We hired this company for multiple residential projects including HVAC troubleshooting, an EV…read morecharger installation, and repair of a non-working doorbell transformer. Scheduling was flexible, pricing was fair, and communication was consistent. Unfortunately, the quality of work and follow-through did not meet expectations. Several installations required return visits--or fixes I ultimately had to handle myself. The EV charger failed to operate out of the box due to a disconnected internal ribbon cable, which was blamed on product design rather than potential mishandling during install. (I had to troubleshoot and repair this myself.) The doorbell still doesn't function as designed. Our primary concern was that there was no power to the Eufy unit--we wanted to avoid having to charge it manually. After inspection and a transformer replacement, it still never had power. We didn't realize this until the battery died, and based on the battery lifespan, we're confident there was no power present from source to load when the team left. While work was being done on the doorbell and electrical panel, a wire somehow disconnected from a breaker, causing power loss to our upstairs bathroom lights--an issue that went unnoticed by the team. My wife noticed it immediately, but since I was traveling, I assumed it was a GFCI trip. It wasn't--I later confirmed it was related and not a GFCI issue at all. We were also having issues with our AC system, which was diagnosed as a faulty relay and low coolant. After those repairs, the exact same issues persisted. While they did return at no charge, the explanation shifted to closed vents and system over-pressurization, followed by claims that it was a design flaw from the original home build. We have since opened all vents and the AC still short cycles.(In fairness I did not bring this up to them, as I had already lost confidence in their repair work) For context, our neighbors have the same home layout and do not experience these issues. While I understand the challenges of troubleshooting, it can't come at the cost of repeated guesswork and shifting blame every time something doesn't work. In each case, the explanation pointed to equipment flaws or unrelated factors, never acknowledging the possibility of an installation oversight--despite the timing and nature of the failures clearly suggesting otherwise. While the team was willing to return (as long as we paid another service fee), the lack of accountability and repeated need for correction made the process more frustrating than it needed to be.

They showed up the day after we scheduled and it cost me money renting equipment. The owner called…read moreme a liar and refused to do the work. I would never use them again.
