I had given Emanuel a four or five-star rating as the fence was installed, and I was delighted. HOWEVER, in less than a year, it is rusting and in some places fully rusted. I have called and texted, and made appointments repeatedly with Emanuel, and he has either not shown up, cancelled, and never reached out to reschedule, or made excuses (e.g., his employees won't work, etc.). I now have to pay to have the fence recoated and painted - a couple of thousand dollars. I have a friend whom I referred, and she is having the same issues. However, he never even responds to her.
