I came in to thread my eyebrows and upper lip Three words... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I honestly have never in my life had a worse experience and if I could give a negative rating I would. 1. If you have sensitive skin that breaks out easily get ready for it because these women will touch your whole face without sanitizing or washing their hands. 2. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded every month for 6 years and not once has it taken over 15 minutes. They took a lovely 45 minutes to thread my eyebrows and upper lip. A good 20 minutes alone on my upper lip which normally takes 3 minutes tops. 3. My face was scarred for a good 2 days due to how unprofessional the lady was. She pinched me while plucking my eyebrows multiple times.... I did not ask you to pluck my eyebrows... I can do that at home for free. Bottom line is that I will never again enter that place and I do not recommend it for anyone. I actually left in tears due to my frustration and the fact that my face was in legitimate pain. * To be fair MAYBE there is a chance that I got unlucky and the lady I had was awful but the fact that you have an employee that is so unprofessional says a lof about your business.* read more

After signing up for my first appointment a couple days before Christmas, I think I mistakenly crashed a Christmas party! Nikki said she had requested to have the reservation feature on her website shut down, but I was sure I got a reservation confirmation...Regardless, once we all accepted the circumstances, Nikki set me up with Brian who immediately set about the business of toiling over my hair; what started out as one of the most awkward moments of my life, quickly turned into one of the nicest most relaxing experiences I can remember, to say nothing of getting one of the best haircuts I've had in ages! I hadn't cut my hair in over a year because I just did not want to take a chance with my hair. But I'm soooo glad I took a chance in this place! I will def be going back! I finally found a place I'm comfortable in and I know I will leave with a smile on my face. I didn't even have to wait for a chair I was put right in almost when I got there. The two ladies I seen working there are very very nice. I went in for a short bob like cut and I fell in love with it. It's not far at all from my house. I have been going to Nikki's beauty salon for about 10 years now! I think Nikki is absolutely amazing! I am very particular with my eyebrows and she is the ONLY person I will allow to touch them! She does an impeccable job AND everyone is ALWAYS asking me where I get my eyebrows done! Her staff is super friendly and awesome to be around. I love this place! She always does a beautiful job on my eye brow threading and that is not an easy task! She actually gives my eyebrows a shape! The owner is Nikki thats her nickname but her real name is MaryAnn so if you call and ask for Mary Ann or Nikki its the same person. She is always friendly, professional and welcoming. I came across this salon through Yelp and I'm glad I did. I was in the area and wanted to get a haircut but mainly cut my split ends since I'm trying to grow my hair out. I told Nikki about it so instead of cutting it with scissors, she used a split end cutting machine that only removed my split ends. My hair felt softer, healthier afterwards and the best part is that I didn't lose the length. Nikki is very friendly, and easy to talk to as well. Will be coming here in the future read more

The lady who worked on my hair for many hours did a great job patiently to get the red highlights on my black hair which I had died to blue black for many years . even though that She knew my hair wouldn't be easy , she kept working on it with a great and kind attitude and her inner confident and she finally did a great job on my hair . This has been my go to place for eyebrows for the past 8 years. They are the best at threading!!! I love to go here they are always so friendly and helpful. The music they play is so relaxing while waiting and getting serviced. It's peace to sit for a few minutes out of your busy day and let your mind wonder!!!
