They had some tough sounding guy call me threatening me because I "was taking food from their families", and was threatening me to reverse the warrant, and how could I after they drove all the way out to court. I was like, I didn't mean to dispute your charge, and after further review, I put that the unrecognized charge was Vegas Ticket Fix. I called them back and repaid the balance, but how they handled a simple misunderstanding is something like out of the movie "Casino" or something. Everyone except the guy who called me up regarding the payment was professional. That dude sounded like he wanted to be in mafia movies as a bad actor. Maybe that's who they hire in their debt section. 3 stars because they do what they say, but it's weird dealing with them if there is a problem. They need to change their merchant's name so people aren't confused. When I told one of their agents about the chargeback, it seems like they have done this a few times before so I am not the only one confused. Anyways, lose the tough guy attitude, it's not needed. I had a speeding ticket, they changed it to a rural speeding ticket, which I guess in Nevada is a non moving violation. The fine wasn't reduced or anything and they said that up front, just so it's clear to everyone.
