Some of the dresses can be made to order but others you can take home day of. Abby was very helpful and patient with me during the whole experience and even ran up the stairs to help me take a picture with a cathedral veil from above. And she definitely had me clipped into those dresses very securely which I appreciated! There isn't a huge selection but there is a good variety! From what I understood Marianne has started her own line as well so dresses from that line are a little more modern than the others. They have the dresses organized by silhouette and you can go through and pick the ones you want to try on and afterwards the attendant can recommend dresses to you based on the ones that you picked too in case you missed anything! The prices seemed to range but nothing was over $2500 that I saw!

She was very encouraging and gave me so much helpful advice along the way. She was also super fun to work with and made the experience awesome. I didn't catch her name, but another attendant ended up overhearing what I was looking for and happened to find the perfect dress at the very end of my appointment. I felt so comfortable in it and also very excited - which I hadn't found yet in a dress! I thought they had an awesome selection of dresses and I tried on multiple that I really loved - which is more than larger bridal stores I've been to where I didn't find any that I loved! Marianne also had me try on some veils and I totally changed my mind about veil length - which was super helpful and got me excited. It was also great to get the dress at a discounted price and get to go home with it that day. Overall - would very much recommend!

The stylist helping (I forget her name) was extremely helpful and pulled some really beautiful dresses for her to try. She made her feel very comfortable and listened to her (and our) feedback. When my dress came in, it was a little big because I was committed to losing weight for my wedding. Shadia listened to my concerns and completely hyped me up!! I had 3 alterations and the dress came out PERFECT! I also wanted to get some jewelry and I looked to Shadia for advice. The professionalism, kindness and dedication to their clients is incredible, and I felt like the most beautiful bride.

I have no complaints about my experience at Bella's. I called earlier the morning of my visit to…read moresee if I needed an appointment. Sue, the owner, told me it would be best, but to come by anyway. I arrived at the boutique and was immediately greeted briefly but warmly by a consultant who was attending another bride-to-be. I explained the situation and was shown where I could begin looking for gowns. She was occupied so I definitely expected to go through the search mostly by myself. However Sue came out a short while later and began helping me pull dresses of interest. At this point it would seem that the likelihood of me finding a dress, since the visit was arranged so haphazardly on my part, would be slim to none. Nevertheless, Sue continued to help me and provide suggestions. And then I stepped into my dress. It wasn't even zipped up yet, but I knew. It was beautiful but over my budget. Sue went to the office and came back and offered me a significant discount. She was never pushy, but she seemed to realize how much I loved the dress. I said yes to the dress, and the process afterwards was efficient and in the end Sue hugged me and seemed genuinely excited for me. I still have to go back for my fittings and alterations, but I'm confident the process will be just as warm and professional. Thank you Bella's Bridal!

I visited the Bridal and Prom Discount Warehouse during my search for the perfect dress and I am really glad that I did. I didn't find my dress here but my experience was one of the best I had bridal gown shopping. All of the gowns here are under $500 and their selection is quite extensive. My group and I spent a good amount of time perusing the rows upon rows of styles in my size range. The two young ladies working that day collected everything we pulled and let us take as much time as we desired picking things out. I really wish I knew their names but the two employees working that day were wonderful. It was like I had two extra girls in my entourage. They were helpful and honest and I really appreciated that. It is irritating to a point to have a consultant simply tell you how gorgeous you look in every dress. These ladies on the other hand were able to read my enthusiasm (or lack thereof) for the gowns I tried on and were able to point out things that worked for my body and those that did not. These girls were genuine and real and their authenticity was well-received with my group. I do wish that I had found my dress here because I would have LOVED to pay under $500 but alas, it was not meant to be. I absolutely recommend checking this place out. You might get lucky and fall in love with something! The dresses were in good condition, some minor defaults here and there that could be corrected during fittings and alterations. The building itself could use a little sprucing up but the dressing and viewing area were comfortable and neat. If you are stopping through Fall River, put this place on your list! No appointment necessary.

We make our way downstairs with the help of an associate here names Allison. They have a decent amount of dresses all sizes and styles , but since it's a discount store you can find stains and missing beads and stuff but a lot of the dresses are super cute it's just being able to find your style and size. They have 3 racks with more new style fashion , and the other 3 racks were for a bit older fashion. OH and they also have 2 smaller racks of short prim dresses , I'm sorry we were looking at longer prim dresses. The prices are super cheap, I saw dresses from 49.00-200.00. All the dresses my sister looked at were under 100.00, she didn't get anything here because she's still looking around but the one she did like was too small unfortunately. Allison was amazing she helped us as much as possible even with others being in the store as well. This place is super clean , and there's enough space to move around , the racks are packed and the dresses weigh a lot so your arm will hurt HAH! We made our way upstairs my mother insisted I start looking at wedding dresses , I am engaged but this woman is pushing for us to set a date can't you tell HAH, so go make my mother happy I looked at alllllllll the racks in my sizes , so many beautiful dresses , I was in AWE , once again Allison helped me set me and helped me with all my dresses, the one I liked had a terrible rip in the back but she said she would discount it like I said in the beginning it's a discount store so you will find flaws, but it's so worth the trip to check it out. Alexandras boutique owns this place as well and they're down the street. Any-who this place has a 5 lot parking spot it's super tight but it beats having to pay the meters. It's a small house /boutique which is so cute. My only complaint was the parking situation we have a mid-size truck so just a small area to maneuver in the parking lot. This place is great though. Also this place is right off a busy road so it's one car in and one car out at a time , which you block the whole road.

I started out my wedding dress shopping by looking online (which maybe most brides do?) at stores…read morein the area and I really had no idea what designer I wanted, but I knew I wanted bridal separates. I was having a top/bodysuit handmade and just wanted a bottom to complete the look. It was definitely tougher than I thought it would be to find just a skirt! But then I remembered hearing and seeing "Your Dream Bridal" on Instagram and decided that I would support a fellow woman-owned business and make my first appointment with Malinda. Well, after that initial appointment, I never needed or wanted to look anywhere else! I told Malinda what I was looking for and even though she didn't have any separates in her shop at the moment, she would probably be getting some in in a couple months. So she helped me try on a bunch of dresses she had just so I could get an idea for the look I was trying to nail down. It was so helpful! Malinda books you the entire shop when you come in and gives you her undivided attention. Her knowledge of styles, designers and comfort level of different dresses (which was key for me!) is endless. I left with confidence that I would find the skirt I was dreaming of... and a couple months later, she emailed me to tell me that she got the separates in and we booked another appointment for that coming week! I only had to try on one to know it was the skirt I wanted. I did try on another for the heck of it, but really just to confirm that the first one was IT. I cannot wait to wear my dress this coming September! I love knowing that my dress will be unlike any other and that I could do it through an amazing, local, woman-owned small business. Malinda is the embodiment of #girlboss! Can't thank you enough, lady!

Everybody else on here seems to have had a great experience, so I guess Malinda hated me or something because my whole experience with her was really awkward and unpleasant. There was even a bit of lying involved. I don't like putting myself back into this negative space, but here's the story. I found a dress I loved at a designer in Brooklyn (Rebecca Schoneveld), and I tried it on at the designer's boutique shop there. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with clothes. The store told me they had a seller in Massachusetts I could get in touch with to try on dresses again locally (bc I'm based in MA). That's how I found Malinda's store, and I got in touch. She told me that she was having a trunk show of Rebecca's dresses, and told me I could sign up, so I did. This ended up being a lie. I was excited for the trunk show, but I got there... no Rebecca Schoneveld trunk show! She had ordered the ONE dress the I liked and that was it. I didn't mention it because I felt awkward about it, and I tried that dress on again, along with another one from Malinda's collection. I still loved the Rebecca Schoneveld dress, but wasn't sure I was ready to buy right then (it was still way over a year before my wedding day!). I was also on the phone with my mom, who wanted me to wait. But even though I didn't feel ready to buy, Malinda pushed hard. I get that's her job as a sales person... but doesn't my experience also matter to her? "But isn't it too early to buy the dress?" I asked, "It's way over a year before my wedding..." She said that the dress wouldn't be ready until about Dec/Jan, 6 months months before my date in September. (Obviously I didn't want to hold onto the dress for an entire year... that's excessive.) Anyways, I was uncomfortable and was alone (and--to take full responsibility--I did think this dress was great), so I agreed. The dress did not come in December/January. It came in late august/early september, over a YEAR before my actual wedding day, which was what I wanted to avoid... Malinda immediately called me about picking it up, which I responded that I would prefer is she could hold onto it until at least when she said it would be ready. She agreed reluctantly. December rolls around and Melinda immediately hits me up with phone calls and messages telling me I need to rush to her store to pick up the dress for tax reasons. It was an incredibly busy time for me with the holidays, and the first time I scheduled to stop by didn't work out, and she said she "couldn't hold onto the dress much longer" and that she'd be happy to ship it to me. An hour after that terse email, she sent another really rude email: "Next week is crazy with holidays and brides. Let me know as soon as you can when you can come and pick up your dress or I will need to mail it to you so let me know what address. I mail FedEx with signature." Wow Malinda! Great to know you have ZERO time for me, even though I dropped over $2K at your store! Not to mention, the reason I got it from you, a local retailer in MA as opposed to the amazing, wonderful, heavenly Brooklyn boutique is so I can try it on again in front of a human being before I take it home, and not have it shipped to me! So rude. So awful. I emailed her back with the following: "I would really like to pick it up as opposed to shipping... Isn't there supposed to be a process of trying it on? I feel like you've rushed me through this whole process and it's actually really unpleasant, making what should have been a really magical purchase something very transactional and cold." After that, she turned up the sweetness and when I went to the store, she was just insanely fake and awkward and I just felt totally uncomfortable trying on the dress, which actually looked awkward in this new size 4, as the waistline was far lower in the larger size I tried on. Sigh. Hopefully some of this can be mitigated by a seamstress in alterations. I don't know what I did to deserve that treatment. I wish Malinda the best. I get she's a saleswoman with a family to feed, but dang, is it worth ruining people's experience? She made buying a wedding dress a very predatory, transactional and cold experience--literally everything you don't want in this happy time.

Disappointing and stressful shopping experience…read more This shop sold my fiancée a wedding dress while assuring us that the alterations we specifically requested were possible. After multiple rounds of alterations, the seamstress finally explained that the alterations recommended by Alexandra's Boutique were not actually possible for this particular dress. By this point, my fiancée was devastated--and because of this shop's harsh no-return policy, we were left out thousands of dollars. She was literally in tears and had to go to another bridal shop, where she found a completely different dress that she felt far more comfortable and confident in. Instead of feeling pressured into a purchase, she felt listened to and supported. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that the issue could have been avoided if the limitations of the dress had been honestly communicated before the sale. A wedding dress is an enormous purchase, and customers deserve accurate information--not high-pressure sales tactics followed by a policy that leaves them with no recourse when the promised alterations turn out to be impossible. I cannot recommend this establishment. In fact, based on our experience, I would actively caution anyone I know against shopping here. If you're considering purchasing a wedding dress from this shop, I strongly recommend getting independent confirmation that the alterations being promised are actually possible before handing over thousands of dollars.
