Adam, Kimberley and Erica communicated really well and answered any question we had about the entire process. They provided us with a few turf samples as well as an extensive list of referral addresses we could use to inspect their craftsmanship and the quality of the installed turf product. When the day to start the project arrived, Dylan and the large crew arrived right on time as arranged and immediately got to work. They were very professional and skilled. They were able to complete the entire project in one day and cleaned up the "worksite" nicely. In the end, the project took 6 weeks. For a simple patio, a small dog run and a rock weed barrier. Lucy tried to sneak fees in and without my approval, had her workers rip out 2 of my bushes. After complaining, they replanted them days later but the plants did not survive. They also damaged my drip system (they did fix it after I brought to their attention) also, the workers left trash in the yard. John was kind and understanding but I will continue to tell my neighbors to stay away from them.

As I got older, they were a PITA to maintain and THE WEEDS!!! They were a nightmare! So, I saw ads about this company and decided to get an estimate to turn this ugly, weed garden into my dream courtyard (hopefully). They made me a quick appointment that fit my schedule and sent out the coolest, most professional and accommodating, friendly guy, Jim. Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. He was the best salesman I've ever had come to the house and he gave me a really great quote as well in the cost! The crew who came out met with me on the first day of the project (along with the Project Manager. Mr. Gomez (who is simply amazing!). And they went over what they were going to be doing that day and how long they predicted the project would take to complete. Well, they worked on our project for three days and worked very hard and did everything exactly the way I wanted it and actually installed the arbor to perfection!!! They cleaned up exceptionally well and were so amazing to work with, and I owe it all to them to make my dream come true!! Once the project started, Lucy & her Crew explained what was happening and provided a timeline for the project. We had a Retaining Wall, Pet Turf area, Putting green/fringe, a main turf area, and concrete walkways put in. We did however had a synthetic turf issue where the turf had imperfections on it, (not caused by Advanced Pavers), Lucy & Edgar handled it professionally working with the manufacturer, the issue was remedied quickly.
