I like to get home and cut it into 4ths and put back into the freezer to freeze them to keeep them from getting to soft and mushy since I only eat a 1/4 at a time. Plus it's easier to cut them when they are frozen. My only wish is that they had a sugar free version.... But then again, maybe it's a blessing in disguise! I would be there every week and my pocketbook would be tapped out! They do also have vegan cheesecakes, and I tried two- but I honestly wasn't very fond of them.
