Read the BBB reviews of this place killing and severely harming hundreds of people's pets…read more.. We also had a horrifying experience. We took our 3 happy and healthy dogs here for a routine teeth cleaning, exam, and one to be spayed, and ALL 3 that were seen by Dr Matt P. came home the next day with different severe illnesses and bloody diarrhea. Pancreatitis and GI issues which can be caused by improper monitoring during anesthesia. Because of this WE have to pay upwards of $1500 in testing and meds. One could understand if maybe 1 dog had issues but it's insulting to suggest that it's simply a coincidence that all 3 of my dogs get the exact same issue. When we contacted corporate about the issue they did an "internal investigation" which is really just performed by one of their own paid employees Dr Hog who is essentially a Public Relations mouthpiece to simply explain the policy that screws you over while feigning empathy.. no conflict of interest there, right? She essentially claimed that since she cannot prove her employer did something wrong that we don't get a refund. We'll be pursuing legal action, complaining to the Vet board of MN, contacting BBB, and continuing our dispute of charges with the banks. Run far away from Banfield and again, check the BBB reviews.

Emergency visit met or exceeded all expectations - staff and doctor were friendly - areas were clean open and well lit. Puppy was happy and not fearful of a new environment. Our experience at the Minnetonka location was 5/5.

I've taken my pup to quite a few doggy daycares/boarding and Camp Bow Wow EP is our favorite!…read more First day of daycare is FREE, so why not try it?! They have cameras in every room so you can always see what your pup is up to. They start with a slow introduction with dogs, slowly increasing the number in a room to ensure your dog is okay and not overwhelmed. They have a website for easy online booking or an app as well! I love the app as I waste away my afternoons watching the cameras to see her play! Staff has always been so great and my dog LOVES it here!! When you board, you can specify when and how much your dog eats. You can add on services such as one on one interaction time, snuggle, grooming, nail trim, etc! On your first day, you get a welcome packet and photos of their first day! Minnie and me love it here!

Total transparency: I haven't gotten any of their "dog salon" services... yet…read more A doggy daycare seemed like very extravagant extra spending to me until I got a very hyperactive puppy and our Minnesota winter happened. During the summer, spring, and fall she is a-okay because she's walked every single day - but when the walks are shorten because it's 10° we all know what happens. Cue: doggie daycare consideration. They seemed a little understaffed, but hey that's the new normal with COVID. What I can tell you is they average about three dollars an hour with me to take care of my puppy... the same price I'd pay a neighbor kid to walk them - but I get 8-10 HOURS of puppy free time. ... AND puppy is usually completely spent for 10-15 hours after I get her back. She knows exactly what / where Camp BW is and loses her stuff every time we pull up. So - for me five stars. Will update if I get wonky salon services. But for the most part the staff is courteous enough - the hours are right - and it seems to be priced okay. For now I will keep recommending (and budgeting for) CBW for my sanity in our cold MN winter months.
