While my eyebrow threading ($11) was fine, their hair services and customer treatment are utterly pathetic.I asked for a balayage, but because my hair is short, they suggested highlights instead. I explicitly and repeatedly stated: NO blonde and NO caramel. I wanted a deep brunette/mocha brown blend with dark black roots.Instead, they completely messed up the foils and left me with bright blonde and caramel hair. Before blow-drying, the stylist forced a "conditioner" on me, aggressively insisting it was necessary, without ever mentioning a fee. As she dried my hair, she burned me with the hair dryer.When I expressed my immediate dislike for the blonde, they brought over a self-proclaimed "expert." They kept telling me, "Sister, we will do it, trust us." At that point, I just wanted an all-over dark color so I could leave and pick up my dog. They refused and insisted they could fix the highlights. Instead, without my permission or asking which color I wanted, they just painted my entire head in a root color. My hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in. To make matters worse, during the second blow-dry, the stylist burned the skin next to my left eye.The checkout process was even worse. A woman named "Aisha," who claimed to be the manager, tried to scam me. She tried to charge me for the unauthorized all-over color. Then, she tried to charge $30 for the surprise conditioner. When I called out the price, she boldly lied and claimed the "new price" was actually $50. When I told Aisha that her staff had literally burned my shoulder and face, this disgusting excuse for a human being laughed. After demanding a corporate number, she handed me a fake, junk phone number that goes nowhere. I called a different location to report this, and while that representative took my info and promised the owner would call me, I have heard absolutely nothing.Save your time, your money, and your safety. This place is an unprofessional, deceptive circus that will damage your hair, try to steal, and burn you and then laugh about it.
