This was about 3:30 in the morning...

I barely had to wait when I came in with my pup! They took care of him fast and gave me some great advice. Obviously this place is very expensive because it's an ER Vet. So I chose to do a few things that were Affordable and waited until my primary care vet opened in the morning.. they made my pup comfortable in the meantime and I felt OK taking him home. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and need a vet ASAP.

I'm so grateful to have VEG ER nearby in Stevenson Ranch. On a Friday night, when all the regular veterinary offices were closed, I was trying to help my neighbor with her elderly Maltese who has a heart condition and had stopped eating. We were trying to find Hill's urgent care food that she might actually eat, and Jazmine could not have been more compassionate. She helped us get what we needed, and the entire experience couldn't have gone better. Both Jazmines are amazing! Best of all, my neighbor's dog has continued eating the food throughout the weekend after refusing virtually everything else we offered her. One of my biggest hesitations about moving to the Santa Clarita Valley from the Pasadena area was the lack of nearby 24/7 emergency veterinary care. Having VEG here now fills such an important need in our community and gives me tremendous peace of mind as a dog guardian. I also really appreciate VEG's open-concept approach, where pet parents can stay with their animals during an emergency rather than being separated from them. And beyond the hospital itself, I've seen VEG out in our community supporting local pet rescue efforts, which makes me appreciate them even more. I'm just incredibly glad they're here. When something happens with a pet after hours, knowing there is a place nearby that is open 24/7, compassionate, and ready to help means everything. Thank you, Jazmine, the other equally amazing Jazmine , and the entire VEG Stevenson Ranch team!

This ER vet is open concept, meaning you can see what the vets are working on and doing to pets. Very interesting, never been to anything like it before but it was a nice change. We came in and were warmly greeted and attended. We got helped relatively right away and it took about an hour or two to get results. Everything went smooth and all our questions were addressed. It is costly. The er initial visit fee is 215 + recommended diagnostic services . I paid about $1600

Brough in my cat with difficulty breathing on the 4th of July. They were extremely busy yet they were efficient compassionate and very thorough. Dr Wong quickly examined him and I was informed every step of the way and provided with an estimate up front. I was given the opportunity to observe procedures on my cat and sit by him as he waited in the oxygen cage. I really appreciate being able to stay with him and I'm extremely thankful for the compassionate staff here. At the end of my visit I was refunded for any services in the estimate which were not needed. So thankful for this clinic and the staff!

On Thanksgiving, our elderly pet rat, Apricot, suddenly became lethargic and developed labored breathing. Rats are wonderful pets, but their lifespan is short, and they're prone to tumors. Apricot had developed a mammary tumor a few months prior and was nearly two years old. It was clear she was in distress, and we felt the most humane choice was to end her suffering. We assumed nothing would be open on a holiday, but I called VEG after remembering their location next to the Vons I visit. The receptionist was kind and told us to come in right away for euthanasia. When we arrived, the large main treatment area was focused on a critical case involving a Labrador, with a family gathered nearby. There were comfortable couches in a waiting area with plenty of room. We were placed in a private room to wait, which was thoughtfully designed to feel calm and comforting. It had soft lighting, gentle music, electric candles, a fragrance diffuser, and even a memory book where we wrote about Apricot while we waited. It was sweet to read what others had written too. That space made a difficult moment more manageable. Over about 45 minutes, staff checked in on us regularly, offering water and explaining the process. Once available, the doctor discussed euthanasia options. Unlike our regular vet, who uses gas, they explained that they prefer intravenous injection for a more controlled and peaceful passing. However, due to Apricot's size and likely dehydration, accessing a vein was extremely difficult. Multiple staff members attempted carefully to find one in her tail, but it was understandably challenging. The remaining option was an intracardiac injection--a needle through her chest into the heart. Apricot was already minimally responsive, and we agreed to proceed. I stepped out, while my husband stayed with her. He said she reacted briefly but passed almost immediately. This wasn't an easy experience, but the staff handled it with honesty, patience, and respect. They kept us informed at every step and treated both us and Apricot with dignity, never once making us feel like she was "just a rat". A few days later, we received a sympathy card signed by what looked like the entire team. That unexpected gesture meant a great deal to our family. With all the pets over my lifetime and all the euthanasia we've had for them, never once did a vet send us a sympathy card. We expected a high emergency holiday cost, especially given the circumstances, but the total was about $200, only slightly more than our regular vet. While euthanasia for small animals like rats can be technically difficult, we're grateful VEG was available when we needed immediate help. Everyone, from receptionist to vet tech to nurse to doctor was kind and gentle. I would return for future care, especially in urgent situations.

On Memorial Day, I brought in my cat due to being lethargic and not eating due to pancreatitis/KD disease. Of course, it was over a 30 min wait to see the doctor but understandable as it is an ER and it was a holiday. Dr. Ganay came in the room and answered all the concerns I had (I had taken my cat to urgent care 2 days before and the DR. didn't acknowledge anything). She thoroughly explained Yogi's lab work and any questions I had. We had to leave him for hospitalization for 24 hours and I am so glad that the staff was very thorough as my Yogi boy is a very spicy old boy. Every time I take him to other vets, they say he is difficult and always want to put him on Gabapentin to do the least like draw blood. I was glad I left him hospitalized here at this ER because the staff was so kind (I really wish I could remember their names but whoever took care of Yogi in the AM and PM). They offered me to stay in a room overnight but I had to take my 2 other boy cats to a dental procedure the next morning (such terrible timing). Of course, the bill was high but what can you expect? Its an ER and hospitalization. Yogi has been home for a little over 24 hours and he did a complete 360 after being hospitalized, very hungry and happier. Overall, truly thank you to Dr. Ganay and the two techs I got to speak with when I left him and picked him up.

Lucky my black and white Rat terrier Chihuahua mix playing with her toy shark.

Well, it was a heartbreaking experience to begin with because I was losing my companion and service animal of 12 years. She was like my first child. The doctors and nurses were so kind and patient was th me saying goodbye. I couldn't have asked for more.

Huge thank you to this place! My pup was recently neutered, and while I was at work I had a sitter watching him who accidentally gave him a double dose of his medication. My regular vet was closed, and this was the only place in the entire valley that was able to provide clear guidance and reassurance on how to move forward. As a first-time dog dad, I was definitely panicking, but they took the time to walk me through everything and immediately put me at ease. I'm incredibly grateful for their help, professionalism, and compassion. Truly appreciate the support and guidance, thank you so much!

Its long but worth it if you love your pet . *** Dr. Yashiri the director graduated in 2017 Dr. Abed head doctor graduated in 2020 and Brooke Midgal graduated 8 months ago. These people combined have 15 years of experience. I brought my English bulldog here for a hurt leg . Dr. Migdal saw her and wanted to give her methadone because my girl was worked up.The doctor said it would calm her down. It made my dog worse with almost uncontrolled panting . The doctor walks over and says , I dont like the way shes breathing ...I thought" no shit." So the doctor says I want to give her something to calm her down . WTF isnt that what the methadone was ? The vet didnt properly explain side effects the oxygen was barely on , I know because I put my hand to it. I asked for my money back and the vet said she would return it once I left. My dog has not stopped panting so they wanted to give her midazolam after the methadone and narcan. I pretty much wasnt given a choice because her breathing was so bad. She is now intubated but breathing ok.I asked dr. Midgal how long she has been a vet , she didnt answer, i said years? She said yes . Turns out shes only been a vet 8 months. Is that ethical ? Then theres Jasmin. She was on the phone with Dr. Betty whom i assume is one of the main vets here. The doctor asked how my baby was and jasmine couldnt get up to walk 10 steps to ask the only competent person, ( Gail) here how stella was doing . Jasmines response was i can hear breathing . Then proceeded to laugh about who knows what. I spent a while on the phone with doctor Abeti who couldnt do anything but apologize. I let here know that her staff is a reflection on her. I asked her to come down and she didnt want to because she lives an hour away i told so did I and ill be missing work tomorrow she didnt care . Im waiting for the director to call me tomorrow. I forgot to mention that while my dog was suffering the vet was in the back doing who knows what. I sent two people to call her but she took her sweet time . Im so mad at myself I should of taken her where I usually go, VCA WLA but i thought since it was just to check her leg it would be fine . So I would really reconsider bringing your special breeds here . The star for the nurse Gail that explained things and provided some assurance. Gail stayed with my dog the whole time , she missed lunch and probably her breaks. She was heaven sent . So it is now 444am. A sick dog came in and 2 techs were wearing gowns and taking precautions, why did the vet ( migdal) go into the room with the sick dog without protective gear and her laptop and then try to go back to where my girl is. The tube is out and Dr. Abedi wants to jump on a teleahealth call with a critical care team on the east coast because she feels I don't trust them. Mind you , we are on the 8th dose of medicine and my angel still isnt awake. Now Dr.Abedi called Dr.Jan Hall a critical specialist out of Torrance who was extremely rude because I asked why they keep reversing medications that they insist on giving her. Dr. Jan said "its 440 in the morning , its fine." The dismissive attitude is disgusting. Now they've offered me a transport ambulance to VCAWLA. Because its obvious they cant handle this. The egos here are tremendous and it should of said they arent equipped to care for EBD. They keep saying this is common. But in almost 4 years , ear infection, ACL surgery, eye issue and i never experienced anything like this. At 520am Lindsay got the director Johnathan yashari on the phone. Instead of taking responsibility he said this happens often I tried to express upon him that if I was properly informed about medication side effects I would have left this place and went to VCA. This man made excuses about the breed , the desert , the ocean ...did everything but apologize for his inept staff. Just a total stressful, traumatic, emotional and financial doozy of a night . Please reconsider this place of you have an EBD. I think this is that update . They x rayed by baby and found possible pneumonia from panting. I also think they x rayed the wrong leg. But its 7am and im to tired to go another round with these people. We should be going home soon with a bunch of medication we didnt need 12 hours ago. *** Dr. Abeti is now recommending 24 hour monitoring. She ordered an ambulance to take me girl to VCA WLA. Let see if they will pay for her stay there . To be continued.. Now the director wants the monitoring to paid by me 4-5k. The audacity of these people!

When we first went in the place had a bad stench. It was urine and it looked like a Mash unit on TV. Dr. Harris came over to us and with her beautiful and warm smile was very gentle with our dog. Our dog had not eaten for a day and our Vet could not see her that day and had recommended this place. Dr. Harris felt her back and said she had a slipped disc and said she was in pain. Our dog had been licking herself a lot on her leg so Dr.Harris had her staff clean it up and give her something for the pain. She gave her a nerve medication and she was back to her old self. Lexi and Jasmine were very caring with our dog and gentle. They treated her with respect. They gave her a shot and cleaned up her wound. Appearances aren't always what you think. They had cleaned up the urine and the place was looking better. We had walked in when triage was going on. Dr. Harris is very intelligent and knowledgeable. In some ways she reminds me of Hawkeye and Trapper on Mash. She's a little unconventional but it works ! If I needed emergency treatment for my dog I would certainly take her back here.

Backstory: one of my dogs woke up on a Friday unable to open his eye, which quickly turned into an infection and I spent 2 days trying to find a vet / urgent care to take him to near my home in North Hollywood. Every hospital in LA that I called, I was either met with an immediate "hello, please hold" (for 20 minutes), capacity already met, an absurd wait time with no promise of being seen, or unsympathetic staff saying "an eye infection is not an emergency". I called SC Animal Urgent Care & Wellness Center at 7:08pm on a SUNDAY, arrived at 7:45pm and was seen by Dr. Mousa by 7:55pm! From the second the receptionist answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She was extremely compassionate & quickly took my information, along with my dogs symptoms and told me to come right in to be seen by Dr. Mousa. Dr. Mousa is a GOD SEND!!! I am so blessed to have found him. Dr. Mousa examined & handled my dog with so much care and explained that he had an corneal ulcer which was quickly deteriorating his cornea and that if I had not brought him in immediately, he would have lost his eye (which was still a possibility at that point due to the 2 day wait trying to find a vet/hospital). Dr. Mousa's urgency along with his care, compassion and knowledge is the type of service you expect and deserve when you go to a hospital concerned, stressed and scared for your dog. Lexi (vet assistant) is phenomenal & so sweet!!! Lexi treated my dog like he was her own and she explained every step of what was happening and why, then what would be next. She even shared a story about her cat with me to show how she related to me in that moment. They are an amazing team and will give your pets the best car!

The last thing you want when your fur baby is suffering is to reach voicemail after voicemail. Hearing a compassionate human voice on the other end of the phone brought me so much comfort. She came to my home first thing the next morning. I was worried about my younger Golden Retriever jumping on her or interfering with her care, but she was absolutely wonderful with both of my dogs. She encouraged him to stay in the room with us once he was comfortable with her, and I truly believe that helped him understand what was happening. She was incredibly professional, but I'll never forget one small moment. Out of the corner of my eye, while I was saying my final words and paying my last tributes to my girl, I saw her quietly wiping tears from her eyes. As a healthcare provider myself, I know how often we're expected to wear a mask and stay composed. Seeing that genuine emotion didn't make her seem less professional, it reassured me that she truly cared. In those final moments, your mind races. You question whether you're making the right decision. Seeing her emotion gave me peace because I knew she wasn't simply going through the motions. I knew that if she believed my girl wasn't ready, she would have told me. Most of us are fortunate enough to experience this kind of heartbreak only a few times in our lives. She carries families through it over and over again. That takes an incredible amount of compassion. Thank you for your kindness, your empathy, and for helping my sweet Lilo leave this world peacefully and with dignity. Please take care of yourself, too. The first photo is the day Oliver met Lilo as a puppy, their first photo together. The second was taken just before the veterinarian arrived to help Lilo pass. I didn't realize until later that I had unknowingly captured both the beginning and the end of their story together I will miss my Lilo for eternity.

She interrupted me rudely and said, "I'm not the one you spoke to," when all I was trying to do was get copies of my dog's records. I spent almost $1,700 here for my dog's pneumonia treatment, and unfortunately it did not help at all. They kept my dog for 5 hours, and after everything, I still had to bring her to a different hospital so she could get proper care. There was also a problem with my dog's prescription. They prescribed a medication that wasn't even available until Monday. I was honestly willing to let that pass because I understand things happen, but the rude attitude from the receptionist was too much. I understand vet hospitals can get busy, but clients who are worried about their pets deserve compassion, professionalism, and proper communication -- especially after spending that much money. Very disappointed with both the service and the overall experience.

It was our first time within the ACCESS network so we did not know that the Cardiology Department was separate from Internal Medicine and the Emergency Department. We didn't know that there were so many varying departments. It didn't set in that this was a specialty clinic not a traditional veterinarian office (even though "specialty animal hospital" is literally in their name...haha). The Cardiology Department was on the second floor in a building shared with other companies. The office was clean and peaceful. The women at the front desk were kind and patient. They answered our questions and were helpful. We were seen quickly in the consultation room and I love that the nurse drew a cute little picture with cat ears and whiskers, and put our cat's name on the white dry erase board that was outside of the consultation room. She listened intently to our concerns as it had already been confirmed that the referring veterinarian had provided our cat's health records. We fully expected to wait a while for the doctor since we were about forty minutes early but about five minutes later Dr. Cole greeted us warmly with a team of onlookers (supporting doctors, maybe interns too not exactly sure). Dr. Cole was patient and explained the process for examining our cat's heart health. He answered our questions and took our fur baby for the testing. Around twenty minutes later he and his team returned with the results. He explained the prescription medicine that would be beneficial for our cat and gave further medical advice for our cat. I really appreciated the transparency and clarity around the results. I felt relieved to have such a warm, competent and friendly doctor handling the care for our fur baby. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. Grateful to Dr. Steven Cole and ACCESS Pasadena!

Thursday night 7/23 I had one of the worst experiences of my life at ACCESS Pasadena, specifically with Kathy Martinez-Manzo. My dog Goldie, was found lateral after my friend got home from work. We immediately rushed to the hospital. At 8:58 p.m. I called ahead and explained exactly where I was, how far away I was, and requested that someone be outside with a gurney because this was a critical emergency. By 9:01 p.m. we had arrived, and no one was waiting outside. I ran with my dying dog in my arms from the side entrance to the front door, only to find it locked. I completely understand why the doors are locked at night, but I was screaming, banging on the glass, and begging to be let in. Kathy walked to the door with absolutely no sense of urgency. In fact, the security guard from across the parking lot reached the entrance before she did. After everything that had just happened, I told her that in the future she needed to move with more urgency during a critical emergency and that I didn't want to deal with her anymore. Her response was to tell me she was the only one there while smirking and laughing. That reaction, in the middle of one of the most traumatic moments of my life, was completely unacceptable. I did speak with the overnight manager, but that alone doesn't address what happened. To make matters worse, my family and I were not allowed to see Goldie after she passed until the bill had been paid. That was heartbreaking and left an incredibly bad impression. I can honestly say the standard of care I once knew no longer feels the same. This hospital used to hold a very special place in my heart, and I referred countless people here over the years because I trusted the team. After this experience as a client, I will never recommend ACCESS Pasadena again. While I don't think opening the door sooner would have changed Goldie's outcome. I know is that every second matters during a true emergency, and clients deserve to feel that the staff recognizes that urgency. The lack of compassion and professionalism I experienced from Kathy Martinez-Manzo was unacceptable. Vanessa Alberto, I sincerely hope this situation is taken seriously. The person greeting clients during some of the worst moments of their lives should demonstrate urgency, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I am devastated over the loss of Goldie, and this experience made an already unbearable night even more painful.

What should have been a straightforward emergency visit turned into a traumatic 8-hour nightmare because of their staff's negligence, terrible attitude, and shocking lack of empathy. While my pug was hospitalized under their direct care, he somehow managed to chew and swallow part of the facility's own equipment. Because the staff failed to properly monitor him, my dog had to endure additional forced vomitin (2 extra times), x-rays, general anesthesia, and an upper GI endoscopy. Putting a small breed through general anesthesia and multiple invasive procedures in pne night takes a massive physical toll, and seeing him go through all of that for an issue they caused was completely heartbreaking and entirely preventable. Sitting in that waiting room for 8 hours overnight was agonizing. Zero Check-Ins & Neglected Updates: I was left sitting in the waiting room for hours on end without a single staff member proactively checking on me or giving me an update. Every single piece of information I received required me to walk up to the front desk and ask for it myself. Distress and Callousness: I sat there for hours hearing my dog whimpering in the back. At the exact same time, I had to listen to the staff laughing, joking, and chatting right nearby. I know people talk and laugh at work, but hearing the staff carry on while my dog was crying in pain after they let him eat hospital equipment felt incredibly cold and insensitive. Attitude & Eye-Rolling Over Documentation requests: When I asked for existing paperwork documenting the equipment incident (simply to ensure I had records in case he needed follow-up treatment late) the RVT gave me a ridiculous amount of attitude, eye-rolling, and unnecessary back-and-forth. To make matters worse, she claimed the doctor was "actually doing me a favor" by waiving the fees for the endoscopy and extra procedures to incude vommiting. Fixing a mistake caused by your own oversight isn't a favor, it's basic accountability. Zero Follow-Through: After promising that the practice manager, "Jennifer," would reach out to address the situation, missing records, and potential future care, I received nothing. No email, no phone call. Complete radio silence. The one single bright spot was the attending veterinarian, Dr. Taniguchi. He truly did his best, treated my dog with care, and tried to make things right by waiving the fees for the incident and escalating it to leadership. I can genuinely see that he cared, and I appreciate him for that. Unfortunately, one good doctor can't make up for a disrespectful staff, negligent supervision, and management that hides behind ghosting a pet owner. Please think twice before leaving your pets here when they are at their most vulnerable.

A lady came out not to greet us but told us that they close at 11PM due to new management and this is place is sold to another company. The doctor was seeing the last patient of the day and was referring us to another clinic in Glendora. We told her to please ask the doctor to take a look at our cat. We are willing to pay double the visiting fee. She went in for about 5 minutes and then another gentleman came out and told us the same thing. The clinic was sold and we close at 11PM now, etc. I took out my phone and showed him that it's 10:27PM. He said they wouldn't have enough time to do procedures to our cat. I told him our cat is old and he can't handle that much pressure anymore going to Glendora.. Long story short, this place has last call like some high end restaurant and I'm guessing everyone wants to get off work right at 11PM. Good luck with the "new management last call clinic". Getting off work is their first priority and not saving pets lives!

My Experience with MAMA'S Howling Pups is a story…read more... On April 1, 2019 I called Ashley after getting her contact phone number from a simple google search. I was very excited because Siberian Husky was a dream for me since 2012. So, I was pretty sure to look for a good breeder and I found one. I sent my information to Ashley through imessage and she sent me pictures of Kody & Kira and said that these are going to be the Mom & Dad of your pup. Now I was really excited because my actual plan was to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday and I can bring the puppy home any day around her birthday which was a very convenient birthday surprise. On April 2, 2019 Ashley and I became Facebook friends and I saw her MAMA's Howling Pups pages on social media platforms and we gained more trust on each other. On the same day, I confirmed her that I'm getting my Siberian Husky from her and I wanted a female. So, my status was "1st reserved female". I was interested in getting a Husky puppy with a specific mask, a black mask with white eyebrows and I wasn't interested in the eye color because Ashley told me and made me understand that eye color doesn't matter as long as they have healthy eyes. On April 25, 2019 Kira was popping out the babies and I already decided a name for my puppy and it was 'Sharvara' (google it) and Sharvara was born as the 5th puppy and she didn't have the mask I wanted (no cute eyebrows) but she looked like a little panda baby but there was a baby with the mask I wanted but it's a male baby and my friend Leny chose him. Ashley said we are having another litter pretty soon, if you don't like her mask we will wait until the next litter and see if that litter has a female puppy with the mask you wanted but I really liked Sharvara for the panda look. I said it's alright Ashley, I will take this one. But I went crazy on April 30, 2019. Mila & Kody's litter - Mila had her babies on April 30, 2019 and she had a puppy (a female) with the exact mask I wanted. My mind was changing but I cannot just give up on Sharvara for the mask! Okay what do I do? I asked my girlfriend, if we ever get a puppy? what would you name her? she said 'Aaira'. I was like, okay I'm getting another puppy from this litter as well and named her Aaira. Normally dogs (especially Siberian Huskies) are pack animals and they have communal brain. They do well when they are together with a minimum of 2 huskies. I searched all over the internet about getting 2 huskies at one time because this was a surprise event for me. I never thought that I would have 2 huskies. After my research, I found that handling 2 huskies is a lot easier than handling 1 lonely husky and that's the truth because I'm experiencing it right now. Ashley has separate group chats for each litter in FB messenger app where you can socialize with your sibling puppy parents. She shared pictures as they opened their eyes and she sends pictures with their weights each week. On June 23, 2019 (for 2 months puppies stay with their mothers) I was able to bring Sharvara and Aaira home but I was doomed because my stupid apartment community didn't allow siberian huskies. I had to move to a new community. I gave a 30-day notice and I cannot keep the puppies at my home. I texted Ashley and asked her what to do, because I cannot entrust anyone else but Ashley with my puppies and leaving them at her house with 1 month boarding charges was the best idea. So, the same evening I went back to her house and left them at her house. We were really sad. On July 20, 2019 I moved to a new community which is very dog friendly and allowed Siberian Huskies and it was time to pick Sharvara and Aaira. I was very excited but scared at the same time because when I brought them to that stupid community, they pissed and pooped everywhere in the house. I was surprised to see they didn't poop/piss inside the house. Guess what? ASHLEY TRAINED THEM TOO in that 1 month (She could have chosen not to train them, but she did! she cares) Thank You Ashley We love you!

When my dog Coco passed away in December 2024, Coral Cremations was one of many places I called. From the moment they answered the phone, I knew they were different. They spoke with such kindness, compassion, and genuine sympathy that it immediately brought me a small sense of comfort during one of the worst days of my life. It truly shows how much they love and respect the animals entrusted to their care. Coco was one of the most well behaved, gentle, and loving dogs I've ever had. I was beyond devastated when she passed. Throughout the entire process, Coral Cremations treated her with so much dignity and gentleness that it gave me peace of mind knowing she was in caring hands. About two weeks later, she was returned to us in a beautiful wooden urn along with a keepsake and her paw prints. Every detail was handled with such care. Sadly, I've had to use their services again after recently losing my second dog, Chewy. As heartbreaking as the circumstances were, hearing the same familiar, compassionate voices brought me comfort. To my surprise, they even remembered Coco. That meant more to me than they'll probably ever know. They also included an additional engraved keepsake as a kind gesture, completely unexpected and at no extra cost. It was such a thoughtful act during an incredibly difficult time. I hope no one ever has to search for pet cremation services, but if you do, I wholeheartedly recommend Coral Cremations. They don't just provide a service, they help families through one of the most painful moments of their lives with genuine compassion, respect, and kindness. He expressed his condolences both when he arrived and before he left, which meant more to us than he probably knows. He also took the time to answer every question and address all of our concerns before leaving. The process took about two weeks, but during that time I received updates on Nala and on her wooden urn, which I truly appreciated. The communication was excellent. That Friday, they even reached out to ask what day and time would work best for Nala's delivery--it was comforting to know they were being so considerate and respectful every step of the way.
