I have had an amazing experience with Shadia and her team at VeLace Bridal! I was just a maid of honor in 3 weddings last year and after going to countless dress shops I can confidently say this is by far the best in the area. My cousin and my friend both got their dresses here and now I am a bride and got my dream dress here for such an amazing price! The experience so far has been incredible. Picking out my dress with my mom and my bridesmaids felt like it was out of a movie - we had champagne and had so much fun picking out my dress! Update (from my Google review): *Adding photos so you guys can decide for yourselves. & Apparently (her response on Google) she is accusing me of lying about having the dress fixed LOL- yes the photos are at home because I took the dress home, to the tailor, and back home. Pretty disgusting you play games with peoples weddings the way you do. Yelp users, see my Google review for her nasty response. I wish I had read the reviews about alterations here sooner & I feel like I should let other brides know about my experience, especially if they are on a tight. I bought it 9 months prior to my wedding and 4 fittings. (Dress $2800) I had just given birth a few weeks prior so myself, my mom & MOH told the staff many times I would be losing a lot of weight and they said it will be NO problem, they will alter it perfectly. They persuaded us into buying the dress in a size that is 4x my normal size. At my second fitting, I had lost about 25-30 lbs. I was then told since I lost so much weight already my alterations are going to be $1,700 dollars (yes, A LOT $) because it's so much work for them. I agreed to it because I love the dress, already bought the dress and had total faith in them to make it perfect. My 3rd fitting, the dress was pinned perfectly. It looked amazing & I was so excited for the final product. she scheduled my final fitting for 5 days before I leave for my wedding. (She has known the week I leave for at least 5 months now). I arrive to my final fitting and I had lost a little more weight but not much (1-2lbs) and the dress was huge on top. It looked NOTHING like how she had it pinned at my previous fitting. I asked what to do about this and she said since we're on a time crunch (that she created) I need to use boob tape. This dress is so loose, that shouldn't have even been an option. I left, thought more about it and texted her a bit later being VERY nice explaining how I was under the impression it would be a tight fit and was wondering if there's anything we can please do before I leave. She then sent me a series of texts telling me I'm wrong and that she knows for a fact the dress fits me right and told me what she personally likes about the fit. I was appalled, as it's my wedding dress and it only matters how I feel about the fit. I was expecting her to offer to take another look and maybe a little empathy. She then told me if I want it done I need to drive to Fall River (1 hr from me, when the store I've been going to is 5 minutes from me) I told her I do not have time for that I'm extremely busy preparing and she's known I'm leaving in 4 days for months now. After I explained how upset I was AGAIN (expecting it to be tight fitting, not wanting to wear boob tape after I paid so much for the "perfect" alterations, my concerns about the tape peeling in 90 degree Florida heat, asking me to drive to Fall River) she replied & stated she didn't like my tone with her and that I'm insulting her team (which I did not do one time). Also stating its "by no means our fault you continuously lose weight." She then told me she'll alter it at the Bellingham location for AN ADDITIONAL FEE. At this point I was done. I told her I'm not paying her anymore money I just paid $1,700 dollars and asked her for my dress back multiple times. Once I was determined to get my dress (after asking 5 times) she backtracked saying she'll fix it for free by Monday (it's now Friday, and the text exchange began Thursday afternoon, same day as my fitting). This immediately put me off - the fact that she tried to money grab me one last time because I was in desperation (or so she thought). Then, could suddenly do it for free when she realized I was actually going elsewhere. When I picked up my dress she asked me to sign a form saying they offered to fix my dress for free. I'm assuming that's so they don't have to give any type of refund-which I didn't expect from them anyways since she says she did nothing wrong. Thankfully, I was able to alter my dress the day I picked up - it's perfect just in time. My entire bridal experienced was ruined by the owner of this place. I was in between sizes at the first fitting and she ordered the smaller size. Everyone on the planet knows you're supposed to order on the higher side incase alterations are needed. Except for the owner of this place. She ordered the wrong size I had to spend over a thousand dollars in alterations, 10/10 do not recommend this place and wasn't satisfied with the final product. The owner tried to gaslight me into telling me I gained an inch EVERYWHERE when I do Pilates 4x a week .. my chest has been the same size since 5th grade. && I have a degree in exercise science a masters in OT and was a personal trainer for 5 years. I've done nothing but reach all of my own personal fitness goals whilst my wedding is in less than month and my dress still doesn't fit correctly. When I got engaged I knew I wanted to go to Ve'Lace after a bunch of my coworkers and friends got their dresses there and raved about their experience. I went in leaning towards an A-Line dress but still wanted to keep my options open in case something else spoke to me. I booked a VIP Bridal Experience online and secured my appointment with a deposit. As I arrived, I was greeted with a cute sign at the door with my name on it, welcoming me to the shop. After taking the stairs up, I was in bridal HEAVEN. Dresses on dresses on dresses. It was almost overwhelming but thankfully my super opinionated sister and mother quickly took over once my stylist, Taylor, gave us the go ahead to browse. Taylor really took this special time for me and my family and took it to the next level. As we pulled dresses, she went to the back and pulled other dresses she thinks I'd look good in. She asked me all the right questions and helped me get in and out of my dresses and gave me the best tips for choosing the right dress. It was truly just a day spent with my girlies trying on dresses like we were in a movie. I was encouraged to walk around and take my time with feeling out the dresses. I ended up trying on 11 dresses... E L E V E N, the patience on that woman was admirable especially when dealing with someone as indecisive as me. I've always recommended Ve'Lace to all of my friends and clients based on the experiences of everyone else and my personal experience with the owner, Shadia. I want to share my experience with Ve'Lace Bridal Boutique in Bellingham to hopefully save other bridal parties from going through the same situation. Myself and two other bridesmaids each spent $200 on dresses from this boutique, and all three dresses broke in the exact same spot before the ceremony even started. Each dress was tailored at a different location, which makes it very clear this was a quality issue, not a tailoring mistake. When I brought my dress in to address the problem (after the other two bridesmaids had already called with no resolution), instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was told the problem was due to the tailor. I was also told we "should have purchased kits to fix the issue ahead of time just in case," which is an unreasonable expectation for dresses at this price point. One of the bridesmaids was told these dresses are "delicate" and we shouldn't have been moving around much in them -- which is unrealistic for bridesmaids during a wedding. When I insisted this was unacceptable, I was kicked out of the store. I was also told to reach out to the designer myself, rather than the boutique handling it, which shows a clear lack of accountability and customer care. I've worn $50 dresses that have held up better. For the price and the occasion, the quality and service were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from this boutique. read more

Brides beware! We had a very bad experience at Ve'Lace. The bridal dress my daughter fell in love with had a 'nude' bodice. She loved everything about the dress except that. Ryan, the assistant manager, assured us this could be rectified by the manufacturer. So we bought the dress with that assurance. Shortly thereafter, we were told that the manufacturer was no longer offering that service. Ve'Lace told us that they would line the bodice instead. However, it did not change the appearance of the dress the way it was supposed to. Then they told us that to make the bodice match the skirt would cost hundreds of dollars. We reminded them that they had promised to do exactly that but now they were reneging. They offered to give us some material to have the dress 'fixed' by our own seamstress. They didn't even want to give us enough material and when they did it was of inferior quality. The result was that we had to spend hundreds of dollars more than we should have to make the dress look like how they promised us it would look when we bought it. These people are unethical and downright liars. They turned what should have been a joyful experience into one of stress and disappointment. We can not, in good conscience, recommend them to any prospective bride. read more

She made sure the process was fun, focusing on what not only made me feel like a bride, but a dress that felt like me. Their prices for their dresses were reasonable for the quality you are receiving, and every dress was gorgeous. Mary Jo helped pick out dresses based on mt verbal description of what I wanted but also allowed my whole group to look through the selection of dresses and search for a perfect match. Can't say enough great things about Ve'Lace Bridal! Backstory: I did not have the typical experience here. My cousin had purchased her dress from Ve'Lace a few years prior and I went with her - she had a great experience and highly recommended it. I'm a plus-size bride so there was a lot of anxiety surrounding wedding dress shopping. I did a lot of online research to find local bridal shops that would have a large variety of sample dresses in my size to try on in store. This research led me to a few other shops. Ve'Lace did not mention plus sizes on their website which ended in me not initially making an appointment here. To be honest, I'm not familiar with their section of plus size dresses in the shop however, I would recommend that information regarding sample sizes carried in store be added to the FAQs page for future plus size brides. At one of my other appointments, I found THE dress. I loved it, got "that feeling" however, it was about 5 sizes too small and could not come close to closing in the back. This dress was just under 2k and for a purchase that big for a day this big, I wanted to make sure I loved the back as well and could see what the back would actually look like. I reached out to that store and asked if they could order a sample/loaner of that dress in my size or closer to my size from the designer and they gave me a BS response saying "they're only able to borrow whatever size they have available and they are usually not plus size options but you loved this dress and should order it because I'm confident you will like it even more in your size". This led me to the designers website to research shops in my area that may carry the dress or have a sample in my size. I reached out to many shops who said they didn't have it in store and that they could order me the dress to purchase but not to loan. This is where Ve'Lace comes into the picture: After I reached out on the website, Shadia, the owner at Ve'Lace, let me know she could order a try-on gown for me in my size and it would be in the shop for me to try on in two weeks. BOOM. That's the response I expected from the original shop - willing to work with me and accommodate me to make sure that I'm happy with my 2 thousand dollar purchase. I had to pay the shop's $50 appointment fee which would be applied to the cost of the dress once/if I purchased and I was happy to pay that fee. Shadia was incredibly kind and accommodating and ordered the loaner in the exact size AND color way that I wanted. We made an appointment and I was good to go. The loaner dress came in sooner than expected and Shadia even called me to let me know that it arrived safely, looked beautiful, and offered to move my appointment up sooner if I wanted. Fast forward to my appointment: A few days before my appointment, Mary Jo (the stylist I was assigned to) called me to check in, get the backstory, hear a little bit about me and what I was looking for, and let me know what a stunner my dress was! On the day of my appointment I couldn't wait to get into the dress. Mary Jo was kind, got to know me a bit more, and knew I was eager to get into my dress. She let me know I had her for the full hour and a half and said I could try on other dresses if I wanted to as well. As I figured, once I put on my dress I knew it was the one and there was no need to try on other dresses - Mary Jo helped me find a veil that matched perfectly and I said yes to the dress. Mary Jo even dimmed the lights in the shop to make sure I could get the full effect and see what it would look like at nighttime. Shadia even said that they loved the dress so much they're going to buy one to have in the store full time once they send my loaner back! I'm so thankful that Ve'Lace was able to accommodate me and I was more than happy to give them my business! Thanks all!! read more

I don't know what to say about this boutique. We had a 1 1/2 appointment and was ushered out after 45 minutes. The consultant never fluffed any dress trains and just didn't seem to listen to what my daughter was looking for. It just seemed she was not interested in providing a variety of dresses even when we extended out budget by $1,000. The salon was beautiful but I just sensed she was disappointed we didn't like any of her selections and did not want to expand the dress selection. Perhaps because we had already visited two other salons that day. We flew from California for this very special day and that appointment left us speechless and with a bad taste in our mouths. I accompanied a family member to try on dresses and was very impressed with this beautiful and cute boutique, in the surprising location of Bellingham. The first floor had mother of the bride dresses; the bridal gowns were on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. They have an excellent selection of dresses and we experienced wonderful service from Lauren. The appointment, as we were told in advance, took about '90 minutes, and the bride had booked her appointment online. Lauren impressed me with her skill at picking out flattering dresses. She also listened attentively to the bride. I was most impressed with how she handled an over-excited companion quite well (lol- me) -- she gracefully and politely allowed "help" but tried earnestly to protect the bride from being overwhelmed and from the danger of falling in love with a dress beyond a price range. While the bride didn't make a final decision at the conclusion of the appointment, there was no overly off-putting high-pressure sales closure tactics, so the experience definitely remained pleasant to the end. The ambiance is upscale but comfortable and welcoming - didn't feel like we were out of place despite being a tad casually dressed due to a busy schedule that day. I also felt the staff seemed sincerely friendly, with no snooty vibes like some other wedding boutiques with a high-end vibe. The only logistics warning I wish to provide is that the GPS seemed to direct our party of 2 cars (using 2 different navigation systems) to the wrong location across the street near the Walgreens. Please note the store is in a small strip ACROSS the busy street from Walgreens, with the storefront clearly visible with the name. Recommend this place as a stop for local brides. Props to the shop owner who must be encouraging the wonderful service attitude here. read more

When you get engaged you rush to go find the perfect dress for your big day I went to about 5 stores before I found Ve'Lace Bridal in Bellingham. I looked at their site and saw that there is a very strict no cell phone/ photos policy. Which I guess I understand for the stores protection as well as your own and your dress picture not getting leaked out on the internet before you buy. Well I went to this appointment with my mother, my mother in law (who is a wedding dress seamstress) and 3 bridesmaids. I was helped by Sandy who asked me what I was looking for and told me to sit while she went to get dresses for me. I had no problem with Sandy until she started telling my mother in law who is a seamstress what she was saying she would have to do to alter the dress was wrong which she isn't. I'm not going to believe Sandy over my mother in law who knows what she is talking about. Regardless Sandy was very standoffish and rude when we dealt with her the whole appointment. We didn't buy that day and left to think more about if that was the right dress and the right place to purchase. After searching for the dress at other places and getting different prices Ve'Lace said they would do it for the price I wanted. I went back with my mother and mother in law and decided to sign papers to purchase my dress! They asked if I wanted to pay in full for my dress. I said no and asked if I could pay half and Sandy gave me a look like I was crazy. Either way we only paid half and once I would pick up my dress and inspect it was the correct dress and nothing was wrong with it I would pay the balance like any normal smart individual would do. I went to pick up my dress yesterday and saw that Sandy was helping another bride! Thank God! I met with Shadia in the dressing room with my dress and she was more than helpful! She restored my faith in how much I love my dress and my other worries went away. She was very understanding and willing to help me if I needed help with anything else. I would give Ve'Lace 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with Sandy. You have to remember that your wedding dress is a important part of your day and you want to feel beautiful in what you are wearing. And the moments for wedding planning and shopping you don't want to remember is Sandy fighting with your mother in law in the store while your standing there in a dress. Beware - and Be Very Careful. I went in for a MOG gown. I was very comfortable with the woman that assisted me. I felt she really understood what would work for me. She was patient and it was a pleasant experience. I made a point of discussing the cost of hemming a fancy gown, bringing the neckline up since it was way too low, replacing the cups so I wouldn't need a separate bra and the cost of sizing the dress since she insisted on ordering a very large size. I was repeatedly (repeatedly!!!) told the alterations were simple and it would be an easy and nominal charge to make the changes. I was quoted it would be approx. $150. This seemed high since I was told at the beginning that it was a custom dress. When the dress arrived, I repeated my questions and was assured "it will be easy" and scheduled the in house alterations. I left very happy. I arrived for my 30 minute altertion appt. only to discover: the "beads" on the dress could not be removed and would make hemming the dress impossible since they could damage a sewing machine, that the neckline could only be raised partially due to the arm holes and that I would need to spend approx. $200 more to have fabric added to the neckline, that the bra cups could not be replaced since the dress was constructed around them, and that significant time (and money) would be needed to tailor the dress since it was 2 sizes too big. As I sewer, I know that everything the tailor told me was accurate. I explained that I had asked all these questions before agreeing to buy the dress and was told that they will tell you anything to get you to buy a dress. I heard this a few times as I was freaking out about the situation that I was placed in. I was so shocked and disppointed that I was so majorly misled. 90 minutes later we went to check out and I was then notified that the actual amount for the needed alterations to make the dress wearable would be about 4x the quoted amount. As other reviews indicated, this was close to the cost of the dress and not what I would have spent if I had been accurately informed. When I pointed it out to the owner, she denied what I had been told by her employee, threw that woman under the bus as not being allowed to discuss alterations (she no longer worked there) and blamed the high cost on what the tailor needs to be fairly paid. She would nut budge on the cost of the alterations - even by giving up some of her profit on the alterations to help resolve the situation I was put in. There was no effort to minimize the impact of this shocking amount. I found the owner very unprofessional and felt she spoke to me in a belittling manner. At this point I was late for a mandatory meeting and told her I needed to leave. When I went to take my dress, she insisted all the pinning that had been done would need to be removed. She refused to let me leave until she took the time to undo everything accomplished during the 90 minutes. I feel so taken advantage of. I asked the right questions and wasn't aware that I was being "sold" instead of being accurately educated. I thought that having the alterations done in house was for my convenience and not a profit center for the owner. I thought the owner, who was not around for any of my visits, would stand by her staff. What started out as a pleasant experience ended very negatively and left me with a costly problem. read more

After a bad experience at a different bridal shop, I was referred to ve'lace by a friend. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the shop was beautiful. I got my dress from Ve'Lace for my wedding i had in June. It was the first and last appointment that I had and I left with the dress that I had always pictured for my wedding day. It was so nice to be able to get my dress, veil, headpiece and alterations all in one place. The whole staff was super sweet and helpful. I even ended up getting my whole wedding look under my dress budget! The boutique is gorgeous and I would recommend it to anyone going there. I couldn't recommend Ve'Lace Bridal more highly. This was the second bridal shop I visited to find my dress. I was incredibly nervous and wasn't really looking forward to it as I had had an awful experience at the first shop I went to. This place was amazing though! I first made an appointment through the website for a weekend that I wasn't working and knew my mother could visit from out of town (the next possible weekend wasn't for several months). She booked her travel and everything, but then I received an email saying that they were actually closed that day and there was an issue with the online scheduling system. I explained the situation and Shadia went out of her way to arrange to have an employee there so that I could still come and try on dresses. Melody was absolutely incredible! She really listened to what I wanted in a dress and helped to steer my group more towards dresses she knew I would like and would look good. I showed her a picture of a dress that I had found at the other shop but was unable to try on. While they didn't have that specific dress, they did have one that was similar and even better! I tried it on and that was it! We were there for 3 hours and didn't feel rushed at all. Melody let me try on as many dresses as I needed (in addition to trying on MY dress 2 more times). I couldn't have had a better experience here. When I went back for my trial, I had Julie who was just as great! We were so comfortable with her - it felt like we had known her for years. She made me feel incredible in my dress and helped me to find the perfect veil to go with it. I had such a great experience here, that I brought my future mother-in-law back to get her dress. We got Julie again, and she worked her magic with my MIL as well. Not only does this bridal shop have an incredible selection, but Shadia truly found the best people to work here. NOT A "BIG GIRL' FRIENDLY BRIDAL SHOP. I was with a bridal party looking for a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Out of the 5 bridesmaids I am the larger of the group. It was exceptionally stressful when we were set to try on bridesmaid dresses and I noticed that there weren't larger sizes. The woman who helped our party very loudly said "Oh honey we don't have anything over a size 10, but let's see what we can do. We can just drape it over you to get an idea". It was very embarrassing as she kept making loud comments that they just didn't have a size big enough for me. Honestly, I am not that big, my normal dress sizes are usually 12-14. After choosing a style of dress, the associate measured me 3 times informing me that they had a new size chart and I was an 18! I ordered my dress and left the shop and cried. Never in my life have I been made to feel so horrible. They called me to let me know that my dress was ready. I live in Florida so I asked them to mail me the dress. They gave me the name of 2 places near me in Florida to take my dress for alterations. After I received the dress I went to try it on and I couldn't zip up the dress. When I called Ve'Lace Bridal and informed them that I tried the dress on but was unable to zip it up all the way. The associate I spoke to asked me "Did you gain weight?" I informed her that I did not in fact gain weight. She stated that I needed to take the dress to one of the places that they recommended and have them take a look at the dress, take pictures, and email Ve'Lace. I asked if it was possible that the dress was made incorrectly, as the chest area was EXTREMELY large but the other area seemed so much smaller. The associate said NO. When I went to my appointment I informed the seamstress that I couldn't zip the dress up. I went into the dressing room and when I came out the seamstress went to try to zip it for me and she had a hard time. When she tried again and she was NOT forceful. The zipper pulled away from the fabric. She informed me that the zipper was not put into the dress very well and the zipper was a very flimsy. She stated that she would need to replace the zipper at a cost of 48.15. In her opinion Ve'Lace should cover the cost of the zipper. I went home and emailed a picture of the broken zipper and a copy of the invoice for the zipper. The email that I received was so rude. The associate who responded (didn't leave a name just signed it Ve'Lace Bridal) stated that it was very convenient that the dress shop blamed it on the manufacturing of the dress versus her work. The dress shop had not even done any alterations, I was in the dressing room and she was helping me zip it up. Ve'Lace Bridal stated that "There is no way after a dress is altered to tell why it broke. If there was something wrong with it we would have caught this at inspection when the dress came in." AGAIN I replied to that email stating that the seamstress had done nothing to the dress, I paid her for the UPCOMING alterations and fixing the zipper, but was waiting for Ve'Lace Bridal before I gave her the go ahead to start the alterations. I received another lovely response "A zipper can break if it is forced or too tight. Because she worked on the gown and it was worn we cannot offer any type of refund. This is our store policy. We apologize but have to be fair with all customers and this just isn't something we are responsible for or offer." AGAIN, the Ve'Lace associate did not feel the need to thoroughly read my email regarding the fact that the dress HAD NOT HAD ANY ALTERATIONS DONE. Ve'Lace Bridal didn't even entertain the fact that maybe when the dress came in either someone didn't try the zipper or didn't think twice that the zipper was a little tough to zip up. No person is perfect, people make mistakes, things slip through the cracks. I was not asking for the full total of what the alterations would cost, just the 48.15 for the replacement of the zipper. read more

This past weekend I visited Ve'Lace Bridal in search of a wedding gown. My friend had recommended Ve'Lace to me and it certainly did not disappoint. Tiffany was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to get to know my style and made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely attentive and went out of her way to make me feel special on this exciting day! I went to Ve'Lace for my bridesmaid dresses and couldn't have been more disappointed with their attention to detail and customer service. First, our dresses came in three weeks later than they promised. Two of the dresses were completely the wrong size (one was 6 sizes too big, another was 3 sizes too small). The owner never even uttered an apology. When we told her that this was upsetting, she replied by saying "You shouldn't be so upset, there are people out there with cancer." I wanted to support a small company with the business from my seven bridesmaids, now I regret giving money to such a heartless business owner. read more

I have mixed feelings. When I went in for my bridal appointment, I worked with Julia. She was great and helped me find a dress that I absolutely loved. BUT there was no "I said yes to the dress" pictures or fun like I see on all of their facebook posts. Then, when I scheduled my fittings, I used their recommended seamstress (Dorota of Dorothy's Sewing Center) that they allow to work in house. I figured this would be best, and she would do the best work on my dress, since she worked there all of the time. Boy, was I wrong. Let me lead by saying this is the first time I've had a dress altered, so I didn't realize what she was doing was wrong at the beginning. During my first appointment, I put on my dress. She began by taking scissors to the bottom of the dress before even checking if the top needed alterations. She then pinned up the back of my dress and told me I would need a 26 point bustle. I was a little concerned about this, and when I left the shop, after paying her $575, I called and asked her NOT to do the bustle. I planned to take the dress to another seamstress who I discussed the bustle with and would do it in less than 26 points. When I showed up for my second appointment and went to try the dress on, she said "I did the bustle for you so you could see." When I replied, "I asked you NOT to do the bustle" she simply said "oh, I forgot." I was more than furious. She also used these TERRIBLE, dirty looking buttons for the bustle that looked awful all over the back of my dress. The hem of the dress was also COMPLETELY uneven. Since the bustle was already done, my wedding was approaching, and I didn't want to have to deal with her taking it all down and having someone else redo it, I simply asked her to switch the buttons to clear (which I am unsure why she didn't do in the first place) and fix the hem to make it even. At my third appointment, I had dealt with the fact that she went against my wishes and did the bustle, but when I put the dress on, the front was too short, due to the fact that she had cut the bottom prior to making adjustments on the straps, and then had to fix her uneven hem job. I was horrified and SO upset. Eventually she took the front of the dress down a smidge to make it a little longer, but the hem was still uneven and the bustle was a nightmare. I would recommend anyone that gets their dress at Ve'Lace and thinks of using their recommended seamstress, RETHINK IT. read more

Today was my second experience at Ve'Lace. My first was to purchase a dress for my son's wedding, and a dress for my daughter for that wedding! We actually walked in not knowing that they were closed, but Shadia so graciously let us browse, and we both found the perfect dress which we purchased that day! Well, today was an appointment for that daughter to choose her wedding dress. Allie was our consultant and she was amazing. She listened to every detail that my daughter wanted, and chose the most beautiful dresses for her to try on, with gorgeous accessories. Needless to say, we did say yes to the dress, and wouldn't ever dream of going anywhere else to purchase a dress for such an important day! Thanks Allie and Shadia! Oh, and I'm pretty sure I found my dress for that day, and my other daughter's as well. Such a huge win!! read more

Let me tell you about my worst shopping experience ever. My family all lives in southern California. I am all by myself here in Massachusetts. So Saturday armed with a friend and the one Bridesmaid who lives in the state we went to the worst shopping experience of my life. I just wanted to try on a couple of dresses to get a feel and maybe even find the on. It started when I called to confirm Saturday's appointment on Thursday saying there was a mix up in time and my appointment wasn't booked. But they had for 3pm Saturday open. I was like let me ask my girls if that's ok. It was. We we decided to go to lunch before to make a day of it. So fast forward to Saturday At 11am I get a call saying they had a noon appointment. Like wtf! That's an hour before. I just shook my head and said no. Had lunch with the girls. Thank god for that drink before we went shopping. We get there at 2:59pm and get told my consultant was a few minutes behind with her client.  OK cool what ever. Well we wait 15 mins pass. Still no consultant. My bridesmaid goes and asks where the consultant. They said that she would be right out. Another 15 mins she finally shows up. So she's 30 mins late and takes us to the back room. This room looked like their fucking break room one mirror that wasn't even big enough to see all of the dresses. So she's 30 mins late. She was rough my hair got zipped up in every dress. And in one she zipped up my hair and then pulled it off of me. A giant chunk of my hair was pulled out! And to top it I booked for an hour. And then she said the hour was up at 4:05 I was like no I booked for an hour. Ahhhhhhhhh. I got a headache because of the massive chunk of hair that got pulled out.  Also they font allow pictures. read more
