It smelled damp, as if it had been left in the washing machine without being properly dried. I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time. However, professionalism and courteous communication are especially important during peak times. They shampooed and conditioned my hair, exfoliated my scalp, applied a treatment, and finished with a relaxing neck, chest, and back massage. I visited on a Saturday, and it was not crowded, which allowed for a calm and relaxing appointment.
