Tom took the time to go over the bike with me in great detail, and gave me a list of priorities for repairs. We agreed on a list of things for him to do, and a list of things that i could do myself to save some money. He worked within the budget I had and did a quick turnaround to get me going MUCH better than before. Tom knows BMW's in/out and i wouldn't want to take mine to anyone else. Honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and worth every dollar spent!
