The oral surgeon told me that he'd conduct surgery in a week, but I got a slot sooner. When I arrived, not only did the oral surgeon attempt the same procedure and fail because of the pain caused on that region, he tried to charge me twice as much as these guys. Meanwhile with the yanking, crushing, and poking, I now have triple the pain in the region then I did before. Never take recommendations from these people, they don't have a clue, and they won't help you. They will attempt to cast you on their friends in this 'dental cartel' to extract your wealth and leave you miserable. I remain in grave pain.

It was an unpleasant experience for me, as I was charged for a 60 mins RMT session, and the RMT ended the session in 45 mins (including wait time and change of clothes, 4:36 PM - 5:25 PM). Despite the fact that 60 mins and 45 mins sessions are at 2 different rates. When I questioned the lady at the reception she kept staring at the computer screen, pretending she didn't understand my complain. Later tells me since she has already submitted the claim to the insurance company, so nothing can be done. For me this was an unethical and unprofessional practice. Message for the clinic- Please do not think of your customer as an idiot. Being a newer establishment, ethical practices would go a long way for you. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I am sorry that recent crown work hasn't gone very well what wasn't her fault. The first time I came for the permanent crowns she noticed that the color of them is not okay, I thought the crowns were for back teeth so not so noticeable but she wanted to do the proper job. She sent the crowns back to the lab to the technician to fix them. Today, after a month with temporary crowns that by the way were done perfectly by Dr Marija, I came again hoping that the new crowns would be okay. Unfortunately they were the same as the first time. Dr Marija was very upset; wonted to send the crowns back again but my thoughts were that the third time it could be the same issue so I decided her to cement them as I said they are not front teeth. I believe that this dental office should find a better lab technician as I heard that many other patients have to come more times for crown work because of his mistakes. This is my experience and I hope it will help somebody to decide about crown work at this office.
