Ilene helped us into a good vehicle that was well inside our price range, and handled all the documentation for us over the course of an afternoon, while we waited for the adjusters to cut the check. Mike got us all signed out that day, and Mohamed made sure the car was ready to go after they found one TPMS sensor disconnected on the final check. I brought my vehicle in at the beginning of the year for a simple oil change and to address a rearview camera issue. I was told the part needed to fix the camera was out of stock and they'd call when it arrived. That call never came. Fast forward nearly six months, my A/C stops working--on a car that's not even a year old. I bring it in again and remind them that the rearview camera is still not working. Shortly after, I receive a call from service advisor, who not only tells me that the camera was supposedly fixed months ago (which was news to me), but goes on to argue with me about it. I had paperwork proving otherwise. This mistake was conveniently blamed on a previous advisor who had since been fired, which I was told was "deserved." What do you know? Suddenly, the camera is magically repaired within a week. So much for that "part being out of stock" for six months. But that's just where the headache began. Over the next 6 weeks, I played endless games of phone tag. When I did get someone on the line, I was repeatedly told, "early next week" or "just a few more days." Spoiler alert: those promises were never kept. Finally, after about five or six weeks, I'm informed they broke something in my dash and had to replace the entire thing. After 48 days, I'm told it's finally done and will be ready to pick up the next morning. I called around 12:30 PM to confirm and was told it was finished and just being detailed and they'd call me back when it was ready. No call came. By 4:30 PM, I decided to just show up. I walk into the service department and not only am I met with blank stares and annoyed attitudes, but when I tell them I'm here to pick up my car, I'm treated like an inconvenience. Eventually, "my service advisor"finishes a phone call and goes to get my car, only to tell me it was just about to be detailed. So...what was happening at 12:30 when I was told it was already being detailed? At this point, I didn't care and just wanted my car back, so I dealt with their trash left inside my car because I wanted to leave. To top it off, when I returned the loaner (which they acted like they didn't have any when I first asked for one and it was a nuisance that I was asking), the person at the loaner desk also had an attitude. I assume actually doing her job must've been the issue. So after 7 weeks without my car, being lied to, argued with, and treated like a burden, I'm done. My family has purchased 8 trucks and SUV's from Feldman Chevrolet of Livonia over the last 7 years or so and that ends now. We will not be returning for service or for future purchases.

When I asked why the 3 other older axles have yet to fail, his excuse was that the aftermarket axle he installed was of significantly worse quality than the OEM ones I have installed on the other corners and if I wanted an OEM one I should've asked. A sorry and greedy excuse to not do the right thing, $500 for an axle that only lasted 3 months.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.

We took our 2016 Nissan in when the AC pulley started screaming metal-0n-metal. After 3 trips back to the shop to stop the leaking, it was declared FIXED. Well that was like the second week of November so we did not get to run the AC--though it seemed cold for November. The real problem started come December a we had NO heat, the fan was blowing full speed, but we had ZERO air flow from the vents. Fast forward to today (85 degrees) and we try the AC. The air is flowing and it feels cold, for about 10 minutes and now it is blowing WARM air--probably around 70 degrees(?) We went to this shop after an even worse experience at some hack shop on Victory in Howell off grand River. It seems the Nissan was too much for Hi-way Tires and Service? When your AC needs service, do it in the summer and find a garage that has great technicians.
