Came here on Sunday (9/14, writing this review on 9/15) to get a hard gel fill and a pedicure with a friend. They were able to get us seated rather quickly which was nice however our services seemed like they were rushed My pedicure ended up turning out alright but I didn't get the hot towels until the last 2 minutes but my friend got her hot towels within the first 10 minutes of her service. While my pedi came out alright, was not satisfied with my my manicure. I requested a cat eye gel and the gal that was doing my nails told me that they didnt have cat eye and I had to settle for a holographic glitter gel. However, my friend requested the same thing and the guy doing her nails pulled out the cat eye gel nail swatches and did cat eye for her. Next, for my fill, my gal barely put any builder/hard gel in the empty spaces, didnt buff the nail after curing, and didnt even try to file or shape my nails afterwards. So I'm left with awkward shaped, lumpy nails that looks like I did at home. Needless to say, I will not be spending my money here again. UPDATE: while I was showering today, one of my nails started lifting - requiring me to glue it down. Mind you, I got this mani YESTERDAY. Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever received. The nail technician was highly unprofessional and brought up subjects that included racism, drugs and other illegal activities. She also spent far too much time talking on the phone and texting, instead of focusing on my nails. Aside from that, I needed two nails repaired that ended up being uneven, bulky, crooked and overall not acceptable from ANY perceptive. The acrylic is uneven on all nails, the shaping is horrible and I left with pieces of acrylic flowing off of my nail bed and hardening on to my skin. Also, I was charged 40 dollars for my fill, even though their menu states fills are 15 dollars. Would not EVER step foot in this salon again and would HIGHLY recommended that no one else does either. read more

I don't know when gel became a $20 dollar up charge but they should definitely tell you before doing it. They also took all other clients (walk-ins) AFTER doing my toes and did not do my nails. Expecting me and my party to wait for just me to be done. Even though I asked them to do both when I first got there, and I called ahead. They made time for other people and wasted mine. I went in for a Pedicure I was in the area. $50 for a basic pedicure with gel polish! Pedi lasted less than 30 minutes, massage was like 2 minutes, i felt like they didn't take their time. I have been getting pedicures for years and i have never paid more than $45 for a gel Pedicure let alone be less than 30 minutes. Stopped by on the way home from work And finding this place was a gem. I'm so thrilled with my nails, Michelle was great in all the ways I subconsciously look for in a nail tech. I felt welcomed upon entering as I walked in she instantly greeted me and took me in right away. So relieved, my nails - well what was left of them as I got there were so messed up, not even cute anymore but now I coudn't stop admiring the sparkly glitter mix and rhinestones. She and her coworker who's name I unfortunately didn't get were so chill and friendly, I enjoyed their genuine company through out the time sitting with them it felt like I was amongst familiar friends. I was amused by all the gel glitter options I could hardly decide on the two glitters I chose, and she did such a great job with ensuring my glitter dots covered my nail, I appreciate that particular attention to detail. It was my first time getting acrylics, I didn't realize I had been getting forms and she explained it all so well and clearly as I learn more about nail maintenance. It was also my first time getting Rhinestones so that was all so exciting to me she mentioned my enthusiasm haha! I also got a wax while I was there, it was great to have been able to take care of both those services while there entourages home. Aside that I was already looking at other glitter options for future polish potential, (which they said they will probably have even more options soon by the time I'd need a fill) their personalities, and customer service, decently priced as well, willI was so happy with my overall nails and experience here, I will be back! Went here for what I thought was going to be a Manicure pedicure I called in advance and ask the guy for the services he told me to come in right away when I came in.. I let him know I need my old nails removed and a new set he then said let him get the stuff to get the nails off went and got a box of tips and started flicking my nails off I try to let him know it hurt and he kept picking at the nails I even mentioning the soak off method and he said he does not do the soak off method(what kind of lazy nail tech are you...) .. he didn't even know much about nail anyone who's had a gel X manicure knows that you get them soaked off my nails started to bleed as he proceeded to do it the unprofessional way and then when I told him let me just handle and take it off because I know my pain tolerance he went on to say I'm not going to hurt you let alone my nail is already bleeding he then says I won't do your nails Then you won't let me help you.I'll just do your feet and walked away to do someone else's nails (Which I didn't even want to put my feet in the foot bucket because he had to water extra hot overflowing out the bucket than reach behind the bag to let some of the water out exposing my feet to all the other germs that touched the dirty bowl and expect me to stay there and just get my feet done after he just told me he was going to do the Full job.. Now I have to miss out on a full day of work because there's no way you could work with your nails like this in any type of setting not even a restaurant and no other nail shop wants to do my nails now because of the blood said it too much and unsanitary.. This is my goto nail salon! I don't have a particular technician that I go to here, but most of them are great. There's only one nail technician whose work I did not like, and the owner just told me that he no longer works there. I've been to a lot of nail salons around town, but this seems to be the most reasonably priced place. They just recently started carrying Bio Seaweed Gel, which is a cruelty free and vegan formula. I am all about "clean" products so this is my jam! I highly recommend this salon because the employees are friendly and the quality is great! read more

I went to this place yesterday just to try it out. Never in my life would I have to repeat myself so many times for the lady to fix my nails. I gave up and they charged me $65 and it wasn't the shape I wanted or the jewlz I asked for. Went there again to have them fix it because there was air bubbles, bumpy, and was on my cuticles. I went to my original lady to fix it and even she said that they over priced my nails especially when it didn't look good. So my lady fixed it and it's better than what it looked like before. I recommend not going to this place if the designs you want doesn't meet their expectations. Worst service ever!!! I'm from California so I stopped by worst customer service, nail service. I asked for thin nails not bulky. The older man got mad when I asked if he could make the acrylic even. He started just putting it on there any kind of way si i asked him to stop because the 2 nails looked so bad and he was charging $70. I was really disappointed. My feet didn't get a chance to soak and soften. There was extra nail polish left around my toes. Callous remover wasn't left on long enough to have an effect. Wanted stiletto nails. They hurt and one bled from being filed too much on the side. There were visible scratches from the gel powder being filed unevenly and having a top coat put over it. I wanna start off by saying that The manicurist that help me was very pleasant, and had great customer service skills. However her Manicuring skills left me very disappointed. I was godmother at a first communion which is a very special occasion, and I was embarrassed about my nails the entire time. I paid $115 total For a gel pedicure and acrylic full set. My full set that came out very lumpy and an even. A lot of my fingernails look warped, after she was done doing my nails I had leftover acrylic all over my fingertips and cuticles that look like dried glue, my fingers continued to look like that for days to come even though I scrubbed it with a brush. She also cut me with a used nail file, and scrubbing my fingers with a brush to try to take off the leftover acrylic was painful. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail shop. Michelle was nice but someone was in her chair so I went to the last table with some old lady and she had me sitting there for like 10 min while she did something in the back. When she finally came out I asked her how long it would take to do a gel fill and she said a hour..I asked her why so long she said I'm not fast so I excepted. When she was about to start my nails one of her customers came in with no appointment and she immediately told me she couldn't do my nails because that was her customer. I was like okay so who els can do it and she said Michelle which she had just started a set herself. I said no I've been waiting is there anyone else she said yes and told the lady to come sit down. I asked who she said Michelle... she said she is fast she will do it after. I said not that's not fair I was here first. She said but she is my client and I said with no appointment so I'm first. Michelle looked up and asked what happened as I started to walk out I told her and she asked her why are you doing that just do her nails. The lady said I'll wait it's okay but the tech insisted she sit down in my spot. Michelle said she would do it after but by then I was angry and embarrassed. I came into get my nails done with my friend. The salon did not have many colors to chose from,and was not very clean. So my friend and I decide to go but then all of a sudden they appeared with better colors since they realized we were leaving. I went with the younger male I believe his name was Tom. He started my nails and the first red flag was that I had a crooked nail. I told him and he just cut it down and put another nail on top of the other one instead of removing it. One of my nails is almond shaped :( He breezed through my nails so quick and barely even shaped them coffin! Even though I paid extra for this! After he was done he ran to the back to be on his phone. The other nail tech had to call him to come fix it. After he half fixed it he didn't even repaint it. I still have nail dust still on the polish. I decided to just leave it like that because he couldn't even fix them so why ask again! 100% do not recommend! read more
