Enjoyed my experience selling my car here. They made it quick and easy. One of the first times I didn't feel like I had to fight for my cars worth. Will definitely be back and referring people to them

So let me start by sharing with you how disappointed I am with Velocity Auto Sales. For now lets just say I bought a truck that I thought was a one owner, low millage, accident free vehicle and turns out to be something else even though that is what The Car Fax said that it was. After bringing the dealership up to speed on my findings all I wanted was a small $3500.00 refund on a $45,000.00 purchase and they refused my request. I wasn't mad, I wasn't screaming, I didn't even raise my voice. In fact I will tell you right now that the transaction was great and the service I received from the sales person was awesome. If I didn't find all the damage and the vehicles history I would have written this place a FIVE star review on both Yelp and Google. At the end of the day I take full responsibility that I'm a grown adult and that I did not buy this vehicle under duress. The only problem I have with Velocity Auto Sales is that they sold me a vehicle that they advertised as a low milage, one owner, accident free vehicle because again, that is what The Car Fax said it was and technically it is not the truth. Yes, it had one registered owner but the truth is that the vehicle was repossessed and then the truck bounced around California, Arizona and Utah changing hands with I think 6 or 7 different auction houses and used car dealerships before arriving at Velocity Auto Sales. So what is wrong with the truck? After I found over a dozen missing clips and plastic pieces in the bed and fender well area I finally visited a body shop. The first body shop showed me how the vehicle has been repainted. That led me to visiting a total 3 body shops and guess what, it turns out that this truck has possibly been in an accident. What type of accident I don't know but they found fresh paint on the rear door rubber seal and also on the front passenger head light. Plus we found tape between the bed and the cab where the vehicle was painted and that area was not ever sanded and or polished. The driver side was nice and smooth and the passenger side was taped off, rough and absolutely not smooth like the other side. One body shop employee said that the truck was recently painted, who knows what his level of knowledge is but it makes you start thinking. The really nice sales person that works for Velocity Auto Sales told me that one of the managers actually personally drove the truck as a company car for several months. Maybe he had to get the car fixed and repaired quietly so that no one would know that the car was damaged. The truth is that we will never know what really happen. By the way, Velocity Auto Sales did give me a $1400.00 reimbursement check to pay for some of the damages that I found. Unfortunately to get my new truck cleaned up and fixed up properly I will no longer have a clean Car Fax Report. So in the end, again I paid for a truck that is not what they said it was. The owners and managers obviously do not care about the bad reviews that they receive because stupid people like myself continue to do business with even though we read the bad reviews prior to buying. It is 100% my fault for doing business with a dealership that has such a bad reputation, read the review people! If your on the fence to buy a car from Velocity Auto Sales I would highly recommend that you do a little research prior to writing that check. With that being said, please understand that my goal today with this review is to simply share my situation with as many people in the Utah area as possible so that what happen to me doesn't happen to anyone else. I have pictures, videos and paperwork that I will upload and share here on Yelp, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. If you are active on social media be on the look out, because I have a lot to share and will do so over the next few weeks. By the way, this Toyota Tundra is my 16th Toyota Truck and my 6th Toyota Tundra. I plan on driving this thing until it has 200K miles on it so hopefully I will get my money out this thing. It just sucks that Velocity Auto Sales will not do the right thing and lower the price a little now that we all know that this truck and The Car Fax Report is not 100% accurate.

They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

AVOID AT AL COSTS:…read more Yeah. Don't do business here. I bought a 2021 VW Tiguan new. Here we are, and its breaking down. I bought and paid for an all moving parts service contract, some how their system says it doesn't exist. WILD. So I take it in for an OIL LEAK. Days later, I am hearing back. The service writer took a day off, didn't transfer his work load to a coworker to check in on the car, left the customer waiting in limbo. Half of their digital estimate and repair system is confusing and junk. Two different things are causing leaks. One is fixed, the other needs approval, bringing the total to $1826. Taylor Dodson, the service writer, tells me that the total due is $1826 - for an oil leak. I find out afterwards that the bill is now $2820.26 because that $920 is AFTER the $1826. I have the message right here where he says the total cost is $1826. They nickle and dime you. I got 2x $195 inspection charges, for the same oil leak issue, that they claim is "separate". Charges for every little thing. Now I get to come up with an extra $1000. I wouldn't ever come back here, I don't trust them or their people. Shady business going on. Avoid if you are not filthy rich with money to just throw away.

As a repeat customer, I expected that loyalty and history would mean something, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport SE with Technology, and with only approximately 2,200 miles, the leather seats are already showing cracking and deterioration. I understand that issues can happen with any vehicle, but what has been most frustrating is how the situation has been handled. I contacted the dealership expecting assistance with what should clearly be a warranty concern. I was told that information would be submitted to Volkswagen for review. After waiting and following up, I contacted Volkswagen Customer Care directly and was informed that nothing had been submitted on their end. That leaves me with a very frustrating question: was the claim never submitted, or was I given incorrect information? Either way, the communication and follow-through have been unacceptable. This dealership has recently transitioned ownership to Ken Garff, and I sincerely hope this is an opportunity to improve the customer experience. A new owner should mean a renewed commitment to service--not customers having to chase down answers themselves after spending significant money on a new vehicle. I have been a loyal Volkswagen SouthTowne customer, but loyalty works both ways. Customers should feel appreciated and supported after the purchase, not forgotten once the paperwork is signed. I have photos documenting the condition of the seats, and I hope management takes this opportunity to address the issue and improve the experience for future customers.

They Only Care Until the Ink is Dry on the Financing Agreement…read more I originally left a stellar review for Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne in South Jordan, Utah, after purchasing my 2023 Nissan Ariya. I even kept my financing agreement with them to show loyalty to a dealership that seemed to value its customers. I deeply regret both of those decisions now. Before my one-year warranty was even up, my vehicle developed an intermittent squealing and scraping noise at low speeds. I took it in for a diagnosis, and the mechanic found the passenger front brake backing plate was bent and making direct contact with the rotor. The official diagnostic notes explicitly stated there was "evidence of someone prying on the backing plate"--a clear sign of technician error, almost certainly from a careless tire rotation or mechanical prep during its warranty period. The fix was literally a service manager pushing the thin metal back into place with his fingers, but I was still slapped with a $200 out-of-pocket diagnostic fee. I reached out directly to Bill Hadsell and the sales management team, providing all the invoices, documentation, and a perfectly reasonable request to reimburse the $200 for a mechanic's error that occurred under their watch. Instead of doing the right thing and honoring their commitment to customer satisfaction, they completely screwed me over. The "great reputation" they push online is a total facade. They are more than happy to take your money, lock you into a financing agreement, and then leave you high and dry the second you need basic, post-sale support. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle here, beware. Their loyalty to you ends the exact second you drive off the lot.

My truck was towed (picture 1) back to the dealership where they kept it overnight. The dealership called me the next morning and said that a drain plug was left loose and they had to put in 2 1/2 quarts of oil to bring the level back up. When I arrived to get my truck, I noticed that the tonneau cover was broken and showed Chris Reynolds the Maintenance manager the damage (picture 2). There was also damage to the side of the bed (picture 3) and the front right corner of the cover was broken to the point that it would have been unsafe to drive it the nearly 90 miles to my home. I asked Chris to remove the cover. When they brought the truck back, I noticed that the side rails, where the cover had been connected near the back of the cab were bent, (pictures 4 & 5). I also showed Chris that the dome light in the back seat had been knocked off. Please compare the damage and paint marks on the side of the truck in picture 3 with the damage and paint marks on the back corners of the cab pictures 6 & 7. Also look at the rib and lock in picture 9 on the back end of the cover and compare that with the damage on top of the cab in Picture 8. Chris and the Asbury auto group claim that they were not responsible for the damage to the back corners and top of the cab, when I asked to see the security camera videos Chris fast forwarded to the places he wanted me to see none of which were clear images of the top of the truck. When I asked him to back the video up to a place where the truck was closer to the camera and did not have the sun reflection blocking the view, he got mad, cursed, and yelled at me and my wife that he was done helping. Jonathan, the General Manager of the Dealership, stood silently off to the side of Chris's desk and allowed Chris to end the meeting. I was also very surprised when Chris told me that one of the mechanics that removed the Tonneau cover was the mechanic that left the plug loose and started this problem in the first place also Chris told me to file a police report and a claim with my insurance company to have the damage repaired. The Sandy City police told me that because nothing was stolen from the vehicle it was just vandalism and they would not investigate. I find it very interesting that with all the damage nothing was stolen. This, dealership is no longer a part of the LHM group but is now owned by the Asbury auto Group of Alpharetta Georgia. I contacted Ruben Santiago of the Asbury auto group who was able to get me paid for the Tonneau cover but he stopped taking my calls and has not returned any of the 3 voice messages about the damage to the truck that an independent repair company estimates at $8,281.66 dollars. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership since 2022 and have had all serviced there. I will no longer trust them with any of my vehicles and will not buy another vehicle from the Asbury auto group. People need to know the way customers are treated by this dealership so they can make an informed decision whether or not to use this business.
