After getting home and opening it, I realized it was actually a pre-poo treatment ...clearly labeled as such in the directions. I returned within just a few days with my receipt, not asking for a refund, but simply requesting an exchange for the correct product. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any form of reasonable customer service, the husband immediately became dismissive and argumentative. He insisted it was oil, even after I read the directions aloud that clearly stated otherwise. The tone was condescending and unnecessarily hostile over a simple exchange. I was then told "all sales are final," as if basic customer care doesn't exist. When you charge premium prices, you should at least provide basic professionalism and respect. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rather than resolving a small issue, it turned into an unpleasant experience that could have easily been handled with courtesy. Customer service matters. Respect matters. This business clearly does not prioritize either. I will not be returning. And if you read this proceed with caution! The way they handle this Buisness I see why it is dead most of the time! If I could give it a negative I would!

I was quickly received by Gigi who did my facial. This is not a typical spa. You don't have to strip out of your clothes and you don't have a private room. There are 3 stations (if I recall) that are separated by curtains. Gigi and I chatted about my skin issues. I opted for the Bring Home the Glow facial to help with my hyperpigmentation and it was only $50. Gigi was very thorough and performed extractions as well. It was super relaxing and I really felt like my skin was glowing at the end. I'm excited this place opened and will be back frequently. Try out this gem of a place!

Carissa is an EXCELLENT stylist. She uses the best products and she explains the process. You are completely involved in what she is doing to your hair. I got my brows microbladed a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE THEM. I have never been comfortable enough to leave my house without drawing on my brows. After microblading. my brows are beautiful. They are full and I am getting compliments daily. I was very nervous when I made the appointment because I had heard horror stories about microblading. i was told it was very painful. Well, when Carissa microbladed my brows I DID NOT FEEL A THING. The numbing cream really worked. I did not feel a thing. Carisa kept me involved throughout the whole process.
