My main concern was the interior, because months prior I had spilled a protein shake (lid wasn't screwed on completely tight) around the front seat and center console. They got it all cleaned, even between the seat cracks! I went there to get a windshield replaced and ended up with a broken rear view mirror. They did not inform me when it actually happened because they were trying to cover it up. They first tried to glue it back together, but that wouldn't work because that was going to take some time to dry. They ordered another rear-view mirror from a parts store that did not fit as well. They had put that in place of my original rear-view mirror as temporary replacement. I was sitting in the waiting room when all this was happening. When he called me up to let me know my car was ready and to pay for the services that is when he told me what had happened. Saying they had a little hiccup, but he had taken care of that. He showed me my rear-view mirror which they had glued back together. He told he was going to keep my original rear view mirror until it dries. Then he wanted me to come back in two days, then he was going to put my original mirror back on. I told him, sir when I brought my car up here my rear-view mirror was not broken, I'm not going to accept that. At that point I was so frustrated with him. Then he tells me he is going to make it right by ordering me another rear-view mirror from Amazon. Now I have already paid this man for the service which I hate I did. I went back the next day, and he tries to put the original rear-view mirror back on there and it did not work. I go back that following Monday, his technician who broke my original rear-view tried to put the Amazon rear-view mirror on and that did not fit. He puts a wedge in between to make it fit. I knew this business was not right, but I let them get over on me not knowing my rights.
