As getting nails done with the machine she slightly burned me twice, no apology. No hand lotion or hand massage. Left with dry hands and dry cuticles. But she did do a great job and love my nails! I really want to like them and make this my place so I will give them another try with different person. The place was very busy, so they're doing something right! UPDATE: I returned for a fill-in and as noted before was greeted and sat right away after initial washing of hands. I had a different nail tech this time and had a great experience, did my cuticles and brushed cuticle oil on them. Have not quite decided if this will be my go to place yet. Will have to try their padicures and then I will make a final decision.

I went two weeks later and got my nails done again because I liked it so much and she did another amazing job and they're so nice there. They don't rush you and they're really nice and then I had a pedicure that was one of the best pedicures I ever have I've had a lot of pedicures a lot of different places over my life, but this was definitely the best one. It wasn't rushed like fast food place in a hurry to meet their quota. It actually was done carefully and she really took time and she did a really good job.

When I asked for a thick (and short) toenail to be filed down, someone else instructed her how to do it. Every time I have had this done, they thin it in a rounded way so nail polish can go on normally. I do it myself at home and it's not a big deal. Instead, she only thinned it in one flat back and forth motion over top so it is oddly shaped and turned out looking like this (I eventually asked her to stop since she was getting so close to the skin). I appreciate how hard and long she worked, but I much prefer the result I do myself at home for $40 + $10 tip. I guess like with anywhere, it depends on who you get assigned.

I asked for a pink base, and she kept telling me "we don't have it", the mgr translated to her in Spanish and by magic she found the color. She was doing my nails and I explained they are too thin - I was met with "O MY GOD" the mgr Giana translated to her to make them thicker. The Mani continued and I asked for my French white line to be thin - met again with "O MY GOD" from Celeste and a TERRIBLE attitude! Giana explained, "she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand". Then why are you doing my nails if you can't understand my request? I asked the mgr, why am I being met with an attitude, and the duo of O MY GOD? She apologized and finished my nails. I told her I was never going to Celeste again, this was suppose to be relaxation, not stress. The customer is always right, and you NEVER, EVER have an attitude with O MY GOD included in a sentence. Poor job, not even a drop of lotion was applied to my dry hands. Not worth the price to be met with an attitude! I've never paid $140 anywhere= $70 spa pedi and $70 gel polish manicure? Quality was ok- I mean I had on red polish before and she didn't get it all off around the edge of my nails. Unfortunately I cannot afford to go back here for mediocre and expensive work.
