I first started at VCA Whitman (where despite the high prices we had such a lovely vet (Dr. Cosman) it was worth it) and transferred to the Brookline VCA when I moved to Boston. I have had my dog for 6 years and have watched the VCA prices rise far above the rate of inflation. In case anyone else is curious, YES they were acquired and taken private by no other than the Mars CANDY company in 2017. It has been about exploitation and profit margins since. Look into Mars' role in vet medicine and dog food. My dog was seen in Brookline for an illness in March 2025 and then again in September 2025 and in that 6 month time frame the sick exam fee alone increased from $134 to $139. That is just to walk through the door. And I am sure if I look at vaccine and medication prices the case is the same. They have steadily increased prices every few months since I started going in 2020. It is not about keeping up with inflation at this point. An annual physical fee now costs $112. Just last year it was $102. a $10 increase! Mind you, when I started bringing my dog in 2020 the routine physical exam fee was $76. a $36 increase in 5 years, that is 47% and FAR beyond inflation rates. Private Equity investors know vet clinics are of value due to their recurring revenue (aka loving pet owners trying to care for their animals) and they are ruining vet medicine. The insurance companies are no better. The staff are nice enough, and when I have felt uneasy about something the vets have reassured me with care and tact. This is not about the people who work here, but the state of veterinary medicine in general and how people are being priced out of owning pets so a shareholder can buy another yacht. read more

Absolutely incredibly and warm staff. They were polite, efficient, and my dog, Javier, loved them. They completed all of the vaccines/tests needed and gave me honest and kind advice about his health. Most importantly, they reviewed the potential cost of the exam prior to beginning, and allowed me to pick and choose what I want for my dog. Dr. Feldman has overseen my feline companions from kitten to loving assistance in their last moments, as has Dr. Groper. Yesterday, after my cats' wellbeing check, one of my cats, who was quite nervous, had an "accident" in his carrier while we waited in the lobby for our ride home. I was especially grateful for Kenzie's patient and meticulous and thorough cleaning of the carrier and of course of my cat! Competent and sweet! Thank you, Kenzie! Why do vets hire the rudest receptionists . I am relocating to Boston and calling around for vets, I called this office, the receptionist was rude, quoted prices that are different than what is online and told me my dogs would not be able to be seen until the end of August!!!!! I was told I could not pay to have vet take blood tests on my dogs, because, she said: 'IT IS A WASTE OF THEIR TIME" EXCUSE ME -- WHAT IS THE VETS JOB?????? VCA Brookline Boarding is the best!!! We exhaustively researched every boarding spot near Boston before picking them for our dogs very first boarding. Wow was it the right choice! Cooper, our 1.5yr Golden Retriever, has now stayed with them twice (a 4 day stay and a 10 day stay, his first two boarding experiences ever). The staff is professional, attentive, detail oriented, and most of all - just kind and good people. They are happy to answer all of our helicopter parenting questions, and even send pictures of Coop. They clearly have a great setup for the dogs and don't overbook themselves in the slightest. They also have the dogs play in smaller playgroups (a lot of other places, including some more expensive than VCA, have dozens of dogs playing at once which isn't ideal). He loves it there! It's also great to know that a vet hospital is attached (something our South End vet recommends in general for boarding in case god forbid anything happened). We really couldn't be happier. 10/10 bring your dog here. read more

DON'T GO HERE if your pet could ever get sick and need medication! They do not care about your dog's health or helping you -- over their priority to profit by selling drugs. We have taken our cavalier here for 6 years since she was born, and while we liked Dr. Groper very much as a vet, the practice as a whole is unethical and borderline illegal in not giving you your animal's prescriptions if you need them (and you have paid good money for the services to get those prescriptions). They ran out of our dog's heart medication in September 2020 and told us we had to get it elsewhere. We ordered it online through another pharmacy and Brookline VCA REFUSED to verify the prescription with that pharmacy or anywhere else so we could get our dog's heart medication filled. They wanted us to buy it from them at a huge markup, but they couldn't sell it to us because they were out. Yet they wouldn't give us the prescription to get it anywhere else. While we really liked Dr. Groper, the practice has done this multiple times with medication and at this point, our dog's life depends on it. So we are DONE and finding another vet. read more

Almost 8 years after my first review, I stand by it completely, and wish to add a recent example of Dr. Groper's commitment to his patients: The beloved Goldendoodle needed his annual shots, and due to my schedule, I wouldn't be able to get him in to see Dr. Groper for 6-7 weeks. Not wanting these things to wait AND being 450 miles away, I brought him to another vet who also talked me into a vaccine AND told me that I "had to make an appointment right away to get his teeth cleaned" and gave me an estimate of $900. OK, if the beloved Goldendoodle needs something for $900, then so be it, but he does NOT, so I will move beyond that. Over a week later, I got a call telling me that the boy had Lyme Disease AND something else that turned up in a stool sample. I thought "oh no, how can this be?" and started blaming myself (what a good dog parent will do, I suppose). After sending the lab results to Dr. Groper, he called me and assured me that the boy would be fine, nothing looked abnormal to him, answered a couple of questions I had and said he would see me/us when I was back home. Now, Dr. Groper took time out of his regular days to call me (once at 10PM) to make sure that the worried Mom of his fluffy patient had everything she needed and more importantly, he assured me that he would be fine. Just hearing that from Dr. G made me feel much better, and as you can see from the attached photo, the boy is feeling better as well. Woof!! read more

Don't go here. I've been using VCA Brookline for a while and there have been a lot of little things over time that led me to the conclusion that I don't get very good vet care here. The straw that broke the camel's back is that I brought my totally healthy kitten in for his last round of vaccines and one day later he got super sick - not eating, vomiting, etc. It was clearly contagious because a day after that my other, previously healthy cat got sick in the exact same way (not eating and vomiting as well). When I brought them both in for a sick visit, VCA Brookline charged me $800 - for something my cat very clearly caught AT THEIR FACILITY earlier in the week!!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I go to Angell MSPCA now and there is no doubt in my mind that my cats are receiving the highest quality vet care. Plus, bonus - No one comes home sick after visiting a vet there. read more

I kept trying to make this office work, but with no place to park, sometimes long waits in the waiting room for a visit, not great follow up reports and a terrible last visit with a distracted doctor I have given up. My miniature poodle Tosh had tragically died on that day in the pet grooming salon. I and my mom were totally devastated and shocked, and I simply did not know how to proceed in that situation. I stopped by in this Clinic, because it is local and long before my dog had been seen by Dr Groper. At the front desk I was met by Tami Gonzalez. I had never seen or known this person before and I was amazed and touched by her warmth and compassion from the very first second. She tried to console me in the way that you would expect only from a close friend or relative. And I needed it so much at this difficult moment of my life! Tami explained me what needs to be done to send Tosh to his final journey and she made all necessary arrangements for me. I later met Dr Groper at the parking lot as he just arrived, we had a brief conversation and he was very sympathetic with me. Dr Feldman took good care of our dog Pepper. He lived for almost 17 years and besides some missing teeth he lived a full and healthy life with us. Even so I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this practice because... The day we had to make the decision to bring our poor sweet boy in to be put down was the worst experience of our lives. Pepper had not eaten for over a week and we had to make the decision on the Friday and took the appointment on Saturday. Dr Feldman was not available and we got stuck with Dr Groper. We brought Pepper in and the front desk person (a very kind and caring lady) let us know they would set up the room for us and we could get it ready and bring him in when we were ready. We set up his room with his favorite blankie, toys and a box of bacon then brought our boy in. We are crying and trying to give him as many kisses as we can and Dr Groper just comes into the room without knocking or anything. First thing he says to us is he needs our masks on. We are not anti mask people at all and he couldn't even show some empathy of the situation to ask in a respectful way or let us gather ourselves. With zero compassion he then asks if we have ever done this before and if we want to stay for it. He warns us it will be uncomfortable if we do but there was no question we were going to be with him until his last breath. He tells us to set him on the table and we can face him. Fine. He then starts and Pepper is wincing as he is jabbing him with the needle. We keep telling him we love him and it's going to be ok. Then Dr Groper just tells us that he hasnt done it yet. Well ok let us soak up our tears and pick up our hearts off the floor and try again!!! I ask him if he is going to sedate him and then he says no and begins to explain why he does not believe in sedation. After some seconds of awkward silence he says he will let us know when he does it and restarts the procedure. All we can do is look at our poor boy and keep telling him we love him as he continues to try to find a vein to administer the drug. We finally hear the most heart breaking yelp out of pepper and then silence. Our beautiful boy was gone. I ask him if he did it? He says yes. He did not tell us he was doing it. We did not get to brace ourselves and say good bye one last time. He says in a robotic voice sorry for your loss and to take as much time as you need and closed the door behind him. We were just left there confused, sad and angry. I hate that I have to greive by writing this scathing review for a practice that I otherwise was happy and appreciative of. They took adaquate care of any issues with our pup and he was able to live a long, happy and full life. The way that Dr Groper handled our last moments with our sweet Pepper should not be something any pet owner has to ever feel. We have enough emotions that day going in and shouldn't have to worry about how the process works. I'm not sure if the practice offers sedation or if it was Dr Gropers personal preference that he didnt do it. I shouldn't have to wonder about this. If they don't offer it then fine but there should have been good communication every step of the process to the families during the process so we can know what to expect. We love and miss Pepper very much and only hope that all he saw in his final moments was the love and was spared of the pain and mistreatment that Dr Groper has bestowed upon the rest of us. read more

Brookline VCA offers good animal care albeit pricey, but their customer care is unacceptable. I just went through another experience where I had to wait outside for them to bring my pet in for his exam but then 20 minutes later, and 15 minutes past the scheduled time, they called to do a phone check in, then said the doctor would be out in a moment or two, but 20 minutes more and he still did not appear and so I gave up and drove home. They called to say they were ready as I pulled into our driveway. This kind of delay has happened before, with no advance warning and no updates. I have used VCA for their Vet and boarding services for years and they have always been very good. However I recently used their boarding services and my dog came home with an injury and a completely hoarse voice. It is clear to me that he was left in a kennel barking for hours on end, and he is not a barker. He was extremely emotionally distraught and clingy for days afterwards. He is a five year old dog who has been away from home many times. Nothing about this is at all acceptable and I will never be boarding with them again, and frankly am thinking of finding a new vet altogether. read more

I was nervous about leaving my cat in boarding, but I was reassured by the staff at the VCA. I had to go out of town and get boarding for my cat. They sent me pictures of my baby throughout my trip, from start to finish and an hour before I picked her up. They constantly updated me. I brought her, her favorite food and toys, which they used to treat her like a queen. Feeding her with a fork, belly rubs, and so much more.... Paid $86 for a 10min wellness check up and they couldn't tell me the weight or temperature of my cat. When I asked about the scratch on his face, they had to take him back to re-evaluate him. Why didn't they look at his face during a wellness check up? I accuse they didn't check his ears either. We visited VCA Brookline Animal Hospital recently with our new puppy and we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness - especially during COVID-19. We called to tell them we arrived and a technician met us at the car, masked and gloved, to bring in our pup. Five or so minutes later, the Dr. called us and walked us through the vet visit and all of the general information for first time dog owners including vaccinations, medications, eating habits etc. She then spoke with us for another 10 minutes to answer our questions about some behavioral issues we've noticed. She provided resources, helped us plan our next steps, and offered kind words of advice to calm two inexperienced and worried dog owners. While my partner was on the phone, the technician returned with our pup and walked me through a goody bag from 10 feet away - I assume this isn't a regular thing but it was a wonderful surprise. In the bag was a plush toy, a portable rubber water bowl, 2 lbs of dog food, heart worm medication, flea and tick medication, and lots of reading material. Later that evening, the Dr. text us even more resources and articles to learn about the behavioral issues we discussed! She also included some sweet words about our pup. We were touched by the dedication to our newest family member and we look forward to working with VCA for many years to come! read more

I am not one to write Yelp reviews, especially with a low rating, but this seems appropriate. I reached out to the manager directly in hopes to resolve this issue, or have some sort of dialogue directly, but still have yet to receive any response a week and a half later. So, here I am writing this... I have been a customer here for a few years and have always been very happy with the level of care and customer service. I now will be seeking out other veterinary care. On 9/28 I brought my dog in for a regular check up. With new protocols in place, communication seemed to be an issue, but I know that these are hard times, so I was graceful and understanding. Two days later, my dog started vomiting uncontrollably which lasted from 5pm to 9am. This is not something I had ever experienced with her, so naturally it was alarming. When calling to schedule an emergency visit that morning, I asked if it could be a possibility she caught a bug earlier in the week while she was there. I was told it was not possible because they were taking such high levels of pre caution. While I totally trust that...and being a business owner myself knowing all of the hoops and protocol in place that is standard for most businesses, I don't believe it was appropriate to completely rule that scenario out. So we get to our appointment and there is an obvious HUGE level of miscommunication happening. After communicating multiple times to multiple people what was going on, the doctor thought I said she had diarrhea. Look mistakes happen, miscommunication happens. But this is now concerning as I can't even be inside with my dog for an emergency visit. I decide to do tests because my dog is older and want to make sure this is not something more serious. Another $830 later we are free to go after giving her some anti nausea meds, fluids and tests. Reading the other reviews it seems this has happened more than once. Luckily, my dog is fine now, because of course it was just a 12 hour bug. Super disappointed. Hopefully this is an indicator to figure out a better system. read more

Very very disappointed in the grooming services here. I cannot comment on the vets, I'm sure they're fine, but I would not send your pets here to get groomed. Not only was I never called to pick them up when they were done, I called three times during the day which went right to voicemail, and then 8 hours later I had to ask the front desk who told me the groomer had already left for the day and no one had any clue when they were done. On top of that, my dog's grooming turned out very poorly. I wanted to keep her hair long for the winter, but her hair was cut super short. My bigger dogs nails were not adequately cut. And there wasn't anyone who could explain anything about their grooming to me because she had already left. read more

I have never had a worse experience at a vet than with Dr. Groper at this hospital. He had an extremely abrasive, condescending attitude with me the entire visit I was there. As a woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way he spoke down to me. First of all, he picked up my pet's carrier and physically shook it for her to come out. He was not gentle at all, he did not care to hear from me that she is at baseline stressed and anxious. Not to mention we just moved Boston and as a result her stress levels have been elevated. He couldn't care less to hear about her stress. Dr. Groper could not answer a single one of my questions regarding my pet's current presentation, change in baseline, and my concerns. He did not offer compassion, nor empathy and instead rattled off commands to me. He did not review my pet's case history before he was making invasive recommendations. He was not aware of medications she is currently on nor chronic conditions she has. I told him I felt like he did not care in his decision making, he told me quote, I was "out of my mind." He told me he was treating my pet "after hours", although it was a 7:40pm appointment which the front desk actually scheduled (I had it previously scheduled for a later date- they asked to move it up), and their office does not close until 9:00pm. I have never had a medical professional speak so disrespectfully to me. As a medical professional myself, this Doctor should be ashamed of himself and his mannerisms. He is not treating in a patient first mentality, rather he is operating in a business model- get in, get out. I cannot understand how someone so patronizing, apathetic and intolerant can consider themselves the type of person to work well in a medical setting. I would STRONGLY suggest taking your pet and your business elsewhere. Dr Groper should be ashamed of himself. I will be filing a formal complaint through the hospital as well as the board. read more

VCA Brookline is the best vet I've ever been to. Initially, I selected them out of convenience because it was close to my home and when I moved it became even closer. However, it's the quality care we've gotten that's really made us stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and they're very kind to my Mickey. The best part of VCA Brookline is Dr. Nannig though! She is so kind and patient with my dog, Mickey, and I feel so relieved knowing that he's in her care. When Mickey's had a tough appointment, she'll call within the next few days asking how he's doing and to me - that's amazing! She takes her time with my dog and he isn't scared to be there anymore. Dr. Nannig is such a great vet, but one thing that she does that really makes me feel glad to have her take care of Mickey is that she doesn't push any meds on him. Not once has she prescribed something unnecessary for Mickey, she's cautious and I never feel like she's trying to jack up my vet bill. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable here and cheaper than visits with other vet offices. The office and rooms are also clean and well lit and I know Mickey's getting the best care possible! I highly recommend VCA Brookline, they're very flexible with appointments and super responsive! It's the only vet I'll take my dog to in Boston! read more

I've never written a yelp review but they are awesome. I brought in my two new kittens for their first visit (originally strays), and understandably, they had numerous health concerns. When I was there it was really busy but it didn't affect the quality of their care at all. Fast forward a month and their vomiting, eye discharge, constant sneezing, and diarrhea have all resolved. VCA Brookline is a business that is greedy, operates in bad faith, and does not take responsibility for its actions. As evidence, the following is my experience with them that caused me to leave their services and go to another vet (it's long but I think it's worth including all of these details): I was looking to buy medication for my dog, and I decided to see if there were any online pharmacies that would offer said medication for a cheaper price than VCA was offering. I asked VCA for a prescription and VCA did not give me one. Instead, they offered to price match the medication I saw on the online pharmacy I had chosen. Seeing an opportunity to support my local veterinarian, I accepted and sent over the link with the price I wished VCA to match. After waiting a couple of days, I asked VCA for the price matched medication, but to my surprise, VCA had not looked at the link I had sent to them, and by the time they got back to me, the price on the medication had increased 10%. They offered to price match at the current price instead of the price I had originally sent them. This was clearly business done in bad faith, so I resolved to pick up a prescription from VCA and purchase my medication somewhere where I would not be encouraging this kind of behavior. Unfortunately, I work full time in a different part of town, and so I sent my father in to pick up my prescription for me. I had explained the situation to him and he resolved to just pick up the prescription and leave. However, when my father tried to pick up the prescription, the staff at VCA declined to give him the prescription and instead tried to convince him to buy medication from them at their price. Frustrated, he kept insisting on just receiving the prescription and then leaving. As the VCA staffers continued to push their own medication on my father and my father got more frustrated, the VCA staff ended up threatning to call the police after some back and forth. My father (an older, out of shape, 5 foot 8 man), fully aware that he was acting in a manner not warranting such action, called the VCA staff's bluff and told them he was fine with them calling the police. In response, the VCA staff pretended to offer to resolve the situation with my father outside the front of the building, but when he stepped outside to talk to them, they locked the door behind him. Certainly there are different accounts of this story, but these are the main points that are fairly indisputable: 1. The VCA staff practiced business in bad faith by refusing to provide a prescription upon request and then subsequently pushing me to buy medication from them. 2. The VCA staff acted unprofessionally by threatening to call the police on my father. Normally, this would be a subjective point, but the fact that they did not ever act on this threat is proof in itself that the VCA staff did not feel ever feel threatened by my father. Instead, they simply did not want to deal with the situation any longer. 3. VCA management did not offer an apology to my father for the incident involving the threat to call the police or their shady attempts at selling us their medication (instead of giving us the prescription that we had asked for time and time again). Instead, they merely said it was a misunderstanding that was meant to protect my pet's health. It is worth nothing that VCA did not mention my pet's health at any point throughout this whole process until after I spoke with the manager. You'll notice that on a few other negative reviews for VCA Brookline, the business has responded and asked the reviewer to email the manager. I actually did speak with the manager on the phone but after sending a follow up voice message and email, I never heard back. Given VCA's disgraceful behavior, this was not surprising. read more

The WORST costumer service I have ever seen in my entire life!! The one vet I interacted with was fine enough but this does not make up for how absolutely terrible the rest of the clinic is. I had to call SEVEN, yes SEVEN times in order to book a time to board my cat because most of the people working there are completely incompetent and cannot not do the booking for the boarding but tell you to call back later when the person who can book is around. They also do not keep track of their own records. I brought my cat in for one vaccine and they gave her a completely different one way off of the vaccine schedule. Additionally, they are still taking advantage of the pandemic and are not letting people into the office which would be ok if they actually talked to me or listened to me. Which they do not! Horrible experience. We took our sick cat here after he had lost a significant amount of weight and was not consistently eating for a couple months. He is known to be a rescue with high anxiety, and we were not allowed to go back with him. After he was, predictably, very anxious for the appointment, they told us they could not get blood or do any additional procedures, and that it was likely just anxiety that led to him to lose weight, so we left with an anxiety med prescription. After no improvement, we took him to another vet who operate from fear-free practices. They allowed us to be in the exam room with N95 masks, and they were able to get blood, and told us our cat had to be immediately hospitalized based on his anemia levels. After working with MSPCA Angell, we finally have a diagnosis and care plan for his severe GI disease and he has recovered well from this episode. This was a complete misdiagnosis from VCA Brookline based on their own inability to handle our cat. I have been going to Dr. Groper for my dog who is now 11. He has always been very helpful when she has any issues. Whenever I have had an Emergency (or even a false emergency since this is my first dog) they have always be able to fit me in right away. I had to bring Woofie on a quasi-emergency vet visit a couple of weeks ago when I found some skin irritation under his tail on a Saturday afternoon when our usual vet was closed. NO ONE had any space for an appointment, save the emergency hospitals, and, finally this hospital. I called in a semi frenzy and gave my spiel, expecting there was no chance we could get an appointment that day. Turned out they had one about 50 minutes from when I called. Still on the phone, I went around the house grabbing my purse, shoes, coat and dog as the receptionist/vet tech explained that your first visit's exam fee of $70 was waived if you print a coupon off their site. I frantically said I didn't have a printer (aaAAHhh) and she said it would be no problem for them to give me the credit. We saw Dr Feldman, who was nice enough. Everything felt very clinical there compared to our usual vet, but maybe that's because we were coming in for the first time. The dr quickly diagnosed Woofie and explained the medications I'd be going home with. A week later, Woofie had a weird reaction to the meds and had to go back to our vet, who said his prescription was completely within the normal course of treatment and that they had actually put him on a rather low dose-- so they were not to be faulted for the reaction. A week after that, they called to follow up to see how we were doing. I explained the situation and was told things would be noted in my dog's chart. The next day, I got a message from the doctor herself saying she was up to date on his situation. I appreciated the personal attention and can tell they were trying to get a new patient, or just cared about the outcome of their services. They're open weekends, so if I ever have another emergency, I will try them first. read more

Dr Feldman and the VCA Brookline Animal Hospital team have been great! Our kitten Kira had all of her shots and spay procedure done here. She can be a bit of a nightmare at the vet, but everyone has been really wonderful taking care of her, especially our vet Dr Feldman. The front desk staff is always friendly and informative when answering our questions over the phone and Lori, our vet, is really responsive and helpful when little problems come up. It is very busy, especially on the weekends, so try to schedule your appointments when you have some flex time or doing off-periods. read more

We've been taking our pets to VCA for about 7 years now. While we have seen some new doctors join the staff, all have always been excellent. I had a very difficult pup years back that had to be escorted to a room immediately upon arrival (he suffered from aggression issues). They were always so accommodating. The staff is friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Parking isn't always easy, so leave yourself an extra few minutes before your appt. read more

This is the best veterinary office I've ever taken my dog to. Every time I went, the vets made sure I was taken care of so well. Especially Dr. Kruskall, who always made my dog feel like a star and went the extra mile to minimize the costs for me, a broke grad student. While it's a shame my dog had to come visit them so often, I always left with a smile on my face because I knew the staff here truly cared about my dog. Their COVID response has also been amazing, and all their new policies have made me feel at ease. read more

I wanted to write this review for others with a cat who gets anxious going to the vet. I had Dr. Groper, and the visit was a disaster. He was very rough with my cat, Moo, initially - which might have been fine and playful with a dog -- but this only worsened Moo's anxiety. I warned him that Moo gets aggressive when he is anxious, and he seemed completely unprepared for this. Let the cat escape onto the floor, where he was hissing and spitting. I recommended we grab a towel so I could pick him up safely, and he said he would go get one if we needed it. It took us 10 minutes to get Moo back into his pet carrier (since he wouldn't grab us a towel, and I didn't feel safe without one) and he didn't even do a physical exam (even though I paid for one), just told me to make him lose 5 lbs (with no recommendations on how, either). I honestly thought this was entirely my fault and was so embarrassed for Moo's behavior, until I found a new vet in a new clinic. It was a completely different experience, that now I know I ought to expect from a good vet: They came prepared, with a towel and gloves in case he got aggressive. When he was too anxious for a full exam, they offered sedation. The sedation was via a mask, not an injection, so quite peaceful. They offered anti-anxiety pharmacologic and non-pharm/behavioral options for him. They normalized everything. They actually counseled me on his weight loss. It felt like they went above and beyond, but that's only because they went so far beyond what I got from the Brookline VCA -- in reality, this is the kind of patience and care you should expect from your visit. In summary: Don't bring your vet-anxious cat to Dr. Groper! read more

We had an emergency with my senior pup and Dr. Groper was recommended. We called and asked and Dr. Groper agreed to fitting us in between his other appointments. The vet techs and Dr. Groper were all AMAZING and they dealt with my and my pups separation anxiety in such a caring way. We have def found our forever vet and are eternally grateful! read more
