryer. She said ok come in with your hair washed and you will be seen by Maria. Very well and so I did. With out asking me how I wanted my hair she went straight to work. In the process I had to interrupt her with my request. Can I have a lot of volume and can you part my hair to the left? She said yes and added we have a special shampoo here to give extra volume. Well hello that is exactly why I asked if I should come in with clean or dirty hair! I also had to tell her that I didnt use any product on my hair assuming paying for a blow dry service she would have used whatever necessary products she had. Which of course she used nothing! I payed $25 for the blow dry. I was not impressed with her rushed work. She had another girl waiting which tells me she may have double booked giving me less attention. Pretty decent place I've gotten my lashes done twice there though the second time glue got inside my eye and my eye lasted blood shot red for 4 days I understand it wasn't their fault maybe I blinked or opened my eye. But I feel that they should try not to rush in. The ladies here are so nice and welcoming. Maria is by far the best person to see for all of your beauty needs! I went to her for lash extensions for over a year. She was very professional, took her time to do a good job, and charged me a very reasonable price. I also got my hair cut by her and she was absolutely amazing. I have long hair and had a very difficult time finding someone to add layers in order to volumize my long and dull locks. Every hair stylist I visited did not do what I asked. I left multiple salons feeling disappointed and as though I paid money to get the opposite of what I wanted. Frustrated, and ready to give up, I went to Maria for a hair cut and explained exactly what I wanted. I was ready to cut my own hair at that point out of sheer frustration. She reassured me that she knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did she fix what other stylists had done wrong to my hair, but she achieved the exact look I was going for. Since then, I have been able to style my hair exactly how I wanted and have received more compliments then ever before. She managed to cut my hair so that when I style it, its as voluminous as if I were wearing extensions. I cannot rant and rave enough about her.
